Yesterday we got 2 ice creams, 1 cup with 3 and 1 cup with 2 scoops, one of which had whipped cream. 15 euros! That’s not fun anymore, so much money for an ice cream. I didn't even like the vanilla ice cream. So we won't be going here again.

Delicious flammkuchen and drinks are served in style, even a regular cola. Good price for the flammkuchen. Drinks are expensive, especially the smoothies (9+ euros).

Scandalous service and poor hygiene. Not recommended! What a terrible experience at this ice cream parlor. We came here with a group of 7 people and ordered 6 ice creams. There were no fewer than 4 employees, including the owner/manager who was cleaning. She immediately jumped behind the counter to help us, but did so without washing her hands first. Very unhygienic and downright disgusting to start scooping ice cream like that. Next, she asked what we wanted. While we were ordering the first flavor, she suddenly started interfering with another employee. She just left us standing there and we received absolutely no further attention. Only after waiting for a while did she come back, but she was busy with everything except us as customers. The prices here are terribly high. The quality of the ice cream is reasonable, but this bizarre 'service' from the manager is a real disgrace to the business. We will never come back here.

Nice location to visit, the coffee is delicious! Service is truly terrible, one employee who really isn't interested, a 10-minute wait for 4 customers, and having to order coffee separately again. And well, everything has gotten more expensive, we get it. But two Kinder ice creams with one scoop each, one with whipped cream, for €7.20, I have my doubts about that!

I checked the opening hours on the Zinns website at home. The shop was open until 17:30; I arrived at the shop at 17:10 and everything was already shut down. I indicated that I had checked the website to see if it was open or not. The manager indicated passively-aggressively that this was incorrect and showed me the times on her phone. Outside, I checked the website again; it really was 17:30 on the Zinns site. I then showed her that this was incorrect. She indicated that the Google opening hours were correct and that she was going to change the opening hours on their own website in consultation with headquarters. She then said to me sarcastically, "Tomorrow is another chance." I was sent away just like that. I think this is absolutely unacceptable!!! Where is the humanity, the respect, the apology to me for traveling all the way for nothing just for an ice cream I was craving? It is THEIR/ZINNS FAULT that the opening hours on their OWN website are incorrect!!!

Pretty good service, fast service, wheelchair accessible, 1 downside: super expensive for 1 scoop. And they never scoop the tastiest bits like the cookies.

Cappuccino is sometimes a bit lukewarm. I asked to preheat the cup or warm the milk, but they wouldn't let me. It's a shame.

I went last Friday afternoon. A very sweet girl with a clip in her hair served me immediately with a smile and was able to help me right away! The coffee and sandwich were delicious and a good price! I definitely recommend it. Really lovely staff.

I recently ordered a coupe, which now has become 3 children's buns. It used to be 3 normal buns, but the price has gone up and the portion has gone down. 13 euros for 3 children's buns, scandalous.

This afternoon I went to Zinn Zoetermeer for an "iced coffee" with a friend. But it was disappointing; it was a cup of hot coffee with three scoops of ice cream and a glass of whipped cream. This isn't how it's supposed to be, and I pointed it out to the lady behind the counter. She didn't know any better. It's a shame, and the price was also quite steep. We had to pay €17.80.

Just got two ice cream cones, and the employee isn't wearing gloves. Absolutely no hygiene; she just sticks her two fingers into the cone you choose. Then she scoops scoops into them. It's a real shame it was our last visit.

Always good! A cake isn't just a cake; there's always something extra. A dollop of whipped cream and chocolate drizzled on a beautifully decorated plate. It's a feast for the eyes too. The wide selection of ice cream flavors can be overwhelming. It's best to come back more often to try the other flavors. The staff are friendly and helpful.

It's gone downhill significantly compared to previous years. The staff doesn't know how to handle allergies; it's clear they're not being trained. Every ice cream parlor handles it well these days, taking individual spoons and removing some ice cream, etc. But here, they look at it like they see water burning. While that was fine last year, we won't be returning. Unfortunately, we won't be back.

The ice cream was disappointing. I had the frozen yogurt; it was good enough, but it had a freezer aftertaste, like it was from the day before. So, not fresh.

Ik kom al langere tijd om daar koffie te drinken maar ook voor het eten ijs en ijstaart . Ik ben daar gemiddeld 5 keer per week op de zaterdag lunchen ik en mijn vrouw daar . De medewerkers zijn prima dames . Ik vraag altijd of ze mijn koffie latte wat extra warm willen maken. Omdat het lauwe koffie is. Alle dames die daar werken doen dat altijd. Lijkt mij ook een kleine moeite. Maar als de plaag van een eigenaars er is, mag er niets meer. De medewerkers raken in de stres als deze nare vrouw er is. Echt vreselijk hoe kinderachtig die is. Maar voor mij nooit meer zin in Rokkevee

It's a bit of a shame that the staff is not better trained in how to treat customers/how you should serve customers. Also a bit sad that you are charged for your bowl or cone afterwards, while this is not mentioned on the menu. Calculate those cents carefully, if you don't understand that you shouldn't have a business. The ice is okay, but not spectacular.

We come here regularly and it is a nice place, service often leaves something to be desired, but it is always busy, so we understand that. What I do have difficulty with is the clumsy interior design. We come with someone in a wheelchair and this is possible in the summer, because we only use the terrace. But sitting inside during the cold months is always a real obstacle course. I'm always afraid that I'll knock something over with the wheelchair, it's so crowded and no help is offered by the staff. It would be nice if this could also be taken into account instead of just a cozy, overcrowded design.

I sit here regularly, especially in the summer because there isn't really anything else nearby. Ice cream, iced coffee, poffertjes etc. all delicious. It is a cozy tent. The disadvantage I think (and this does not apply to me) is that otherwise I wouldn't be here every week... that they are pricey. If ice cream prices were a little lower, parents with children or the elderly who are less fortunate would also have an outing to eat an ice cream.

You would like to get an ice cream in the evening. According to Google they close at 10pm. Then you stand in front of a closed door at 9:50 PM while they are already cleaning up on time and then leave at 10:00 PM. For me this is a big 0. Certainly not customer-oriented and unprofessional. I am now sane in Rokkeveen and am eating an ice cream there. The quality of the stratiatella is very poor, which is now the third time in recent months. There are no small pieces of chocolate in it, which should be the case with stratiatella, but one large piece that is impossible to eat. The price of an ice cream is becoming more expensive every year and you now also have to pay for the cardboard container. For a bowl of ice cream with 2 You now pay 4 euros for bulbs and an additional 5 cents for the bowl. If the stratiatella had been good I would not have had a complaint, but it is repeatedly bad. Unfortunately I cannot add photos because then you can see that these are really poor quality.

The tastiest ice cream in Zoetermeer!

I went for a sundae with amarenes (large black cherries). A big coup with lots of cherries. I thought it was downright delicious and actually a portion that was too large for me. Pleasant service.

Had an ice cream, then had something to eat and drink on the terrace. Nicely decorated, with, in my opinion, a strong emphasis on the fact that you can also buy a glass of wine there. (Lots of wine bottles “for decoration” everywhere?) The flamkuchen was tasty, but I won't order it again. Delicious Italian soft drinks. Too bad that the ashtrays are already on the table and there is a lot of smoking going on. (Without taking into account..)

After more than 3 years I ate an ice cream here again. Still tasty, but here too a significant price increase of 40%. From 5.80 at the end of 2020 to 8.10 euros (10 cents for the SUP containers) for 2 ice creams with 2 scoops. But yes, it still seemed busy.
