Afhaalrestaurant Lin Feng in Malburgen-Oost (Zuid)

Maybe not the best snack bar ever, but the service was good old-fashioned and friendly. A wide menu and good choices. It's one of the places where I always order takeout. It's a great place to be. Plus, I think the price-quality ratio is simply fantastic. I'll definitely come back one day when I'm in Klarendal.

The staff was great, but the fries with the stew tasted like they were canned. If they think this is fresh, they should come to Eindhoven. The spicy chicken fries were chicken with some bell pepper and a thick dollop of mayonnaise. The only good thing was the goulash croquette, but there wasn't much wrong with that either.

Dear Gastronoom, Last week, I unfortunately had a nearly fatal meal at your place. I have a severe peanut and tree nut allergy, so I ordered a bamibal with mayonnaise for myself. I explained my allergy and asked if this could be accommodated, and they said no problem. I remember that with the second-to-last bite, I had a terrible peanut taste in my mouth, followed immediately by swollen mouth and lips. About 15 to 20 minutes later, I went into anaphylactic shock after ingesting some peanut. This was probably because someone who ordered fries with peanut sauce was served side by side on the same tray. I hope this is a real wake-up call for you, and hopefully, you'll start paying more attention to hygiene and/or allergies. This can seriously cost lives. However, I've never had this happen at a snack bar before, so I felt confident enough to order from you after mentioning it. I've also eaten at your place before, and it went well then. Unfortunately, I won't dare order or eat from you again in the future... I'm not writing this to put you down. But to make it clear that peanut/tree nut allergies should be taken seriously.
