Worst chicken burger I've had 😅. First time and also the last time at the Gastronoom. I think photos say enough. Walk to Dolfijn around the corner, this is a good snack bar.

Disappointing Experience at De Gastronoom Broek in Arnhem Tonight we ordered food from De Gastronoom Broek via Thuisbezorgd. After waiting for more than 1.5 hours without any communication, I decided to drive to the restaurant myself to see what was going on. Upon arrival I indicated that I had been waiting for my order for quite some time. All I got was, "Yes, we're busy, sorry." It can be understandable that it can be busy, but a simple phone call or message to indicate this could have prevented a lot of frustration. Instead of a nice solution, a tall employee preferred to offer a discussion rather than any form of service. When I finally received my order and arrived home, it turned out to not even be complete. This was the final straw. Where De Gastronoom Broek used to be a nice business with good staff, it is now an average snack bar without customer friendliness. With the exception of one employee, no one seemed to have received any sense of decency. I understand if it takes a little longer, but communication and service make the difference. Unfortunately that was hard to find tonight. Never again De Gastronoom Broek for me. Bad service, long waiting time and unfriendly staff.

I ordered and paid for food. It would be delivered before certain sunset. I haven't gotten anything so far. I find this scandalous that people have to fast all day and clearly indicate that you want it on time and yet you have to wait 1 hour for your food, even though they promise that it will be fine.

Very bad. Wouldn't order from here. We have ordered here once in the past. Then we had to wait more than 2 hours for the order. It has been quite good lately, so we wanted to try it again. Ordered food at 5:30 PM. Nothing special, just standard stuff like fries. At 7:30 PM we still had not received any food. Went there and it turns out that they had not even started on our order yet. Instead of them apologizing politely, you also get a big mouth. Once we got home it turned out that we had also received the wrong things. Food is reasonable but service is very poor! I would advise against ordering anything here

Ordered fries twice, I find the way they put the sauce illogical: layer of fries-sauce-mountain of fries. One of the containers of fries had the wrong sauces on it. Soft ice cream is delicious here

I don't know how people give more than 1 star, my fries were very limp and wet, the noodles and vegetable croquette were both black. No fork or napkin and delivery took a long time (can happen) Overall a crappy affair. Highly recommended, I will never come here again. 👎👎👎👎 (just go there and check your food, never deliver here.)

You can really get the tastiest burgers at Gastronoom het pants

Ordered via Thuisbezorgd. Wrong drink delivered. We called and were told that we had to come by to exchange it because they did not have their own delivery people. Seriously, because of their mistake I have to go there?! Well, that's fine, we thought we would eat first because otherwise it would get cold, but when we unpacked the food it turned out to be cold. So we went straight there and indicated that not only was the drink wrong, but also that the food was cold, to which the response was: 'that's Thuisbezorgd's fault, do you still want that drink or not?!' Something can go wrong, can always happen, but the way a case handles it makes the difference. I don't pay 25 euros (and delivery costs) to get food cold at home and then have to go get new food MYSELF and also be treated arrogantly. If you don't care about delivering as a business, then you shouldn't do it. And certainly don't place the blame and consequences on your customers! Last time I ordered here.

Patat moet langer bakken maar wel altijd aardige mensen

Erg slecht eten en peperduur, snackbar dolfijn om de hoek is vele malen beter.

Broodje shoarma en een supershoarma besteld om daar op te eten. Kreeg 2 kleine vierkanten bordjes waar de hoeken van af waren. Dit was geen supershoarma en daar 9,00 voor rekenen 😫 schandalig. Shoarma ging in een pan onder de roosters onder tussen waren er 4 klanten na ons die waren allemaal geholpen en weg en onze shoarma stond nog onder de rooster. Daarna werd de pan naar ondere geplaats om het weer warm te houden omdat de shoarmabroodjes nog niet klaar waren. Werd droge,aangebrande shoarma gereseveerd. En waren nog met honger weggegaan. Veel vliegen binnen.🐜🐜🐜🐜 Hier eet ik niks meer. Echt achteruit gegaan.

Shoarma besteld super shoarma echt klein voor 9€ harde stukken erin en de knoflook saus smaakte naar tja niet heel echt naar knoflook sambal was wel goed, duurde ook lang voordat de shoarma op tafel werd gezet.Jammer dacht geef ze weer een kans maar ik wacht wel weer met shoarma eten totdat mijn eigen frietzaak weer open gaat helaas gesloten nu wegens vakantie.

Ik ben vast klant bij de gastronoom in Velp waar de friet echt subliem is. Bij deze vestiging gebruiken ze echter gewoon fabrieks friet en deze is echt smerig

Ongeveer 2 dagen vanaf maandag staan er allemaal nieuwe mensen in de zaak die de zaak runnen aardige lui hoor maar waar zijn de oudes gebleven ? ✌️

Vriendelijke bediening, lekkere patat en snacks.

Nog steeds niets op aan te merken wat de negatieve kant het personeel is vriendelijk de hygiëne en vooral het eten is echt goed....

Duurt heel lang voor één hamburger wacht je +30 minuten

Hamburger speciaal was heerlijk, patat was nog niet goed doorgebakken. Kapsalon was lekker. Het idee van de geitenkaas erbij was goed, maar de augurk had de smaak ervan wel overgenomen. Tevens zat er naar mijn smaak teveel wortel op.

Heel veel frites per portie en zout genoeg. Jammer. Verder nette zaak.
