Alanya in Centrum

Upon entering, we were welcomed. At the entrance, there were guests drinking beer who were talking quite loudly. There is a wide selection of pizzas. I ordered a pizza with chicken döner. The food was served within 15 minutes. I tried to eat my first slice of pizza without sauce, but it tasted like nothing. 0% flavor. I tried the rest with garlic sauce and sambal, and that was fine. There isn't a huge selection in the neighborhood. I won't be coming back to eat here anytime soon; I'd rather drive a bit further for good food.

I just ordered food. First of all, it arrived 2 hours late, and on top of that, they spat on it?! I wonder why I find this really disgusting!

Since when is a Mix grill chicken doner, veal doner, and a dried-out piece of köfte? (Nothing from the grill) Never again for us Very bad business…

We called at 10 minutes to 11. They said they would deliver 2 pizzas within an hour.... it is now 00:41 and still no pizza. So be warned, never order anything here....

Delicious food is always freshly prepared and the staff is very friendly and fast.

When orders start going wrong more and more often... it's always kapsalon shawarma. It used to always go well... Wrong orders are happening more and more. (I got doner this time,) if you order a large one, you get a small one. And I give them the benefit of the doubt every time, but I'm really done with it now. And that's not even mentioning the delivery, which means you still have to chase after it...

Always friendly staff, nice service, always up for a chat. Always neat and polite, and not entirely unimportant: the food always tastes good here. Until next time!!

Delivered 65 minutes later than promised. Called twice. The first time I called, they promised it was on its way. 35 minutes later, the order still hadn't arrived. The food was otherwise fine.

Food was ordered for 5:00 PM and delivered at 5:50 PM. The delivery driver left at 5:05 PM, so they drove around with the food for 45 minutes, and it wasn't even warm anymore. You pay for delivery, and they make a whole round trip with it, because the trip takes no more than 10 minutes. That's a shame.

We ordered at 6:00 PM. It's now 8:26 PM, and I finally got two kapsalons in... After two hours, we called and were told they were working on our order. Come on, guys! This is how you lose customers... This was the last time we ordered from here. The food is usually good. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Always the same hassle with delivery.

Delicious food. Mixed grill, super tasty, large portion. Chicken was nice and tender.

The food was limp and soggy. They forgot to bring drinks, which led to an argument and then the response, "There's nothing left, it's busy, maybe next time." I won't be ordering from here again! Terrible.

For the second time, the food was cold and soggy, stuck to the box. Had to wait two hours. Three calzones with delivery for €48, which can go straight in the bin. No more Alanya for us.

I ordered here for the second time yesterday because I remembered the food tasting good, and it did yesterday too, kudos for that! But we waited two hours for delivery, and that ruined the whole experience. So, only two stars.

Cold, dried-out pita bread, cold rice, and no salad with a doner dish. They always make a note that it will be resolved next time. It's never been resolved. This is upon delivery. If you want to sit inside, the front door is open with the heater off, so you can't sit comfortably. The last time I ordered something from here, it's more often than not wrong.

Perfect if you're staying at the neighboring guesthouse! The staff is friendly, and the value is great. The meat doesn't seem to come from a spit, but it still tastes very good.

Shawarma is inedible. Order a pizza sometime and you'll just get a raw egg on it. I wouldn't even feed it to a dog.

I ordered a tuna pizza yesterday, which was supposed to be delivered at 3:50 PM. I finally received my pizza and cola around 5:00 PM. The pizza was stone cold and rock hard. It went straight in the trash, and I'll never go back to Alanya again. Terrible food, which went straight in the trash. The price is also way too high for rotten food. When I order food, I can expect it to arrive hot and ready to eat, but the way Alanya treats its customers is beyond words. We will never, ever eat from Alanya again. Even on the phone, the Alanya staff are not customer-friendly; they just hang up. Rude staff, bad food.

First an hour late and then received something I didn't order and this is not the first time!

We really enjoyed it, and they accommodated our special requests perfectly. We'd love to come back.

Last time in Alanya for us. Ordered pizzas and, out of the blue, paid €4! Had to pay extra for salami. They also forgot the olives, and there was no garlic sauce (which is usually included). When we called to complain, we were told it depended on who made the pizza. No apology, no annoying remark, or we'd fix it for you. Too bad, but last time!

Today we ordered again with friends via Thuisbezorgd. Our order was not complete, unfortunately this happens more often. It took 30 minutes before the missing dish arrived. Unfortunately only an apology, no refund, credit or anything. Then we get our dish and the bag (and unfortunately also the contents) smells terribly of tobacco. Eating is normally fine, but unfortunately the delivery and correctness of orders is a disaster. When it goes wrong we have not yet received any compensation. While you pay for it all... special.

The cheese sandwich was delicious, unfortunately my fries were soaked in grease and soggy, super limp and undercooked, not what I ordered. This is probably because I had it delivered. I called to report this problem but it was not appreciated. Not recommended, except for the cheese sandwich and the ham pizza.

The food is cold, the pasta has no taste. And the chicken and shawarma are very dry and oily. All in all, a lot of money spent and nothing tasted good.

Ordered on 9/22 for our son's birthday. Had to call a few times to find out where the food was, it was just packed. It doesn't arrive until 2.5 hours later. Unfortunately, our son didn't eat any of it anymore and was already in bed. Later I called the seller, the owner said he would call back... never happened. Neighbors with the same problem are offered a free meal... no response or nothing from the owner. Bad service

Received the wrong order again, if you order a shawarma dish you will not receive any potatoes, you ordered a large shawarma with cheese and a small shawarma with cheese was delivered. This is really the last time at Alanya. I didn't even have the energy to call to say that it was wrong again. Shame.

Just sit inside because why not. Friendly men who serve warm and generous portions very quickly. Doner dish for 13 euros and you will be full. Tasty potato slices, much better than wet fries you get elsewhere. Attention is paid to cleaning.

Had an incredibly backward experience. My wife and I ordered Food at 6:30 PM. Arrived no later than 8am. Contacted them twice. Due to busy circumstances it was theirs. While they initially had an hour and a half. I think this is incredibly retarded, I don't recommend it!

We waited over two hours for our order. We contacted Alanya three times with the message that our order would arrive any moment, which took another hour. Pizza arrived, top completely black and inedible. In the trash, never again for us

I have been waiting for my food for 2.30 hours, it takes a long time, so 1.30 hours now nothing happens.

A good place to pick up very tasty donner kebab or eat on site, recommended, but you should be less lazy and go out

Unfortunately we received the wrong pizza. Just called and it was handled very nicely and I received an 06 to send a photo of the wrong pizza. Unfortunately, probably the wrong number, but nevertheless I want to say that the pizzas are good, good employees, but they did not understand Dutch well. I hope that the error will be resolved, but otherwise a great company that is the only one still open in Delfzijl around midnight!

Ordered pizzas at a quarter to 6, they finally arrived at 8 o'clock. Very bad.

The spare ribs were impossible to pull apart, tasted burnt and generally unpleasant. I personally don't recommend this place.

Ate here with a friend on recommendation. The food took a very long time to be served. His spareribs were extremely tough, mine were tender but partly cold. In addition, the taste also left much to be desired. The potato slices were 50/50 cold/crispy. No toilet paper/wipes to dry hands. There were vermin running across the ceiling. Unfortunately, the experience and the dish turned out to be disappointing. No risk of recurrence on my part. The only positive thing about the visit was the staff, who were friendly.

Es war lecker, sehr viel und sehr günstig. Der Chef war so nett und lustig. Super ist das selbstgemachte Ketchup. Viel besser als das aus dem Supermarkt. Fruchtig und nicht so süß. Das Ambiente ist okay. Toll war, daß wir mit unserem Hund rein durften. Danke.

Prima te eten. Gwn 7 gerroes gekregen bij de bestelling. Aanrader als je te eten nodig hebt tijdens het drinken!

Super slecht, 17.00u besteld en 18.30u als tijdstip opgegeven. Inmiddels nog niks ontvangen. We staan op tijd wegens een drukke planning. Je kan als restaurant toch wel anticiperen wanneer je ruim van te voren een bestelling krijgt? Bij de bezorger aangegeven en hun zegt dat het "niet zijn probleem is". Wij bestellen hier in elk geval nooit weer. Edit: goedmaker aardappelschijfjes + fristi wel snel ontvangen. Dus 3 sterren.

Binnen 15 minuten bezorgd. Geweldig en lekker👌

Om 6 uur besteld en om half 9 pas een bezorger voor de deur. Denk je na 2,5 uur eindelijk eten, is het ijs en ijs koud.

Super lekkere kapsalon,erg ruime porties. Vandaag shoarma besteld,was prima, alleen nooit meer die appelsalade erbij doen,jakkie 🫣

Grote porties shoarma vriendelijk personeel alleen jammer dat het binnen koud was snap dat de energie duur is voor de horeca maar in de kou eten vind ik niet zo fijn verder zou ik graag wat meer frisdrank in het assortiment zien met name cola zero of andere suikervrije frisdranken denk dan aan de klanten die suikerziekte hebben die kunnen dan alleen Rivera of zero suikervrij dranken drinken verder geen commentaar goed vlees waar voor je geld

A small place where you can find very good turkish food, with great service wich makes you feel like in the family atmosphere.

Het eten smaakt prima de bezorging is zo ontzettend waardeloos van dit bedrijf dat ik inmiddels al een aantal keren meer als 2 uur op mijn eten heb gewacht vandaag ook weer besteld en ze houden zich ook niet aan de afgesproken tijd .

Prima eten altijd. Ook aardige bezorgers. Alleen moet het nou echt zolang duren ? Heb om kwart voor 6 besteld en het is er nu nog niet. Zou tussen 40 en 60 minuten bezorgd worden. Woon notabene op 10 minuten afstand. Kleine update... Nog niks ontvangen. Vind dit ontzettend slecht.. bijna 2 uur geleden besteld.

Bestelling kwam precies volgens afspraak aan eten was lekker en ruime portie. Enige nadeel, de chauffeur sprak geen Nederlands of weigerde iets terug te zeggen op een vraag.

Al jaren het adres voor lekkere shoarma of een lekkere pizza. Behalve afhalen of laten bezorgen kun je er ook gewoon ter plekke eten in het restaurant
