The food was delicious, and the service was very friendly. However, we had to wait too long before we were served. We waited 45 minutes for our food, and we had to ask for drinks again. Empty glasses were not cleared away. Asking for the dessert menu also took a long time; eventually, we had to ask for it ourselves. All in all, we have decided not to eat here again.

Top service, delicious food as always!

Unfortunately, our order was taken very slowly, and the preparation also took an unusually long time. After we finished eating, there was no one in sight, so we ended up having to go to the service counter ourselves to get the bill and pay. Since we were the only customers at the time, the slow and inattentive service was particularly surprising. Unfortunately, the food itself didn't impress us either – only the fries were really good. My conclusion: expensive, slow, and unfortunately not very customer-oriented.

We placed an order today, it was made incorrectly. We clearly wrote this in the comments, but they brought it without vegetables and without sauce, with everything on it. We called, and the employee started arguing instead of resolving the mistake properly! Apparently, the employees don't even read the comments on the order. It's really a shame that this is how you treat customers!!!!

I ordered online. They hadn't seen this until I walked in. A fine start already. When I unpacked it at home, tears welled up in my eyes. The salad looked so appetizing that I didn't even open it. The meat was also truly tasteless. Throwing as much sauce as possible over the spareribs really doesn't make them tasty. The only bright spot was the potatoes.

We had a very tasty meal. I had a shawarma platter, and my daughter had a pizza. The food was good and more than enough for us. The staff was friendly and quick. Cozy atmosphere.

There were four of us, and we ordered two pizzas, a pasta dish, and a kapsalon. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. The pasta was almost inedible due to the large amount of salt. The pizza base and the kapsalon were also very salty, which meant the quality of the meal was disappointing. Additionally, we found the service unfriendly; the staff came across as grumpy. The atmosphere was also unpleasant. When we entered, we were stared at by almost everyone, which meant we didn't really feel welcome. All in all, this was not a pleasant experience for us, and therefore we would not recommend this restaurant.

Today I treated my mother to dinner. We had been advised to eat here. We chose the mixed grill. The food was delicious and the atmosphere excellent. We had a fantastic meal.

I've eaten here several times already, and every time it's actually perfect. This time I opted for a pizza instead of a döner platter. Fast service, welcoming staff, and delicious food. Highly recommended for anyone in the mood for döner or pizza.

Tonight I ordered a chicken sandwich and a ham and cheese toastie. I had to spend another 25 cents for them to deliver, so I ordered an extra container of garlic sauce as well. What I received at home was a toastie that was barely warm, the pita bread was still soft, the chicken was tasteless and extremely dry, and the container of sauce I ordered just so I could place an order wasn't included. Thanks, Antalya.

Nice spacious restaurant. The music didn't bother me but it's the usual type of music for these restaurants at a normal volume. The kids running around can be a bit of a nuisance when they fall and start crying, but I assume this is an exception rather than normal. Friendly service, but I had to wait sometimes for the waitress to attend. The guys behind the counter helped explaining that the kebab lahmacun are with pork since there is sometimes a misunderstanding apparently. Food was prepared quickly, good portion and tastes good. Definitely recommend trying the lahmacun köfte! My favourite out of what I've tried.

Delicious food And right on time

We went shopping in Delfzijl this afternoon, but we don't really do enough. After all that wandering around in the 31-degree weather, the two of us were ready for something tasty to eat and a soft drink. We ended up at Grillroom Antalya, what a discovery! The food was truly delicious; we couldn't even finish it, and any leftovers were neatly packed in an aluminum container for us to take home! We both opted for a kapsalon: I chose the kapsalon döner and my wife the kapsalon chicken. We were given a bottle of delicious homemade garlic sauce on the table (he usually put it in a small container, but he noticed it was perfectly fine this way and it was just as convenient, as he was the only one in the kitchen/service area (I think we were there around 3 p.m.). We both had a coke. I don't have much to compare it to when it comes to a kapsalon. This was my second time ever, but I don't need a comparison to decide if something was good. We'll definitely go there again. It's a shame we can't order, because then the cart would come our way at least once a week. The owner (?) was very friendly and welcoming, the food was more than enough and truly delicious. We're going there for dinner with our family soon. We've looked at the menu, and there's something for everyone. It's a shame we didn't know this before, it's so close (15 minutes), so delicious, and so welcoming. We'll be back soon. Not satisfied. They say it will be with you in an hour, but it wasn't there yet. They don't call when it's running a bit late. And they are not customer-friendly.

I found the lahmacun chicken döner a bit salty. Otherwise, it was very tasty! The kapsalon chicken döner was delicious, and all the dishes were very generous in quantity. In short: Antalya offers quality and quantity at a good price!

We were served cold iskender with cold döner and some thinly sliced, half-baked pita bread. I can't recommend it; it probably would have tasted better warm. It's a shame it was €15.50. The mixed grill and kebab platters seemed adequate. The second waitress was friendly, but the first wasn't interested. The prices aren't particularly expensive, but you'd be better off going elsewhere.

Bad food, as if it were cut three days ago and just thrown in the pan; it tastes so old, crispy, and disgusting. Potatoes are always too hard or inedible. No friendliness from the restaurant anymore; the food has become so disgusting that the only thing left to eat is the pizza. Do something about it, or you'll lose another 100+ customers. On the other hand, Pizzeria Appingdam is much better and friendlier when it comes to delivery. The way you deliver right in the middle of your neighbor's sidewalk, garden, or driveway is ridiculous. You've gone way downhill. Disgraceful.

So this was the last time. That we'll be ordering here. You order at 4:00 PM and at 5:30 PM, they call to ask where it is. You're told we're preparing it now because it's busy. Now, get your food out of here. I don't plan on waiting another hour. 😡😡😡😡

These days, if you want decent service, you're better off ordering from the competition. Despite comments you can make about the dishes, the kitchen completely ignores them. When you call, it's your own fault, the order is difficult, or what you say is simply not true. Time and time again, everything is difficult. Eventually, you manage to get a new dish, but it takes an extra 1.5-2 hours, and they want you to pick it up yourself instead of having it delivered, even though you've paid the delivery fee. Lately, the quality has been deteriorating rapidly. Some people who answer the phone barely speak Dutch, and if there's even the slightest chance of something being passed on to the customer, they do it immediately. It's like being in Turkey and walking away from a stall to look elsewhere. Constantly cursing and swearing on the phone because they're doing something wrong. No, this isn't worth it anymore. The food is usually delicious, but the hassle, the wait, and the lost trust aren't worth it. Order your food somewhere else if you have an allergy because they don't take it into account here anyway.

This was the last time. I ordered online from their website because the phone simply wasn't answered. And even if you order online, even though it's over €50, there's an additional €3.50 delivery fee and another €1.00 service fee. Then, after an hour and a half, it's finally delivered, and it wasn't worth the wait. Good luck!

Turkish and Italian dishes. This time I opted for a pepperoni pizza, which was very good. The beer is small (0.25 l). I would have had a second one if someone had asked.

So, after an hour and a half instead of the hour they told you to, you expect a delicious Lahmacun special with cheese, but no, it was practically cold, and there were burnt pieces of meat (döner), vegetables, and cheese nowhere to be found. I understand when you have it delivered 5 km away that it's not as hot anymore, but this???? No, not again.

Ordered a spare rib dish today. This was not the quality I am used to. Unfortunately the meat was hard and dry. Hopefully tender meat next time. Delivery very fast though.

We order here often and it is always good! Meat is tender, steak medium rare with herb butter, shrimps tasty, lahmacun with chicken special very well filled! The mixed grill is incredibly much! You always get potato slices (crispy and seasoned) with the menus completely fine. Lettuce is basic with a tomato but fine. Delivery sometimes takes 60 minutes to 90 minutes. But you can take that into account. Pick up is faster. Staff is friendly and hospitable! Price quality I think is very neat !! In short, top!

A very clear recommendation and a really great restaurant. Nice service, nice ambience and the food is also really recommended. However, you should be hungry because the portions are huge. Everyone should be fed here. We didn't manage to "tame" the portions. So why only 4 stars? Because no dogs are allowed. For people without dogs, definitely 5 stars, but our dog is our loyal companion. Nevertheless (you can also sit outside), we would come back here to eat at any time.

We ordered via home delivery. 1.5 hours of waiting and still no food and when I called we were told that something had gone wrong and our order had not gone through. After waiting 2 hours we finally got our food, but nothing good with it. Fortunately the food was tasty.

Unfortunately we didn't get it for the dish. Main course was good.

The food is disgusting. The service is poor, the employees are incomprehensible and speak in a strange language. The toilet is disgusting. In the kitchen, leftover food on the floor is thrown back into the food being prepared. And the staff is unfriendly.

Super delicious food. The price for the large portion is great. Staff was very friendly. You have a view of the kitchen and it is well maintained, clean and tidy, despite it being busy.

Waiting is long and if the food had been perfect, okay, we were waiting 45 minutes for our food while we were alone in the shop. the orders that were picked up went before our food. The windows were also dirty and you could see mosquito droppings on the inside. The food itself was also poorly cooked spareribs with a lot of sauce poured over them, potato slices that had been fried for the 2nd time. So not again for us.

They are always very busy and that is why the waiting time for the food is a little longer, but that is why you do it because the food is always good

Beautiful spacious and neat Grillroom on the Landstraat in the heart of Delfzijl. I was here on a weekday, the restaurant itself was almost empty. However, the kitchen was super busy with takeaway and delivery. Because of this I also had to wait quite a long time to order (and get my drink). The food, on the other hand, was fine (extensive menu). Just like the friendly service. I think the beautifully decorated shop and the comfortable seats are a big plus.

Super friendly, good service, hygiene is of paramount importance, fast, tasty, cozy and not pricey. I feel at home here, too bad it's almost a 400km drive for me :(

If you comment about a sandwich being so tough, the waitress will completely ignore you. Very unfortunate food is good. We wanted dessert but the waitress didn't even look at us anymore.

If you want to get sick you should really eat there. I bought a shawarma sandwich from there, the meat was cold, I immediately indicated that I did not want this. I received a new shawarma sandwich, but it was just as cold. With these summer temperatures, this meat is downright dangerous.

Ordered bread with herb butter in advance (didn't receive it). Pizza and dishes arrived on the table. With sauce in plastic delivery containers. Reported about bread in advance. They would take it off the bill. Received dessert as compensation. Final score, look at the receipt at home. (DOM) you better do that immediately, the starter you never received is still on it. From now on we will go elsewhere 🤗

We always order food here for delivery. Even though they are often 20 minutes late, we are super satisfied! The delivery is done neatly and the delivery person is always friendly. Spare ribs and carne funghi are at the top of the list here! Highly recommended! Because of the delivery, I cannot give any stars for "atmosphere". (Maybe go to the restaurant ;) )

Picked up 2 x large shawarma with extra potato slices and it was perfect! Slices were nice and crispy and the shawarma was very tasty and not greasy or anything, absolutely great!!

We were just only having a kebab roll and take away service. Just to let you know you have the best kebab I've ever eat and the taste was 5 star rate also. I've ate many kebab around Europe ( Filipino seafarer ) this resto or grill bar was perfect. sadly my colleagues was in a hurry and having no time for dine in. Next time if we came back we/I would do a dine in. 👏👏👏

Tasted everywhere, but I think Antalya is the tastiest thing I have ever eaten and will continue to order it here!!! Great taste and just delicious!! Highly recommended to order it here. Staff is friendly, nothing wrong with that!

Just a shame they don't deliver in Termunterzijl

During a weekend away due to the dike run in Delfzijl. Delicious food (doner dish and small chicken dish). Meat of both very good with tasty potato slices, if I could make an improvement, a few pieces of doner really burned black on the edge. Garlic sauce was also very tasty and mild in taste. We've never had our food (👍😃) so quickly, even though it was really busy with takeout. Nice place and friendly service

Zeer goed eten snelle bediening

bestelde mix grill, doner en kip, het smaakte heerlijk, alleen de shoarma smaakte droog. de prijs is redelijk, de porties zijn meer dan genoeg.

Ik heb hier wel alles gegeten. Wat me wel opvalt is dat je het beter zelf kan ophalen. Bezorgen kan een beetje lang duren. Ga lekker vers eten en dan proef je de hele smaak die gemaakt wordt door een geweldig personeel. Serveersters ook heel lief. Bezorgers ook. Echt een aanrader. De laatste keer dat ik zo lekker heb gegeten was in 2001 aan de Mercuriusstraat, toen ik voor het laatst een broodje shoarma had gegeten.

Vorige keer een niet zo goede ervaring gehad bij bestellen (zie beneden). Toen zat Antalya nog op hun oude plek. Gisteren gegeten in de nieuwe zaak. Deze ervaring heeft mijn review compleet veranderd. Nette schone zaak. Eten was in verhouding met vorige keer dikke prima. Service was goed. Wij werden gelijk te woord gestaan door een vriendelijke dame. Nu 4 sterren in plaats van 2 sterren 3/4jaar geleden was dit onze ervaring: Bestelling geplaatst om 17:25 voor zo spoedig mogelijk. De eerst volgende leveringsoptie was 17:50. Dan verwacht je dat je bestelling er voor 17:50 is. Helaas was dit absoluut niet het geval en blijk je een mail (in je spam box) te hebben gekregen met een verwachte bezorgtijd van 18:45 !!! Gelukkig was het er wel iets eerder (lees 18:30) maar dit vind ik absoluut niet "zo spoedig mogelijk". Het eten zelf was redelijk te noemen, de kebab/kip schotel zwom in het vet, de andere 2 schotels waren wel goed. Helaas worden de bakjes met salade verpakt bij het warme eten waardoor deze helemaal lauw en klef waren geworden.

Das Personal hat uns sehr nett und freundlich bedient, wir haben nicht lange auf unser Essen warten müssen und es hat sehr lecker geschmeckt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Auf Wunsch gab es englische Speisekarten für uns. Es war einiges los, viel ausser Haus, daher hat das Essen etwas gedauert. Penne war überwürzt, aber die Pizza hat es rausgerissen.

Hat relativ lange gedauert. Das Essen an sich war ganz in Ordnung, die Nudeln schmeckten nur ein wenig zu sehr nach Maggi..
