The food was 20 minutes late. Cold. And not as requested. Unfortunately, when I called, the phone was hung up on me. It was useless.

A delivery driver is riding his e-bike like an idiot in the sports hall square. This young man has no idea what he's doing and will soon be hit by a car or, worse, hit an unsuspecting pedestrian.

We ate at the restaurant, no delivery. Food: 3/5 Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5 (when compared to other Döner/Pizza shops in Utrecht etc.) Let me start off by saying that the service is great. The employees make you feel welcome and are the reason I would return. You can see that they are putting in the effort to deliver a good dining experience. I ordered a Kapsalon Döner Kebab, my girlfriend had the Pizza Döner. She was very positive about the pizza, I was a bit disappointed by the Kapsalon Döner Kebab: it had a large amount of sauce on it, so there were almost no crispy fries, and the meat itself wasn't the same as I'm used to. Maybe it came from a different part of the animal, or the spice/herb mix is significantly different. Either way, after removing the excess sauce I wasn't too impressed by the taste of the Döner meat itself. My girlfriend had a much better experience with the pizza, so I think the menu might be too big, or the prices a bit too low, which negatively affects the ingredients (and resulting meals). Next time I'll try something other than a Kapsalon Döner Kebab, probably a pizza, or ask for the sauces on the side. Note: I think the employees aren't the ones to blame for it, I imagine they have a very small profit margin on the food and thus have to use basic ingredients. However I've had better Kapsalon/Pizza combos for a similar (only slightly more expensive) price in Utrecht.

Lots of negative comments but I can't agree with it at all. The best man makes delicious pizzas and delivers very quickly. It is quite logical that it can sometimes take a long time. Staff problem is everywhere. Very satisfied!

Delicious and very friendly staff! We tried their pizza, the döner, and they offered trying their lentil soup for my child, i was surprised they considered the soup as a gift, i highly recommend this restaurant for families with kids.

Erg lekker , top kwaliteit altijd netjes ! Het is meestal SU-PER druk ik heb het zelf gezien , er is te kort aan personeelsleden misschien daarom komen sommige bestellingen wat later en dat is 100% begrijpelijk !

Ik zie allemaal negatieve reviews, maar ik heb hele andere ervaringen met de bezorgservice. Nergens anders heb ik zulke lekkere pizza gehad, en voor zo ver ik mij kan herinneren was de bezorgtijd niet ´´absurd´´
