Unfortunately, I'm disappointed with my order. Once again, the garlic sauce wasn't included with my pizza, even though I ordered it. That's a shame.

What a great service! I recently got the wrong pizza. Before I even opened the box I got a call from a very friendly lady. 5 minutes later the delivery guy was at the door with the right pizza, there was also a can of coke to make up for it. Impressed by this service, enjoyed the delicious pizza!

Just ordered a pizza, had to wait an hour, called, was promised a drink for the wait and received a pizza box that was pressed without drinks. Bad service and don't think this is a way to deal with customers

Unfortunately didn't have a friendly experience. I ordered a shawarma pizza, but there was no garlic sauce. When I called Domino's, the excuse I got was that they only had one delivery person and it was very busy. I showed understanding and asked how long it would take to receive the sauce, but I did not get a clear answer. Instead, it was suggested that I leave a bag of garlic sauce in my name for a future order. I indicated that this was of no use to me, because garlic sauce is standard with a shawarma or kebab pizza. Apparently this was taken as rude, because the employee hung up the phone angrily…

Good pizza place. The delivery was also always top notch in Zwammerdam. Unfortunately, they no longer deliver in Zwammerdam since 2025. But that doesn't make it any less worth it.

If you want to wait 2 hours for a pizza, you should definitely order here instead of the 30 to 55 minutes they indicate for home delivery

Ordered a pizza with shawarma and peppers and suddenly got garlic sauce 💀💀

I have ordered and paid for a Too Good To Go package several times at the beginning of the day, only to have it canceled. As a result, we have had to unexpectedly change plans for dinner several times because we were counting on the TGTG packages that we ordered. I find it very unprofessional that they offer these packages and then cancel them. They would be better off getting rid of TGTG if they can't deliver what they offer.

The pizza was delicious, and the service was also excellent, although there was quite a bit of tension between staff members while eating in the restaurant. This brought the atmosphere down a bit. That aside, good pizza, good price, definitely worth repeating.

Last June 8, late in the evening, I ordered a pizza chicken doner and it was unpalatable, firstly the pizza was cold even though I literally live 5 minutes away. 2nd, very little topping so almost no chicken and no doner, which of course you pay for, it was so little. I thought to myself, they ate it off? 3rd why when I order a chicken doner pizza I don't get garlic sauce on my pizza? For me this was the last time I ordered something here because it wasn't cheap!! Success

Always at the wrong address, they ring our doorbell again and everyone is awake. You tell them and the only thing you get in advance is yes, okay, speak to them. No chance

Long queues and staff are very poorly trained. Management may not be able to handle the work, because things go wrong here again and again.

Pizza super lekker! Maar medewerkers... Heb ik een raar situatie gehad wanneer de medewerker was net klaar met sigaretten roken. Hij komen binnen en zonder handen te wassen, beginnen eten maken!

Prima voor een snelle hap, je kunt ook laten bezorgen, het is niet echt een pizza restaurant, maar je kunt er wel je pizza binnen op eten.

Altijd enorm tevreden met de service van Domino's Bodegraven. Zojuist besteld, 9 minuten later werd het bezorgd!!! Geweldig, complimenten!

Kwaliteit is regelmatig twijfelachtig, soms zijn het gewoon de perfecte pizza's maar de laatste tijd is het niet best. Middelste stuk zat door het vet vast gekoekt aan de pizza doos en er miste een heel stuk korst, door de brandplekken eromheen was het duidelijk dat ze het er maar afgesneden hebben.

Eetbaar maar puur fastfood en totaal niet lekker, vooral die cheesy crust echt bah

Zeer goed draaiende internetsite! Pizza's erg lekker, tip: kunnen aan de randen iets dunner 😉 Verwerking in realtime online te volgen, snelle bezorging. Zo niet en lauwe pizza, reageerde Domino's direct na klacht met volgende bestelling met korting of gratis pizza. Zo ga je met klanten om. 👍 Ben bang dat Domino's bij ons een blijvertje is..

Prima geholpen. Snel, vriendelijk!

Afgelopen zondag 16-02-2020 voor meer dan € 50,- Pizza's besteld, waar onder twee met shoarma, Heb geen shoarma geproefd, wel veel tomatensaus geproefd, zat veel te weinig shoarma op, Slechte pizza's, ook geen knapperige bodem. Ook andere Pizza's waren niet echt lekker.

Lekkere pizza's zoals te verwachten

Prima pizza's. Weinig acties, dat is jammer.

Vandaag 3 pizzas ontvangen waarvan er 2 zeer slecht waren belegd. Bij het bellen werd ik door een snotneus voor leugenaar uitgemaakt . Vorige bestellingen waren perfect, dit keer ronduit slecht. De kwaliteit gaat blijkbaar achteruit. Voor mij geen Dominos meer!

Pizza's prima.beter dan in Gorinchem.

Vriendelijke staf. Bij ons was het order status scherm uit. Dat was wel jammer

Laatste tijd als ik hier eet, krijg ik buikpijn.

22.06.2019 Eindelijk een Dominos Pizza locatie die wel mijn bestelling in 1x goed heeft gedaan. Mijn complimenten, want blijkbaar is het een kunst voor sommige Domino's medewerkers om goed te luisteren wat de klant zegt aan de telefoon. Echt top, heb genoten van de Pizza! Voor de rest top team, vriendelijk en open. Ga zo door team van locatie Bodegraven!
