Aloha Poke bowls in Wijk 00 Deurne

Very bad experience. Yesterday, I ordered and paid for a poké bowl via the website. The store was open, but my order was never delivered. When I contacted them this morning, the only options I was given were to come to the store in person to pick up a voucher or to get my money back in cash. I find it absolutely unacceptable to make a customer bear the consequences of an undelivered order. What made the experience even more unpleasant was the way I was spoken to. Customer friendliness was nowhere to be found, and there was absolutely no attempt to find a suitable solution. Mistakes can happen, but the way you handle them says a lot about a company. Unfortunately, both the service and the customer treatment were well below par. I won't be going back.

Very friendly service. The bowl tasted great and was plentiful.

The pokebowl was tasty, but unfortunately, that was about all there was to say. We weren't served in a very pleasant or friendly manner, and the young guys who were supposed to be managing everything didn't seem to have things in order. I had a large pokebowl and my partner a small one, but we received the same size; however, these were definitely not large. According to the guy there, they were. I didn't really feel like having a discussion, so I let it go, but it didn't feel right. They also forgot our drinks. Well, that can happen, but all in all, it was a really unpleasant situation. They also felt the need to sit to our left with another guy who came in a bit later and start eating themselves with pretty overflowing trays. If the staff is replaced, it might improve. Unfortunately, it's not what you should expect.

I order from here almost EVERY WEEK! So delicious, a real massive addiction

Ordered a custom-made poke bowl for the first time. Even though the delivery took a bit of a while (delivery according to the order was between 17:40 and 17:50, but it was delivered at 18:40), the poke bowl more than made up for it☺️ It was so tasty. Worth repeating. However, next time I will probably pick it up myself instead of having it delivered😉 According to the delivery person it was "extremely busy"😝 but I still received a quick apology.

Good concept, lots of choice and tastes good! Great!

Always on time, also really mega tasty and lots of options!

Delicious poke bowls that we love coming back for! Very tasty and fresh, just the way they should be. Friendly staff too, so in our opinion, a top-notch place.

I love ordering from here; the delivery drivers are always very friendly, and I always find the food delicious. So I definitely recommend it! Sometimes, and today even, it takes much longer than indicated for delivery, so I called (could sometimes be due to Thuisbezorgd). They were just about to call me, but it turned out the delivery driver had an accident and the food fell on the floor. That can happen to anyone, of course, and they were already busy trying to get it to me as soon as possible. But what I especially appreciate about the excellent service is that I was immediately offered extra food of my choice and an apology without even asking, even though it wasn't their fault. If they hadn't done it in this case, I would have understood, but they do. I think this kind of service deserves a comprehensive review, because that's how you retain customers and I keep ordering from here. That makes it worth the wait (besides the fact that the food is so delicious). As always, it tastes delicious, and the poke bowl is always well-filled!

Delicious poke bowls, with large portions. Good value for money. Get the tastiest poke bowls here!

What a delicious poke bowl, where the quality and freshness of the ingredients are top-notch. The bowls are filled to the brim, and you get truly fresh ingredients. The price-quality ratio is excellent, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend getting a poke bowl here; you certainly won't be disappointed.👍

Delicious poke bowl with tuna. The tuna was fresh and tender, and the combination with the other ingredients was perfectly balanced. Definitely worth repeating.

We had a poke bowl delivered for two people. It was great that you can choose your own toppings. I had chicken and my husband had salmon. It was delicious. Well-filled. Good value for money. We'll definitely order again. Next time, we might try a different combination.

I order a regular poke bowl here every week. They're always well-stocked and ready quickly. So far, I think this is definitely the best I've had. I'm always greeted with kindness. All in all: very satisfied.

I've eaten here a few times. The place was beautifully decorated. Beautiful architecture. The food was delicious. I always order a poke bowl. The poke bowls are generously filled with vegetables and chicken. They certainly don't skimp on space. The staff are incredibly friendly. A truly top-notch location; in my opinion, another restaurant should open there.

A nice and clean shop, but above all, delicious and fresh poke bowls with lots of options. Highly recommended!!😍

I really enjoyed my meal at Aloha Poké Bowl. The tuna is top-quality and super fresh, which is always my top priority. The vegetables are deliciously crunchy, and the flavors are perfectly balanced. The portions are generous, and the bowls are prepared with care and attention to detail; they always look beautiful. The service is also friendly and prompt. If you're looking for a healthy, fresh, and above all, delicious meal, this is the place!

Delicious, well-filled, and fast delivery. Highly recommended!

Delicious bowls, well-prepared and with beautiful ingredients, and well-stocked. The price and quality are consistent. Hygiene was excellent, and the place looked neat. There was a restroom, which could be a bit cleaner (there was some dust and limescale), but otherwise, it was easily accessible. Very customer-friendly and attentive staff. I will definitely be back for a delicious meal. I'm from Helmond Brouwhuis myself, but unfortunately, it's just too far for delivery; otherwise, I would definitely have used these tasty bowls more often.

Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and delicious food! Thanks!

Very friendly staff! Lots of choices in base, protein, and toppings.

The pokebowl was fine, although we had one pokebowl that didn't match the order. Instead of the feta we ordered, it contained an excessive amount of jalapeños (see photo; this was in one pokebowl). The order was delivered 20 minutes later than the confirmed time. By the way, I find €16 per medium pokebowl to be very pricey.

Great service, had an order placed before 6:30. I received a call that it could be delivered earlier if convenient. Well, I'd like to hear it, I was hungry 🤣🤣🤣 So here's to this super service.

Delicious poke bowls, put together yourself or choose one from. With stamp card for free bowl savings.

Very good experience, our order was perfect, the staff is very kind and their ingredients are fresh. The chief even wished us "Bon appétit" 🤟 What else?

Top people who make the tastiest poke bowls with a lot of care and attention. Always fresh 👍

Poor delivery, after you ordered you still haven't seen any food 2 hours and 15 minutes later!!!!

Super tasty poke bowls, nice swear and the staff is very friendly. I will definitely come back here a few more times!!

Was super tasty food the swear was super nice and ewn vibe and the service was super nice and polite

Always friendly and wonderfully fresh!

Delicious poke bowl to pick up. You can choose ready-made or put it together yourself. Nice and friendly service at the counter

Pokebowl was very wet, little rice Avocado was trash instead of slices, little chicken, lots of beans Paid too much for poor quality Very sorry

Tasty & healthy food, top service and a pleasant atmosphere.

The food was super tasty, I come here more often, highly recommended

Delicious poke bowls, a party every time, super freshly made and nice staff!

Really delicious poke bowls!! Everything super fresh and prepared with care. Very friendly service. Definitely eat there or have it delivered, highly recommended!

Very good and friendly service. Food was top and not overpriced

Weer super lekker gegeten. Deze keer verse tonijn. We komen snel weer! Nergens anders zo lekker.

Great place to hangout for lunch

Heerlijke smaakvolle poke bowl gegeten hier!

Eten was super lekker!
