I'm so dissatisfied with the way the cake turned out! It's poorly finished, and the color I requested is completely different. I ordered a dark blue cake with gold accents. The service was also very poor; they didn't offer any solutions. The cake itself wasn't delicious either. I wouldn't order from here again!

I've rarely been treated so poorly by a bakery. From the start, I provided clear requirements and photo specifications for the cake. I was told this wouldn't be a problem at all. It turns out this was nothing more than false hope. The cake I ultimately received bears no resemblance to the example photo I provided. The design, the finish, everything is different. It's as if my wishes weren't even considered. This was especially painful because it was such a crucial moment. What makes it even worse: when I raised this issue, they were completely unwilling to consider the matter. No apology, no solution, no compensation. They simply passed the buck and acted as if this was normal. This isn't just poor craftsmanship, but also lousy customer service. I don't feel taken seriously and, frankly, misled. If a bakery promises to make something, they should deliver—or be honest if they can't. That didn't happen here at all. Absolutely no second chances for me. I strongly advise against this bakery.

Fantastic! Bernadet made our wedding cake, and it was so incredibly delicious and looked absolutely beautiful! Despite being quite large (for 100 people), it was perfectly stable. Communication was excellent, and the delivery went perfectly smoothly. A fantastic experience – we couldn't have wished for anything better!

Incredibly tasty cakes made with so much love! I especially love the carrot cake and the brookies! You can order the cakes online and pick it up or have it delivered within the Netherlands or buy it at a coffee place called 'bij daans' in the city centre.
