They are closing, that was clearly noticeable. Price stickers everywhere (nice) and the lady behind the counter was super curt. "You'll just have to see for yourself." Never again, sorry

I've rarely been treated so poorly by a bakery. From the start, I provided clear requirements and photo specifications for the cake. I was told this wouldn't be a problem at all. It turns out this was nothing more than false hope. The cake I ultimately received bears no resemblance to the example photo I provided. The design, the finish, everything is different. It's as if my wishes weren't even considered. This was especially painful because it was such a crucial moment. What makes it even worse: when I raised this issue, they were completely unwilling to consider the matter. No apology, no solution, no compensation. They simply passed the buck and acted as if this was normal. This isn't just poor craftsmanship, but also lousy customer service. I don't feel taken seriously and, frankly, misled. If a bakery promises to make something, they should deliver—or be honest if they can't. That didn't happen here at all. Absolutely no second chances for me. I strongly advise against this bakery.

Delicious bread. We've moved to Breda. But whenever possible, I drive past Zoetermeer to buy bread at Jongerius. Such delicious bread!! I'm going to stock the freezer again next week!!

I received excellent service from a very kind man. He really listened to what I needed (yeast) for my grandfather's family recipe, who was also a pastry chef in 1930. You were immediately ready to take care of it, truly fantastic. Another baker in Zoetermeer was very unfriendly...but you weren't, and that's much appreciated 👍🏻👍🏻🤩
