So cool, unchanged since my teenage years!

Fantastic location, the decor is not cramped, and a great owner who understands what the visitors want.

Super cozy and inviting café! We were there for a Nevertel concert and it was super cool, but very hot!

Good place for locals and visitors to have fun togheter. Cool vibe, profesional services. I enjoyed my time at Altstadt.

Yeah, it was nice, but that guy with the hat and glasses was really sweet, kind, and spontaneous. He played some great music, sometimes, every now and then. We had a really nice chat, and we thought he was a great bartender. We even had a beer afterward to celebrate his birthday. We've become friends now and see each other every Monday at 5 PM to talk about our week. He had a great week this week; I'd totally adopt him!

i went here one night and i really liked the atomsphere, the place had a really intresting look, the music was nice, mainstream in terms of rock and metal but still, better than other genres Sadly, the night that i went here was really slow, not a lot of people... Maybe i Just went on the wrong night The beer was great tho

Great place to relax after a busy day at work. Amazing beer selection, with many craft beers on tap. I like to play some pool at one of the available pool tables. They also have music performances with great smaller bands. Give it a try.

Nice pub. What's a shame is that our 2 whiskey cola was made with 1 small bottle of cola. Without ice cubes I only got half a glass full. It's a shame that they are being treated so stingily, and it doesn't invite you to come again. In addition, it is very thoughtful to come by with cheeses and sausages. But still, it remains a pub and the drinks have to be okay....

Love it. They have a 2 tables for billiards which are really cheap. A Fussball table. Pinball machines. And an entire scene for when bigger events happen (usually through the night). If you like Rock, Alternative but also pop from the 70's - 90's it's amazing

This is a good place to enjoy drinks and music, with occasional live performances and festive events.

The annual (inter)national party for Stones fans. Convivial and also a bit Brabant. Always nice. However, a little more opportunity to sit would be nice.

I won't come here anymore! Shots are way too tasty, employees way too sweet, music too good (when Revulziøn is playing ;) ). Just RIDICULOUS how cozy this place is, 5/5.

Bartender tried to scam me. I ordered a beer and when I was paying by card I noticed the amount was more than 10€ for one beer and the bartender was holding the card device purposefully out of sight. The card was already scanned and I asked what the price of the beer was and the bartender defensively stated if I wanted a shot. It took several forceful tries to demand money back. After this experience I can no longer trust anyone here to be honest.

Saw a performance by the SWMRS. Nice location and I think you can also spend time here without performances! Definitely go there again!

A bar with good atmosphere and good music during the day. At night (I think on weekends) there is a party, with djs and whose music is rock. It has two billiards and table football, which is good when it comes to wanting to spend a quiet time and a stage in which different bands play. I love it, from Spain.

Boring on Sunday. But apparently that is the case everywhere in Eindhoven... recently moved, grew up in Eindhoven, but after 30 years a lot has changed.

I always visit this bar and I find the personal treatment pleasant! But since I see that there is a half-Asian girl, I think, small, she is not friendly and she is a very rude girl when she gets distracted talking to people, she ignores customers and serves mainly boys, it is very sad :( because is one of my favorite bars in Eindhoven <3 but for rest of the personal are nice, and professional!

I have been coming to the alto for 7 years. But the prices now are literally abnormal. You order 3 beers. But you want to go outside with your beer?? Hoppppaaa only pay 1 euro extra per beer to take your glass outside! Altstad Mongol City (3 beers alone cost 14 euros VAT)

Got to see my favorite local band Baklawai play. When there aren’t live bands playing there are 2 pool tables and darts. The bathrooms are upstairs, which is a nice chance of pace. There is ample space to hang up your jacket and plenty of drink options and snacks. The bar people are lovely, shout out to Aiden and Demi! The Altstadt has the best music playing in all of stratum and it’s a fun safe space for the LGBTQs to come party when the rainbow bar further down the street is filled with drunk straight men harassing people

I have been coming here for 31 years with great pleasure. Cozy, accessible, good music and tasty alternative music that you won't find in the other bars. Plus....2 pool tables where you can play for only 1 euro per game. Top!

Lekker ruige kroeg voor muziekliefhebbers en alternatieve mensen. Geen feestkroeg.

Leuke kroeg. De keu's van de Pooltafel zijn wel aan vervanging toe. En ze hadden de 2 Pooltafels in 1 rij gezet zodat je vaak elkaar in de weg stond. Was niet zo handig neergezet. Aangezien er wel de ruimte was om het beter neer te zetten

De mensen die er komen zijn leuk en de mensen die er werken ook, de muziek kan heel erg goed zijn maar er zijn ook echt dagen dat ik zelf maar mn halve playlist aan ga vragen. Met carnaval zou ik deze plek niet aanraden, ze laten iedereen naar binnen en buiten dus het is een toegankelijke plek voor dieven… Mijn telefoon is hier afgelopen carnaval gestolen, dus let goed op je spullen! Buiten dat, top tent! :)

Zelfs de wc zijn nog als vroeger. Prijzen helaas niet.
