Am V vegan cookies make every occasion festive. Anke invites you, in her own unique way, to order the cookies made for that special occasion. We're already looking forward to it. The cookies are like a promise in a box that keeps that promise every time. Delicious again. Never had them before? Then definitely give them a try. We're already looking forward to it.

First time I ordered cookies to be delivered they were very tasty and nice, however last week I ordered them as a present and they have never arrived. I received notification from the post they were delivered but nor me or any of my neighbours received them. I hve reached out to the am cookies for support but lack of response shocked me. I do understand that they are not responsible for delivery themselves but their customer service can be improved as I paid 16€ and received no cookies, no refund or no option to redeliver them. I guess they are good to buy but be careful when ordering delivery.

Today I bought delicious (responsible) vegan cookies in Purmerend. The flavors are so unique. The saleswoman was very friendly. In short, fantastic.

On December 24th, I went to this bakery, or rather, I tried to. My children were in the shopping cart because the stroller had to stay home; otherwise, the groceries wouldn't fit in the car. The door said that shopping carts weren't allowed, but since there were only two people inside, I thought I'd quickly grab something. I was immediately told that the stroller had to stay outside. When I explained that I couldn't leave my children outside and that taking them outside wasn't an option (they take everything in the store), I received absolutely no empathy. They literally said, "You're welcome the rest of the year, but not today, this Christmas." Any further explanation I received was ignored. I truly felt unwelcome. What makes this even more galling: a twin stroller would have been even wider, and a simple solution like asking what I needed and quickly getting it wasn't even considered. Rules are rules, but a little humanity—especially around Christmas—is to be expected.
