Amazing Asia in De Weteringschans

We took by Uber Eats. The food was terrible actually. We did not stand at the restaurant so i cannot tell about the place itself or the waiters.

We ordered duck with rice and were disappointed: the rice was completely unsalted, and the duck was half fat and skin.

The food wasnt too bad or good, the service was bad and no one could hear our request. the music was annoying and outdated

Ordered via Uber, got food poisoning from this inedible junk

One side of the noodles are white and the other brown because the sauce is not well mixed. Like nobody at home even does that??? Very amateur big thumbs down 👎🏻

Lunch menu at 11.50 with a delicious vegetable and chicken soup, and a large plate of noodles or chicken fried rice. The children loved it too. Very good value for money for lunch The interior is neat and comfortable, the terrace calm, the service friendly. Thank you

I am a chef and can say that this was low quality, cheaply made and way too expensive restaurant. Was very disappointed with our dinner here. Had the Sichuan prawns which wasn’t even peppery or spicy and wayyyyy too slaty which overpowered everything. Chicken noodle soup tased like carpet water and the chicken was chewy and bland. The vegetables in the dishes looked like they came from a frozen pack. Had a couple other things too but also, nothing good to say. Do yourself a favour and go next door to Xians (even if you need to wait in line) for a way better experience!

I had the Szechuan beef and rice and loved it! The Mojito was also wonderful. Super cool vibes and interesting space.

Unfortunately I read the reviews after I ordered. Good news was that the food was safe to eat. Nothing wrong with that. But it just wasn't great. Certainly not worth the money. Wouldn't come back.

We ordered in this restaurant as we were visiting Amsterdam unfortunately trusting the Ubereats reviews. probably the worst Chinese food I ate in years. Fried noodles with chicken with almost NO chicken and dry like they were prepared yesterday. The fried chicken wings were a case for the trash, everything else tasted bad and dull. Just a money grab … avoid at all costs!!! I had already a bad feeling when I got my food and the restaurant was almost empty on a Saturday evening. Wasted money ☹️

Order did not come through, waited 2,5 hours before they cancelled. Terrible.

Ordered all kinds of vegetarian dishes, of course not without reason, but literally everything contained meat!! I thought I would eat around it, but the taste of the rest was not good either. Tried to call them but there is no answer and there is no email address to reach them in any other way. I will never order here again!

The food was good, tasty, only the sauce a bit strong. Service was good. One thing for improvement was the bad smell, not sure if it was coming from the toilets.

The restaurant cooks authentic Chinese dishes in the old town of Amsterdam, Kingdom of the Netherlands.

Dim sum mix was reheated except for the spring rolls Noodles chicken tasteless, almost no chicken. Then I had a stomach ache in no time

The food was terrible. Egg noodles weren't properly cooked. They cleared hadn't been properly tossed in sauce leaving the noodles tasting bland and dry. Chicken noodles lacked much flavours. On top of it, the waiter was not the most politest. Kindly look for some other place on this street, there are many to choose from.

We went on a Wednesday night and we were seated at a table for 2 right next to the stairs. We ordered 2 different menus that included chicken soup, noodles with vegetables, sweet and chilli chicken with rice and spring rolls. Fron where I was seated I had a view in the kitcken and I saw the shef cut vegetables with his bare hands. Turns out he put them in two bowls with hot water and a little bit of oil and they served us these dishes as chicken soup. My noodles came with uncooked vegetables and only half of them had any sause on them. The sweet and chilli chicken with rice was...adequate at best. And the worst thing? When someone went downstairs to visit the toilet, we almost threw up because of the smell.

The food was okay. It wasn’t anything special; however, the experience was ruined by the rude and abrupt service. Everyone working there (maybe they are a family?) do not smile nor are friendly and are very abrupt, and basically act like you are bothering them by patronizing their restaurant! So with not so great food and bad service, I would not be returning!

Unfortunately, there was very little that was amazing here. The food tasted bland and the prices were very high. One dish didn't taste good at all, so we couldn't eat it at all. You can walk past this shop.

DO NOT ORDER HERE. They faked reviews on Ubereats. Look after! Unbeatable and super expensive

This restaurant should be renamed to “Atrocious Asia”. As an asian customer, the food I received was offensive to my culture and overall an affront to the asian community. I scheduled a delivery of two small items for 1315 at 1100 and it was still late, thereafter only to receive stale food and soggy chips. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere

I don't often give bad reviews, but I am very shocked today. I stood in front of the restaurant for a smoke and planned to eat afterwards. A waitress came to me. She was very rude and told me to fuck off. Then I told her that I was planning to have dinner there. She looked very unfriendly and started saying things like I wouldn't get anything from them. Another waiter just stood there, he didn't say anything.

Quick and easy Chinese in the centre of Amsterdam. If you’re wanting to have a nice meal with your Mrs, this ain’t the spot, but if you’re just passing through and having a few beers, it fills a hole. Can’t fault the service, polite and got the food out fast. It’s just about a bosh. Set menu is good value.

It was a very cozy and nice place to eat at. The food was super good and the workers very kind. It didn't take so long from when we ordered to when we got our food! I highly recommend this place!

The lady owner Lin was selective in seating the walk-in customers, instead of seating me solo she basically lied to me, ask me to wait 45 mins and seat a big group behind me… not cool. Do not appreciate her attitude, being a Malaysian myself, I am very disappointed with this Malaysian/Indonesian restaurant that does not even hold the true value of our Asian roots of respect. I did tell her off after she brushed me off coz this kind of behavior is a big let down.

Tempura was awful and jioazi was deep fried, wasn't expecting that, tho taste wise wasn't terrible. Maybe their hotpot is good, but the 2 small dishes i ordered were really not worth it.

Great quality food at very reasonable prices in a fantastic location. Highly recommend the pecking duck pancakes and ribs! Lovely service and vibe also - defo a must when visiting Amsterdam!

Very friendly and cozy place. We had some dumplings and a tasty soup for starters. The black pepper beef was one of the best dishes I've had ❤️. Thank you.

Popped in with friends, friendly staff, a good pint (British) and wonderful food, the Pad Thai reminded me of Kaosan Road Bangkok, I was just missing the drunken backpackers. Great food, good prices and good portions. The waiter also charged my phone, nice guy!

Super lekkere eten!!! Heb comfortabel gezeten. Leuke en gezellige tent met hele fijne bediening! Zeer begripvol als je met kinderen komt. We gaan er gauw weer heen.
