Ambachtelijk gebakken in Centrum

It's a shame the saleswoman in the store insists that a pie with whipped cream is also a true Limburg pie. This woman is clearly not an expert on Limburg pie.

Bought rice pudding with whipped cream on Saturday. It was old!!! Threw it away after the first bite. Too bad.

Two halved pies for €27.50 are no problem, but cutting them into pieces costs extra. Come on, that's outdated these days! The lady says cutting takes time, but it does require a five-minute discussion. You're supporting artisanal work, but you'll get some criticism. Investing in your interior is also welcome.

It's great to see artisanal baking firsthand. This bakery has it all figured out. Yes, as a customer, you enter the bakery and see the bakers working in the open bakery on the left. I ordered two half pies online for an Italian guest. The order was ready (of course). Fresh Limburg pie, delicious and at a fair price. This bakery will also be supplying sausage rolls soon. We're really looking forward to it.

The stuff they sell really tastes great, but it's always a hassle if you want to pay by card for a small amount of money. Even if you want to pay with notes, it's not good because then they don't have change back. We also received the wrong sandwiches a few times when we ordered them. So we will go to another bakery from now on.

Delicious honest bread, sourdough bread is great

Had to be in Venray for a meeting. After the meeting we thought it would be nice to take a rice pie back to Groningen. Unfortunately, they were already sold out. However, when the friendly saleswoman heard that we had come all the way from Groningen (😉) especially for it, she immediately offered to have another one prepared quickly by the bakery. A special customer-oriented offer. The rice pie is the tastiest I have tasted. Recommended!

Ik durf uit te spreken "ambachtelijk gebakken" is een van de beste bakkers die ik ken. Het concept is openheid en ambachtelijkheid. Geen poespas maar eerlijk brood en gebak zoals het moet zijn. De winkel is een en al openheid. Je kunt zien en ruiken waar en hoe het ambachtelijke brood gemaakt wordt. Wij hadden o.a ook appelbeignets. Ouderwets lekker. Het personeel is zo verfrissend behulpzaam. De winkel is makkelijk toegankelijk voor rolstoel,rollator en kinderwagen gebruiker. Waar is de zesde ster!
