Anne&Max Tilburg in Binnenstad

We hebben bij jullie gegeten en gedronken. Een salade en een focaccia. Daar was niks op aan te merken. Alleen jullie staan met minstens 6 man personeel en het duurt erg lang voordat er iemand bij tafel komt. Daarbij Ijn de schorten van sommige mensen zo ontzettend smerig dat je ergens je eetlust verliest. De toiletten zijn een aandachtspuntje. Overal nat en nergens toiletpapier binnen handbereik.

Wij wilden koffie gaan drinken /lunchen .Helaas kwam er niemand ons helpen. Personeel stond op gegeven moment achter de balie te eten en te kletsen en keken onze kant op maar helaas geen bediening . Veel mensen met lege broden en vieze tafeltjes . Na 10 min zijn wij daarna maar gegaan en bij de buren gaan lunchen . Jammer want het is een mooie zaak , gewoon n paar x n rondje doen door de zaak dan is dit gewoon te vermijden .

So, what an incredibly beautiful and nice restaurant this is, I had lunch there with my daughter and grandchild, the food was delicious, the atmosphere is good and the personal was really genuinely nice.

The food for high tea was really good, despite multiple allergies they came to ask a second time, just to confirm it was going to be okay. The service was great and we were really happy.

We ordered small and medium cappuccino but both were small. Then the staff brought the new one but there was no cookie with it.

Delicious Latte Macchiato with a firm foam layer. Nicely decorated place, not as impersonal as the Coffee Company across the street where the whole place is full of students behind their laptops.

An ideal place for coffee and brunch. The ambiance is very sweet. There are cherries and different coffee products inside. I think being planet friendly is also important and valuable. But most importantly, they have gluten-free sandwiches. The Italian baguette sandwich blew me away. It was one of the best gluten-free breads I've ever eaten. Thank you

Super friendly service. Nice coffee. Nice place to have a drink. We didn't eat anything, so I can't judge.

We, a 65+ couple, settled down on the (outside) terrace after a pleasant afternoon of shopping. My wife lit a cigarette with the espresso and a pastry. After a while the friendly waitress came to tell us that smoking on the terrace was not 'allowed'. When we asked why this was not better indicated, the waitress indicated that this was indicated as standard on menus.... After taking the stand in hand, there was a small sticker on one side stating that payment could only be made digitally (Cash money is still an official legal tender) and on. the other side had a sticker stating that it was a 'smoke-free terrace'... My wife indicated that this could actually have been stated better. My wife immediately put out her cigarette. Two patio tables away sat a young couple (mid twenties) young lady was smoking a cigarette and the young man was vaping. Waitress walked past that table several times without noticing anything... My wife went to pay, commenting that she found it strange that the no-smoking policy was selective at that time. The owner indicated that they were too busy to pay attention to everyone.... Note: "Our generation is going for smoke-free...."!? went completely wrong! This somewhat smacks of age discrimination! Anne & Max's mission and vision state: "to positively connect as many people as possible within our target group at any time of the day, on and offline"!? Nice idea by the copywriter, but now still the daily practical implementation. My wife came out completely confused, and I wanted to discuss things myself. Owner confronted about the selective no-smoking policy. The discussion escalated, after which the owner stamped her feet and demanded that I leave the building immediately. Indicating several times that she could determine that because she was the owner. Staff and other guests present felt embarrassed.... Madam invited to immediately put the no-smoking policy into practice by asking the other guests outside to stop smoking. This lady refused, stating that she would do this after I left the building. I left the building angry at this. After me, the owner sent a very young (insecure due to the situation) employee outside to arrange this. The owner was also confronted about this that she did not have the power to take responsibility for this herself as the owner." Typically a catering employee who "wants to do something fun with people", but did not pay attention to the practical hostess lesson. In summary: A bad experience at a company that uses all kinds of nice woolly language in its own mission and vision, but is completely unable to implement this practically at that moment. Total disillusionment after a nice day of shopping

What a WONDERFUL thing! Super tasty chai tea, delicious vegan dishes! Girlfriend is vegan and has never had any choice stress anywhere because there is usually only 1 vegan option. Well, even as a vegan you can indulge yourself here. Super nice staff! Very nice girls!!! We will definitely come back!!!

We had lunch for 2, you can order via QR, or via a nice waitress. Service is excellent, the air conditioning is also pleasant with the heat. I personally didn't like the green smoothie that much, but tastes differ. Outside there is a nice terrace.

Nice and atmospheric place to take a break and have a cup of tea/coffee or a small snack. During the celebration of a baby shower, I found the overall service disappointing. Nothing special was done to experience this moment as 'extra'. The lunch was delicious, but the soups delivered were lukewarm. UPDATE: The manager of Anne&Max contacted me after reading my review. My feedback was really taken to heart and they even discussed within the team how themes such as a baby shower could be better designed. As a thank you for my honesty, I received a Samen Zoet gift. The customer is king at Anne&Max and I appreciate that. For that reason 3 stars.

¡Té terrible sin té! ¡En el Día de la Madre! Muy mal servicio, no les importa. Incluso cuando pedí té, no me ofrecieron té, ni me pidieron otra cosa para beber. No había un artículo de acuerdo con el menú para el té alto, y también era comida terrible y extraña para el té alto: sin bollos, sin té, sin chocolate, etc. Parecía que teníamos las sobras de la cocina del almuerzo.

High tea without tea, on Mother's Day! I was completely ashamed in front of my mother. Doesn't even ask if we want something to drink. Sandwiches terrible, terrible sweet nasty croissant, not 1 item belonged to the high tea. Nothing matches what is on the menu, left overs from the kitchen. I paid as a courtesy, but really should have walked away.

Been a few times now. PROS: - The atmosphere, it is usually pleasantly busy. A city atmosphere with a very mixed age audience. Ever-present pleasant buzz in the background. - The cappuccino. Well made cappuccino!! - The tea. Delicious Earl Gray tea and a good quantity for the price. - The friendliness of the service. No matter who you serve, always friendly. CONS: - The incredibly slow service. Clearly not catering people but students just doing whatever. Sometimes you have to wait 10-15 minutes before people notice you. The other time within 3 minutes 3 different girls come and ask you if you want something to eat. - Record the method of "order". For example, with a cappuccino, "a large one or a small one?" Mind you, the small one is a normal one, nothing small about it, that's the only way they try to sell people large cappuccinos... - The pastry. Watched when the boxes arrived and the pastries were unpacked. It is NOT fresh pastry!!!! The shelf life label on the box indicated that the pastry could be kept for more than 2 weeks. So frozen. You should also check the display case if there are still a few "hollowed out" pieces of cheesecake left that are being sealed with the pieces surrounding them. And that for €5 each. - Food: I had the Beetroot & Mozzarella salad. With roasted beetroot, buffalo mozzarella, roasted onion, chioggia beetroot, arugula, pesto and croutons. It was served WITHOUT the roasted onion and WITHOUT pesto!!! Without saying anything, just serve without 2 of the 7 ingredients. In addition, the croutons are those small hard ones from the supermarket, so they are a real mess... oh how difficult it is to bake up some old bread yourself. The salad itself was purely arugula. So if you are not catering minded and you just want to have a drink, this is a great place!

Order placed via home delivery for €31.81. Order was never delivered. AnneMax says she can't do anything about it, except provide a customer service telephone number for home delivery. Instead of calling the delivery person or providing compensation. They cannot do anything for home delivery because the order is ready for delivery. So as a delivery person you can put your package in the wrong location or simply eat it yourself if the orderer is not immediately available by telephone. Good business model 👎 Home delivery does nothing and neither does AnneMax. Talking about quality v service! There are many restaurants in Tilburg that approach this completely differently in terms of customer friendliness and service.

If you want to eat here (don't do this) you will get very small portions even though it is written that they are filling. Many mistakes are made in the kitchen.

Nice restaurant, really contemporary with the lounge atmosphere and responsible (especially conscious) food. Had the share lunch with my husband, delicious! Everything was fresh and surprisingly tasty. Nice, friendly service, all with a smile and fast service. Definitely recommended for breakfast or lunch, we will definitely be back!

Vriendelijk personeel. Komen snel bij je voor de bestelling. Grote en kleine cappuccino besteld. Duurde erg lang ondanks voldoende personeel. Cappuccino was qua smaak uitstekend maar lauw. Daar een opmerking over gemaakt, konden een nieuwe krijgen maar gezien we al lang moesten wachten deze maar opgedronken. De zoetigheden zoals appeltaart, bolo e.a. waren allemaal op waardoor zeer beperkte keuze.

Nice, modern place for tasty coffee with a wide range of flavors. Delicious pastries and chic sandwiches and snacks. The layout is nicely divided with intimate corners. Moreover, the space between the seats is just spacious enough to experience sufficient privacy. So highly recommended despite the reasonable prices, but the atmosphere and quality of products make up for this

Ate here with 3 people. Everything nicely presented, pleasant atmosphere and friendly service. Soup was lukewarm (because it was served in a nice preserving jar), price-quality food was poor. What I read earlier about you being 'full' was really not the case. In addition, the chef made a mistake by adding double dressing to 1 salad and not adding any dressing to the other salad. Apologies were offered, but that was it.

Leuke zaak om iets te drinken. De koffie en chocomelk was heerlijk en het personeel heel vriendelijk.

In een sfeervolle lokatie ,samen met kleinkind,een heerlijke kop koffie en lunch genuttigd. De kleintjes onder de gasten kunnen heerlijk spelen met allerhande speelgoed. Zelfs kleuren is mogelijk. Zo kunnen wij gezellig bijkletsen terwijl de kinderen zich ook kunnen vermaken. De bediening is prima, geen opdringerig personeel na het nuttigen van je eerste bestelling. Prima concept voor een pauzemoment tijdens het " klotteren" in de stad.

Lovely place to stop for a recharge in the midst of a busy pedestrian area, busy with shops and shoppers. I like to sit by the window in the warm and watch the world pass by outside. Friendly service from the young team who always seem happy to see you too, even if they've never seen you before ;-) Accessible toilets too, which is handy!

Voor het idee van het huiskamer gevoel zit het wel echt stampesvol....

Prima café met een gezellige sfeer. Helaas stonden niet alle opties op de kaart en had de filterkoffie wel een bijzondere smaak. De koffie werd wel leuk geserveerd en de serveerster was erg vriendelijk. Ik zou hier mogelijk nog een keer heen gaan.

Prima restaurantje aan de Emmapassage. Medium koffie, wel opties voor ijskoffie en ook opties voor plantaardige melksoorten. Er hangt een fijne sfeer en het personeel is zover ik heb meegemaakt erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Op de populaire tijdstippen zit het hier nagenoeg altijd vol. Geluncht of anderzijds gegeten heb ik hier echter nog nooit. Maar wat ik heb gezien, ziet er in ieder geval goed uit.

Heerlijk gegeten en gedronken. Heerlijke zelfgemaakte drankjes! Het duurde allemaal wat langer om het eten te krijgen maar daarvoor kwamen ze netjes excuses aanbieden en een kaartje geven voor een gratis drankje als we terug komen. Dus ook de service was super! Update: De scones hier zijn mega lekker 😍

Heb hier samen met enkele collega's van een high tea genoten die ontzettend goed verzorgd was en ook heel lekker! Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en de sfeer is er heel fijn! Is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar en een aanrader voor anderen!

Very vegan friendly with options for everyone. The staff was friendly and helpful when taking up the order because I always have many questions about ingredients. The atmosphere was comfy and relaxed. The pictures show the English menu and the vegan “egg” salad, the club sandwich, and two lattes with 2 and 4 shots of expresso each. Other reviews mention the QR code, but we didn’t even see it, and had a nice experience with the customer service. Highly recommended!

Leuke plek, lieve bediendes. High tea was een beetje matig. De hoeveelheid is zeker voldoende maar het is niet zo denderend en veelal uit een pakje/potje. Ook alles op 1 bord en weinig kleinere hapjes behalve een paar koekjes. Wel heel aardig dat we het resterend stukje taart mee mochten nemen. Dus al bij al wel aardig maar niet voor herhaling.

Het eten hier was zo lekker, ik had een vegan clubsandwich en zat de hele dag vol :) Een goed gevulde sandwich echt een aanrader! Het is een leuke sfeer, alleen is er soms geen plek meer. De service is ook altijd goed, vriendelijke meiden

Het was een heerlijk rustmoment om hier even op het terras te zitten voor een lekkere ijskoffie met heerlijke cake erbij. De bediening was tóp! De cheesecake en wortelcake waren ook heerlijk. De koffie was wel lekker maar ik miste iets om het echt een 5 te noemen. Maar de totale ervaring was zeker een 5!

Nu twee keer gebruncht op en doordeweekse dag. Zowel een maaltijd op als koffie, sap en taart. Heerlijk, fijne sfeer en aardig personeel. Aanrader!

Gezellig tentje met lekkere koffie en lunchgerechten

Deze zaak is een voorbeeld hoe horeca moet zijn, mooie lokatie, en het straalt ook gelijk de bijpassende sfeer uit aangevuld met erg vriendelijke en vlotte medewerkers, het eten en drinken is ook erg goed en dat alles geeft een fijn gevoel. Voor ons is dit een topper. Volgende keer voegen we een foto toe.👍

Vooral "hippe" gerechten, maar ook wel een aantal alternatieven. Heerlijke ijsthee! Het terras is wat windgevoelig maar dat is geen enkel punt op een lekker zonnige dag en anders is er binnen voldoende plek. Het is gelegen in de nieuwe emmapassage en ligt aan een mooi pleintje met nog enkele eetgelegenheden, een boekenwinkel en een no alcohol drankenhandel.

Leuk, sfeervol en vriendelijke medewerkers en de decaf café latte is een echte aanrader!

Favorite coffee place in Tilburg. The staff is super nice and the coffee is great. My personal favorite is a cappuccino with oat milk, and their vegan sandwich is also amazing.I go there quite often to study and as a vegan person appreciate their multiple menu options:).

Grote balzaal met kleine zitjes erg rumoerig . Personeel ziet niets dus moet je hopen op een serveerster Soorten thee slaan nergens op allemaal onbekende rare thee Erg duur , kleine koffie 3,90€ !!! Om over de rest maar niet te spreken . Torendikke boterhammen waar je amper doorheen komt . Je kunt er ook niet cash betalen ! O wat erg ! Alles is bio en dat is voor sommige mensen fijn maar ons niet bellen!
