! Stay away, eat somewhere else please! Upon arrival, we indicated that we were in a real hurry and wanted to order quickly so we could leave for an appointment. So we asked which dishes could be prepared quickly so we could leave. After waiting 20 minutes, they came to us to tell us that the dish wasn't available. Great! We ended up leaving, but said we would come back after our appointment. Upon arrival, we were suddenly sent away again, and the owner/employee (?) threw food on us. On our white clothes! We had just come from the mosque. This is unacceptable and I've never experienced this before. If we hadn't come from the mosque, I would have gone in.

Worst service ever. I don't recommend anyone to go here. We were so shocked at how we were treated by both the waitstaff and the kitchen staff that we left and will definitely never return! No food in the world deserves such poor treatment.

Another delicious meal!! Appetizers are on the house, with a large basket of homemade Turkish bread served warm. Main courses are generously sized and the meat is of good quality! And of course, the Künefe... Sooooo delicious!! Definitely recommended. Plenty of parking nearby.

Delicious Turkish food. The atmosphere inside is truly Turkish, with Turkish staff, Turkish music, and ambiance. The prices are affordable, and you really get your money's worth. I've been there twice. But I've dropped one star because there's simply too much salt in all the dishes. I understand that salt is a seasoning (and that it also helps food preserve better), but both times it was simply too salty. I got incredibly thirsty and woke up twice in the middle of the night. I love salt, and in the Netherlands, many people have a salt deficiency. Salt is very healthy, but please, not too much.

We were really looking forward to a pleasant dinner with our family, but unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant started with a bad experience. We ordered: 2 Adan menus 1 Mix menu 3 separate lahmacuns for the children, without salad and only with cucumber We had specifically indicated that the children do not eat salad and that the lahmacuns should not be spicy. Despite these clear wishes, we received. Lahmacun menus instead of separate lahmacuns 2 pieces per child, with salad. Spicy lahmacuns, which was absolutely not suitable for the children When we indicated this to the staff, they said that it would be corrected and that we would only pay for 2 lahmacun menus. While it was actually the fault of the staff, we still agreed to this. In reality, the final bill still listed 3 lahmacun menus and 2 Adana menus, of which one Adana menu had not been served at all (and had also been cancelled) When paying, we politely addressed this, but instead of understanding or a correct solution, we were immediately addressed in an unfriendly manner by an angry employee. We were shouted at, while the fault was not ours. The following also stood out The service was unfriendly and disinterested The food was of moderate quality The traditional Turkish tea tasted old. Delicious Turkish food. Meat prepared on a real BBQ.

We have been coming here for years, and the value for money is fantastic. The owner has a lot of experience. If you like grilling: delicious. First you get Turkish mezes, and that's actually enough. We are usually full before the main course arrives, simply because we like the mezes so much. Always order a lahmacun, because it is really fantastic. Then you get rice with all kinds of grilled meat on top. Add Turkish tea and a nice dessert, such as katmer or künefe. The ambiance is always classic, with beautiful Turkish sofas and Turkish music in the background. And it's so much that we always get a doggy bag to take home — because we just can't finish it.

Very good staff with attention to customers. If you are looking for a small, relaxing, nice restaurant where you can go with food from the tastiest kitchen, then you can definitely go here!

As a starter, try the Şakşuka and the eggplant yoghurt mix. The starters, for which you pay nothing, are especially excellent. Here they use authentic herbs and marinate the meat in the traditional way. The owner and chef has lived in Turkey for years and brings this cuisine to the Netherlands. Super friendly man and always up for a nice chat. I absolutely love the adana kenan here. The mix grill is also recommended. There is a delicious salad as standard with the grill dishes. It sounds strange, but this salad and the appetizers are one of the reasons I visit this place. Everything is for a remarkably reasonable price.

Ik schrijf niet snel slechte beoordelingen maar wat we vandaag hebben meegemaakt kon echt niet! We waren met een grote groep aanwezig en we hadden tijdens het reserveren al gezegd dat het om een viering ging.. ze deden moeilijk om alles, ze hebben onze avond verpest. De kinderen moesten van hem geen geluid maken omdat er zogenaamd mensen aanwezig waren die voor werkbespreking daar waren.. Hij kwam ons heel brutaal waarschuwen verre van klantvriendelijkheid.. wij zijn met 21 man vertrokken zonder te eten! Ik raad dit restaurant ten zeerste af! Eigenaar is totaal niet klantvriendelijk!

We werden naar boven begeleid waar later wat ik denk een klant of personeel de hele tijd luid aan de tafel aan telefoon zat en op speaker had staan. We bestelden ons eten maar werden totaal niet gezien. Slechte service en toen ik wat zei dat het eten niet lekker was nadat ik zelf na beneden was gelopen om af te rekenen werd er heel nonchalant gereageerd met een gebaar.. enige wat we dachten betalen en wegwezen en nooit meer

It was a place we went to all the time and liked the food, but I got kicked out on my last visit. I ordered kebab for my guest and lahmacun for myself because I wasn't that hungry. I asked if it was possible to put the salad next to the kebab in a separate bowl so that it wouldn't get mixed up, but they brought it on the same plate and brought an additional salad. I thought there must have been some confusion, so I didn't mind. When I paid the bill, I said that it was fine with me, that I would pay, but I just wanted to point out the confusion. I was shocked at the overly aggressive attitude I received. First, I insisted that I ordered a salad, and then the topic turned to "You buy lahmacun for 5 euros and eat all the appetizers." Lahmacun was not the main course, but we ate the appetizers that came to the table. Everything here is made by the owner: bread, side dishes, salads, etc. The owner is a man with a long history and this can also be seen on the walls: paintings of his youth that tell his story. Bread and meze's were really tasty. Food was a disappointment... I expected more considering there were many 5 star reviews. Indeed, as most have experienced, it all takes a very long time and some things were gone. We were prepared for that as long as the food was good. It was really disappointing..Meat really not good! In particular the Adana which must be a specialty of Antep. The cook/owner uses lamb fat, which you can taste, but the meat/minced meat was like elastic. Chicken wings were well marinated but were crispy on the outside but red on the inside. I think Lahmacun minced meat was exactly the same minced meat with spices as the Adana and very thick batter.

TRULY DELICIOUS. YOU SHOULD REALLY TRY THIS ONCE! The welcome, friendliness and interior really make it complete.

We had ordered the mixed grill for 9 people but the chicken was rotten/spoiled because it smelled very bad inside and their answer was maybe it is the herbs or it is the supplier, they shift the blame to someone else and they were rude to us we will never come back!! And left the chicken behind.

Het was echt teveel voor ons en dat voor een zeer scherpe prijs.

Adana kebap en sebzeli kebap besteld vanavond. Vlees en sausjes waren lekker alleen de rijst was te zout om te eten.. vlees beetje aan de droge kant.. jammer.. voor ons geen 2e keer.
