The food was delicious, the man was friendly and the service was top notch. We will definitely order from you again.

Ordered 4:13 PM, delivered 5:56 PM. That's a bit long for two pasta dishes... I won't comment on the quality of this meal. Cheap, supermarket ham (not bacon) in carbonara. Customer service 0, taste 0, quality 0.

Waited 2 hours for a hair salon

After my previous review, things have gone downhill there: no service, bad food, dirty place, and lazy staff. Skip it, go to the competition.

Incredibly bad place, the food was terrible. Delivery took 3.5 hours. They also delivered the wrong order several times, with missing parts. Don't do yourself a favor by going there. It ruined my entire Sunday, a nice way to end the week. The delivery person smelled terrible, and it didn't really invite me to enjoy the food (it's not really food). Ultimately, I had to settle for the wrong order.

Ordered by phone at 5:55 PM. Delivery ASAP. Rush hour, mind you, and we're used to longer waits. When nothing had been delivered by 7:35 PM, we called. It still needed to be put in the oven!!?? But it would be delivered within half an hour. Forty-five minutes later, the doorbell rang, "with apologies." 2 hours and 20 minutes after ordering, we were able to devour the lukewarm meal!! We decided to shorten the waitlist by NEVER ordering again.

A very unfriendly company; they didn't have the food I ordered. I didn't get my money back and had to order something else. Then they tried to be mean about why I didn't want pizza anymore and should have ordered a pizza instead of a kapsalon.

Price, quality, and quantity are way below par. I ordered a spareribs and shawarma platter, but the spareribs were absolutely disgusting, and the shawarma was a handful, all for 17 euros. So, really, a bargain.

Had dinner with you today. After we ordered we had to wait almost half an hour for our food. When we got the food we had to wait 15 minutes for the satay sauce while our food kept getting cold. Finally got it after asking a few times. When we asked for another bowl of satay sauce, we got it almost 20 minutes later when we said, take that bowl with you again because it is already gone. They also do not communicate to the customer that it has become more expensive and the prices are incorrect on the menu. I find the atmosphere and the staff very unfriendly and very slow to bring anything. Too bad because the food is very good. You could treat your customers more politely and not keep people waiting so long.

Surprised to read all the bad reviews, because we have ordered in Murat more than 10 times, and it has always been good. Have tried kapsalon in lot of places, but this is favourite! So maybe goes about other dishes, but things we always order - kapsalon, calzone pizza and chicken salad, always tasty! Of course service level is not highest, but for price you pay, I think it’s more than fine.

Super bad! Ordered a pizza where the edges were burnt, the pilaf rice had pieces of burnt parts in it and the kapsalon had burnt fries and chicken fillet. Called Murat and reported a complaint, which I had to app. I did this, but I didn't have to act like that, it's just the edges and 1 fries. Pilav should be like this. Unfortunately I can't add photos. Complaint is not resolved.

Always delicious when we order and we do this often. We remain loyal to them. We therefore do not agree with the negative reviews. Once it was less and we called. It was resolved immediately. So also good service.

Murats place is not uniform in terms of service and quality what they offer. Sometimes the pizzas are good, other times the pizzas are sooooo thickly topped that the base cannot become crispy and when you cut off a piece, everything drips off your pizza slice. The last time I was here again (for a quick bite, I thought we'd try it again) the service and quality were okay again. It's a pity that you cannot assume that this is/will remain constant.
