What a hopeless situation this is, I really feel sorry for the young ladies who have to work their butts off while there are many customers waiting in line and one order takes forever. I understand that you are making money, but please don't get too greedy and stingy because this is going to cost you dearly! Then you get a response back like 'yeah, I don't make the schedules myself' 🤦🏽‍♂️ Maybe you should take a closer look at your business and how busy it is on different days; you can never, ever let just one young lady run your business without someone to support her. That is called 'exploitation' in Dutch; it is truly absurd that you treat your staff like this, and open one business after another, purely to make even more money on the backs of hard-working young ladies!!!! You can say what you want, but what you are doing, and how you are doing it, is literally and figuratively too ridiculous! Maybe you should take a course on managing / running a business, instead of other courses. I will NEVER come to this place again, even though I didn't go there often; it is because I want to make my wife happy by going there, but every visit ultimately turns into a disappointment, truly too bizarre for words!

We visited today and were helped very kindly by the sweet lady with the headscarf! Everything was delicious, especially the cappuccino! Thank you.

Very nice little place and staff. I went for lunch with my friends after a busy week; we had a delicious lunch (the sandwiches were well-filled and very filling). Additionally, Esen was very helpful. I definitely recommend it!

I stopped by Tatli in Utrecht yesterday and oh oh what a sweet lady behind the counter. She helped us so well and explained everything about the desserts to us. I immediately asked her name and thanked her for her sincere help. Denise, thank you so much, and sincerely from her, and of course the delicious pastries from Asli too, sincerely they were DELICIOUS! I will DEFINITELY be back more often!!

I stopped by for high tea and it was a huge disappointment. No menu is shared beforehand, and the savory items were few and simple. The sweet items were tasty, though. Also, you only got tea and nothing cold to drink with it.

Visited for the second time this week. Was received so warmly by lovely Oumnia. And served very kindly as well. The other ladies are also very polite and friendly.

Damn, what arrogant staff works here, an older woman with a headscarf, probably the manager of the Amsterdam branch, gives me the wrong order, then blames me when I say something about it, the lady then goes completely crazy with other customers, what customer-friendly behavior, this is a disgrace!

I visited you today and unfortunately received a frozen piece of cheesecake. I understand that sometimes frozen items are provided for takeaway, and this is also mentioned. In this case, however, I decided to have a coffee there and eat the cheesecake right away. It is, of course, a bit strange to receive a frozen item. When I mentioned this to the staff, I was told I would have to wait about 10 minutes for the cheesecake to thaw. I honestly found that unfriendly, especially since we were paying full price. I hope you take this feedback seriously and can better instruct the staff on this in the future. This would certainly improve the customer experience. By the way, you pay full price, and locations will be opened later. Please make sure you have everything else in order.

Dessert was spoiled. When I confronted her about it, she ridiculed my background. Ugh, what a horrible person! They could learn a thing or two, you bunch of unprofessionals. Smelly.

Your business is often praised on social media, but every time I want to eat in, I have to wait 45 minutes before I'm helped, even though I also visited your "quieter" branch. You can't let one staff member work a busy Ramadan month. It's not fair to your own staff.

Unfortunately, you're simply not being helped. Having one staff member for the month of Ramadan is just plain sad and not nice for your customers. Hopefully, you'll do something about this feedback and hire more staff instead of constantly opening new businesses.

Ugh, what an unsanitary little place! The display case was filthy and could really use a good cleaning. When I asked the employee to get a pastry, she first touched her hair and then my pastry. 🤢 When I confronted her about it, she sighed loudly... Whoosh! All the pastries were wet with some spit from some merve. Now everyone who came after me can get tested for a disease.

Maybe instead of constantly opening a new business, you should first improve your communication. I wait 1 week for a response by email, send the same email 3 times in total hoping for a reply, but to no avail. It's really a shame because some products are tasty!

Hi Asli, I visited your Utrecht location today. I'm a regular there and have always been satisfied with the quality of your coffee. I threw today's coffee away without drinking it, a waste of money (€4.20 I paid). I can tell from the coffee that the machine isn't being cleaned properly after each brew; it tasted foul and bitter. I wanted to give this feedback, and I hope the coffee tastes as good as it always does on my next visit.

I ordered a cake online, and it said I could pick it up in Zaandam, even though it was closed. I drove all the way to Osdorp and was told I wouldn't get a cake and that if I wanted a cake, I'd have to pay per slice, otherwise I'd have to drive back to Zaandam and find a back door (it wasn't mentioned anywhere). Really disappointed with your service; it was so unfriendly. You've lost a loyal customer.

I recently called Asli Taarten in Zaandam to ask if they had any cakes left. They confirmed they had some available, so I drove from Amsterdam to Zaandam. To my surprise, I was told I had to pay per slice for a whole cake. This made the price at least 40 euros more expensive than what you would normally pay for a whole cake. This didn't feel fair and definitely affected my experience. I hope they'll be more clear in the future.

This is not the place to be for service and quality. Events are also organized terribly, if you can even call it organizing. They are only out for money.

It used to be the place to be for cakes and pastries, but now the quality has really gone downhill and the prices have gone up significantly. I got an Oreo/red velvet cake, and now for the third time in two months, the quality is simply not good. At least not like it used to be. A shame.

The cakes, cups, brownies, and mangoes are truly 10/10!!! Super delicious!! I also saw that you have passion fruit, I'll definitely try that too!! 😍😍😍😍

Yesterday I was here for the first time. It was unclear whether you had to order at the cash register or whether you would be helped at the table. There were four of us. The lady at the cash register indicated that we could sit down and that someone would come to us. I didn't see anyone for a long time. Not even at other tables. At one point a young girl walked to a table behind us. These people also indicated that they were waiting for a very long time (they had already ordered, but had not received anything yet) instead of immediately taking our order or that of another table, she disappeared into the kitchen for a long time. Then she came back to the same table to bring tea and walked away again. The kids were hungry and we had been waiting for at least 20 minutes. I got up to stand in line. Another employee also walked around for a while and I said that we had been waiting for a while and that we would like to order. She would be right there. Well, I didn't see her anymore. Then after a while the girl in the striped blouse and black headscarf came. I asked her if we could order her because her colleague had not returned. Answer: If my colleague said she would come to you, I think she should solve it and walked away again. While I was getting back in line, a couple of girls heard the conversation and indicated that they also joined the line because no one was coming to their table. Then I saw this waitress with the striped blouse going from table to table to ask if people had ordered yet! She walked back and I indicated that I didn't think it was very nice that we were being ignored again. She said, 'you can sit down and I will come to you or not' super rude. She was young, inexperienced but above all ill-mannered. Don't let that walk around in your business. Such a bad business card. Where she was standing, indicated to a somewhat older woman there. Again she repeated what she had said to me earlier where her colleague was standing. He explained to her that you can't talk to customers like that and was calming her down. For nothing, drove half an hour there and back with 2 kids to be treated like this by an ill-mannered teenager and older staff sees it happen but also seems unable to solve it properly. There is a misplaced attitude of take it or leave it. Well, first and last time.

The quality and service are lacking when the owner isn't around. This is a real shame. Otherwise, it's perfectly fine for taking desserts home.

A guest at a wedding. Service is extremely bad. I asked for some sugar for my coffee and was told you couldn't get it... In addition, the lighting and music went out at least 5 times. I went here with my girlfriend, I had a chicken wrap and she had a cheesecake. We both got severe stomach aches after eating it. I don't recommend coming here.

Today we had dinner at Asli. In the past super satisfied with the business, but it seems that since the business opened in Amsterdam the quality has deteriorated. The mojito, ice cubes, cheese fries and milkshakes were gone. Okay, that can happen of course, but I was particularly dissatisfied with the service. Lady in the black top was more focused on her friends who were present and was very disinterested in the customers. There was no smile, an irritated attitude and she responded curtly. Small tip to Asli, maybe abolish smoking on the terrace. With the warm days approaching, it is nice to be able to sit outside without the smell of cigarettes. All in all, the welcoming atmosphere that I have come to expect from Asli and previous employees was not present today.

We arrived at 1.40 pm and it took more than half an hour before we were helped. We are then told that there are no kitchen staff between 2 and 3. You can order coffee and a cake, but nothing from the kitchen. Very sorry.

I would like to express my disappointment with my recent experience as a guest at your event at. Unfortunately, the service did not meet expectations and there were several aspects that made for a negative experience. In addition, the service left much to be desired. The food was left on the table for a long time before being served, which disrupted the overall experience. This is not what we expected from an event organized by Ashinette. The drink supply was also insufficient. Although we were promised that tea and coffee would be available in unlimited quantities, this was not the case. This was very disappointing and caused inconvenience to the guests. In addition, it was planned that several waitresses would be present to serve the guests, but in reality there was only one person to serve the entire group. This led to long waiting times and a lack of attention to the guests. They do not keep agreements and are then rude when you give a review.

Disappointing Experience in Ashinette I had high hopes for Ashinette for our recent event, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival it was immediately noticeable that the room was not clean. There was dirt on 2 tables where the food would be served and the floor had clearly not been cleaned properly. In addition, we were promised that two waitresses would be present to serve us, but to our surprise there was only one waitress. This caused a significant delay in the service. The dishes were not cleared away properly; after dinner, the dirty dishes were left on the table for as long as two hours before being collected. This was very disturbing and gave an unkempt impression. The tea and coffee service also left a lot to be desired. It was supposed to be unlimited, but there was no sign of that. Far too little tea and coffee was served, even though we were promised that two servers would be available for this. This was clearly not the agreement and led to a lot of frustration among the guests. Despite paying full price for tea and coffee, we actually received perhaps only a quarter of what we were supposed to get. I had indicated in advance that I wanted to replace the Cola and Fanta brands with Turkish brands, and this was confirmed. However, on the day itself we were told that there might not be enough of these drinks. This was very disappointing and caused inconvenience during the event. When we raised these problems with the venue rental company, we were surprised to hear that our complaint was no longer relevant. The way the venue rental company handled this was extremely unprofessional. Overall, our experience in Ashinette was well below par. Poor cleaning, inadequate service, failure to keep appointments, and poor customer service ensured that this event did not go as hoped. I would not recommend Ashinette to others.

Compared to Amsterdam, the service here is excellent and the employees DO treat you normally. It was 9:15 PM, long line outside and ladies inside were just dancing?? When someone knocked on the door asking when they were going to open because it was 5pm they all got angry?? I've never experienced anything so strange. But Zaandam is a good place, so the only downside is that it is pricey.

Chicken wrap was okay, but 12 euros for a single wrap (no menu). Is everything going well there in the North? 4 stars for Asli's support and hard work, but the advice is to do something about the price/quality ratio. Paid €75 for a few simple things.

I ate very tasty cakes and wraps here. Highly recommended if you want to eat a cake. Affordable and of quality. Too bad it's a bit outside the city.

Super friendly staff and the owner too😍 we were helped quickly and friendly. I am very pregnant and had my 2-year-old son with me, the owner came on her own initiative with A4 paper and a set of colored pencils so that my little one could be busy and I could sit there quietly. Warm brownie with white chocolate with a scoop of ice cream is definitely recommended!!

Ik vind het iedere keer super fijn om te komen. Ben nu ondertussen een vaste klant haha. De San Sebastián is lekker, service is uitstekend. Asli zelf ken ik niet, maar volg haar al jaren op snap en zij is ook zo vriendelijk, je ziet haar vaak ook zelf in de zaak staan en bedienen en dat vind ik zo fijn om te zien Ipv zo achter verstopt en boos kijken. Ze lacht altijd als ik kom. Alle medewerkers zijn aardig maar een SO naar die Marokkaanse jongen zwarte shirt en loafers hij is daar altijd als ik kom en allahoema barak echt een topper. Nog een plus plus plus punt, ik mag daar altijd bidden. Hierdoor hou ik nog meer van Ashinette. Hoef mij niet druk te maken dat ik nog moet bidden thuis. Kort samengevat ik ben een fan van je zaak en kan niet wachten wat je nog allemaal op de planning hebt staan. Jouw gun ik gewoon het beste allahoema barak voor wat je hebt opgezet en GO ASLI ❤️

Vandaag geweest voor ontbijt. Het ontbijt was lekker en vers. Alleen een minpuntje had een ice coffee besteld kreeg hem veelste sterk, gevraagd of ik meer melk kon krijgen, zodat het niet zo sterk was. Helaas was het wel nog steeds sterk. Voorderest is het personeel vriendelijk en herhaling vatbaar ❤️

Hele fijne en mooie locatie om te eten of te drinken. De pistache soufflé is een echte aanrader. De brownies en de san sebastian cheesecake ook. Alle keren dat ik ben geweest en dat de eigenaresse aanwezig was, geeft zij mij altijd nog wat lekkers mee van het huis. Alleen al daarom kom ik iedere keer terug! Super lief :)

Lekkere verse Carrot Cake gegeten. Ik vond de prijzen wel wat aan de hoge kant. Latte Machiato was ook niet erg warm geserveerd. Serveerster was vriendelijk. Ik ben benieuw naar de andere gebakjes. Binnenkort weer een bezoek brengen.

Ongelofelijk lief personeel. Het feit dat Aslı zelf de bestelling afnam vonden wij nog leuker zelfs! Het eten smaakte net zo goed als het eruit zag. Wij hadden een zeer zeker geslaagde date met mijn vriendin <3 Ons zal je nog vaker zien verschijnen bij Ashinette.

Lekkerste taartjes en toetjes! Sinds Ashinette café is geopend kom ik niet alleen maar voor bovenstaande maar ook een Turks ontbijt of dinner. Asli & haar team werken servicegericht, netjes, & hygiënisch maar zorgen ook voor lekkere & smaakvolle gerechten!

Alles is HEERLIJK! Ontbijt is heel uitgebreid, super lekker.

Pulled beef van €15 was kleiner dan mijn handpalm. Burger brood was zacht en zompig. Leek net of het in de magnetron was opgewarmd! Kipburger qua smaak oke maar ook onder verwachting. Alleen de service was oke.

Ondanks dat ze verkooppunten heeft in Den Haag kom ik toch graag naar zaandam toe voor haar taarten! Heerlijk altijd

Heerlijke ontbijtje gehad bij Ashinette! Uitgebreide ontbijt waar overal aan gedacht is: vele verschillende soorten kaas, tomaten, verschillende vleeswaren. Oh en dan hebben we het nog niet gehad over de lekkere homemade Pisi. Die was overduidelijk heerlijk. Wij hebben gekozen om nog losse bijgerechten te nemen o.a de turkse kaasfondue en menemen (tomatenpuree met groente). Dat was zeker de moeite waard. Er werd ook rekening gehouden met allergenen. Super lief! En wat zeker niet minder belangrijk is de thee. Die smaakte naar echt turkse thee en niet slappe thee die vanuit een zakje is gemaakt. Kortom, ik zal hier zeker terugkomen. Bedankt team Ashinette!

Hele lieve serveerster. Goede sfeer en super lekker eten. Ik hoefde ook niet lang op mn eten te wachten. Door de verbouwing ziet ashinette er NOG mooier uit.

Heerlijk ontbeten en koffie! Super vriendelijke personeel!

3 kansen gegeven. 1. Tijdens Ramadan super lekker gegeten (spare ribs helaas niet meer verkrijgbaar) en snelle/vriendelijke service. 2. Samen met een groepje vriendinnen langsgekomen voor gebak en koffie. Gebak was blijkbaar oud? Smaakte helaas slecht. Dit gaf de ober niet aan tijdens het bestellen en kwamen we zelf achter bij het afrekenen.. Ook kwam mijn cappuccino letterlijk ijskoud aan. En dit werd niet goed opgevangen door de ober. 3. Ice Coffee zat nog vol met stukjes suiker en mijn latte macchiato was niet hoe het hoorde. Bestek werd zo op tafel gezet, liever op een servet volgende keer. Al hoewel sfeer van het restaurant heel fijn is vind ik dat de kwaliteit niet altijd even constant blijft en veel verbetering nog mag komen in de service. Hoe vaak kan een simpele kop koffie verkeerd gaan..?

Vandaag geweest voor het eerst om te zitten in de cafe en voor de heerlijke taarten we werden geholpen door de eigenaresse zelf wat een lieve hardwerkende dame is dat !!! Heel erg klantvriendelijk en doet zo goed haar werk. Zulke eigenaren zie je niet vaak ! Echt de 5 sterren waard !!!

Heel mooi restaurant, fijne sfeer en niet extreem druk dus heerlijk in alle rust kunnen eten. Top service en eten was super lekker. Kom zeker nog een keer terug!

Rare plek voor restaurant. Menukaart erg mager. Porties klein voor wat je ervoor betaald. Personeel onprofessioneel en kinderachtig.

Zaterdag 15 April rond 22.00 uur, Zeer klein puntje (worteltaart) gebak voor een hoge prijs. De frosting was niet eens lekker, vrijwel smakeloos. Verder hadden we een brownie en een of andere ronde koek. Dit is allemaal zo ontzettend machtig dat ik er letterlijk 2 happen van kon nemen. Mocht je dit vaker eten, bereid je dan maar voor op een torenhoge BMI. Dit was voor mij de eerste keer (en de laatste) en snap de hype absoluut niet! Verder moesten we ook tot 2 keer terug naar de balie omdat onze bestelling niet klopte.

Echt oprecht lekker eten, goed gekruid en super lekkere toetjes! Personeel was ook super klantvriendelijk. Al met al een dikke 10!

Weekje geleden voor het eerst hier me eten afgehaald voor iftar. Ik heb op veel plekken sarma gegeten maar wauw deze sarma is echt met liefde en passie gemaakt, zo ontzettend lekker en ook super vriendelijk personeel en een prachtige zaak mashaAllah! Als je nog twijfeld zeker een aanrader om er een keertje te eten!! Btw probeer dan ook zeker haar koekjes want die zijn echt niet normaal lekker 🥹😍 Dankjullie wel voor mijn iftar te maken ❤️

Dit is geen lunchroom. Ik kwam hier rond einde lunchtijd om 13:45 om de hamburger te proberen en de zaak was nog niet eens open. Gaat pas open om 16:00. Wat een teleurstelling.

Zo tevreden altijd verse lekkere gebakjes! Me hele familie eet altijd mee, kan nooit met lege handen naar huis. Beste lekkerste taarten ooit!! Alles is altijd schoon super bedankt. Top service bedankt! 🙏🏽
