Aspendos in Wijk 00 Kampen

Ordered food more than 1.5 hours ago, getting the runaround. Called multiple times, was supposed to pick it up but they were closed due to renovations... well, total bullshit, ordered, paid, but received nothing.

Ordered here regularly... until today. Instead of chicken tenders, they delivered wings (without notifying me). Throwed a piece to the dog and almost choked on it. No response from Aspendos. Great, worthless junk, never again.

I ordered here; Thuisbezorgd said they were open, but Google didn't.. Ordered anyway, because why not? Well, no.. I've been waiting 1.5 hours for my food and we called 10 times, nobody answered and you get sent straight to voicemail. If you aren't open, turn off Thuisbezorgd!!

Warning: do not order here! Scam. 29-5-26: I have been waiting for 1.5 hours, they are unreachable. Already a huge disappointment for me. No hope that the order will still be delivered. Update after 1.45 hours: the delivery person just arrived. In the meantime, I have already ordered elsewhere. I had to return the order to the delivery person. Agreed with the owner that the amount would be refunded, which is what I am waiting for now. Update 2-6-26: no payment received or heard, so a big lie then?

Never experienced anything like it. But the food was terrible. Luckily, a trash can eats everything. Very peculiar burnt meat that is cold. Everything covered in sauce due to broken containers. Impatient delivery person.

First and last time we order here! Wrong drink, wrap without sauce, kapsalon is completely flattened, no fresh fries. Called the restaurant but they aren't answering either.

It's a shame there aren't many good options in Kampen, but this one went well. Orders are more often incomplete than complete. When you call, you get a vague explanation that they don't even have certain items (like Ben & Jerry's) and that Thuisbezorgd is behind, but you can just order it on their own website. They just throw in some other drinks and hope the customer accepts. The döner itself is fine, by the way, but oh well. Know this before you order...

Ordered at 4:50 pm, called at 6:10 pm, it was on its way. "Standard lame excuse", 6:20 pm still no one, the tent is 5 minutes from my house, delivered at 6:00 pm, they arrived at 6:35 pm, the delivery person sent it back, money already paid. I will never, ever order from here again, what a terrible place, I will file a complaint with the Thuisbezorgd office and claim the paid amount back there.

Terrible experience! I ordered through the Homie app—a deal for two döner kebabs, but only received one. No one answered the phone, and I received no response to my message. Really terrible service, never again!

I ordered two kebabs to go. The staff is extremely unpleasant and rude. They're more partying and laughing than working and serving customers. That wouldn't be a problem if the food was good, but it's definitely the worst kebab I've ever had. The bread and meat were dry and tasteless. They also put in a very small amount of meat, as if they had used leftovers to avoid cooking more... Disgusting place. I hope they close it soon.

WARNING!! Ordered tonight through the Homie app. And hopefully, it will never get worse than this again!!! More than half an hour after ordering, we received a phone call to say there was no rice, which can happen. However, we then had to wait over an hour for our order. An extremely unfriendly person at the door, with a torn bag containing our food. He crushed it and quickly walked away. And you guessed it, the food was freezing. We both had to throw away the food we found after just three bites. I think we got two scoops from the trash instead of two kapsalons. This is truly irresponsible to give to people; you wouldn't even do that to a dog! The fries had barely seen the fryer. Chunks of meat that couldn't be replaced, and even more muck that wasn't recognizable as food. Completely unsafe, irresponsible, and not fit for human consumption... When you call, you're hung up after one word, and when you call normally, you're not even answered. Be warned!

They always forget something, the sauce, the herbs and if you say something about it you immediately get half the amount of fries

Very poor customer service. The food was completely different from what I ordered. Old meat and salads. Cold food and an over-an-hour wait. I do not recommend this place.

I called them 1.5 hours late, and they said they were closed and acted like you don't understand. Then they called me back and said they didn't have half of it. 👌

You can't reach them when you call. The order was completely wrong, so you're stuck, especially after booking a night away. The food was ice cold. The delivery driver was rude. The sandwich was a bit stale, and the fries tasted like they'd been fried three times. I wouldn't recommend it at all. I'll never order from them again.

I ordered a kapsalon, and then I got a portion of fries with a stingy layer of meat and some cheese... but 95% fries. I then tried calling, but they couldn't reach me.

Delivery people were standing in the middle of the street, I could barely get past them and I honked because this is simply antisocial. I was followed to my house while honking, after which the delivery person started to curse me. I called about this, and was fobbed off that this was completely normal according to the operator. The chef was more understanding and indicated that he did not find this okay. Shortly afterwards I was called by the owner, who turned out to be the driver in question who cursed me again and indicated that he always treats people with respect. If this is the owner, I know where I do not want to be a customer.

The food was tasty and well seasoned. Unfortunately we did not get what we ordered. The Turkish pizza with extra meat contained hardly any meat and the chicken tenders I ordered were unfortunately delivered as hot wings. Taste was fine, delivery was fast and food was nice and warm but unfortunately not what we expected.

Don't know who took over this place, but this was another typical case of "course in dealing with disappointments". My Turkish pizza was burnt, lettuce was old and brown and my husband's kapsalon was so salty that I spontaneously got high blood pressure. Poor quality chicken, nasty greasy pieces and tasteless garlic sauce. Yuck yuck!!

What a crappy restaurant this is! Ordered food today, I get a call at 8:00 PM saying I wouldn't be home? The delivery person is at the completely wrong address and place of residence. Apologize and say I'll be there as soon as possible. In the meantime I get called a few more times saying the gentleman is lost. Then he calls again, I hear another lady in the background where he would be at the door. The lady explains several times that he is still at the wrong address. I try to call the restaurant several times, there is simply no answer! I try to call the delivery person who now just pushes me away and ignores me!!! Nice easy money at the expense of your customers!!!

I received my order without many things. Durum was without cheese, salad and souces. Chicken wings without sous also. Not really nice, when I checked bezorger was not here anymore and nobody answer the phone.

Never ordering from here again!! We ordered something at 5.45 pm, and after 1.5 hours nothing had been delivered. Called several times but they cannot be reached. They robbed us!

When we work on Friday evenings we always order food with the team, I set the delivery time at 18:30 because we eat together at that time. The delivery person calls me at 17:55 to say he is there, so I say you are more than half an hour early, to which he answers no problem I will come back at 18:30. I call the restaurant to be sure that I will get fresh food at 18:30, and not lukewarm junk, the man on the phone promised me that I would get fresh new food at the agreed time. What do I get at 18:30, exactly the same bag with a lukewarm dish, durum, rolls, and potato slices also the temperature of the red bull, lettuce and sauce was now the same as what should be warm. I always ordered here very often but this is now the last time. What amateurs in this business, yuck.

Aspendos. Work to be done. The food was okay, fine if you fancy a fatty bite. But unfortunately that's all there is to it. Kapsalon with lots of burnt pieces of fries, a bowl of lettuce that is brown and garlic sauce that has as much flavor as the 30 cent chewing gum balls from Aldi. Hope it's better next time!

Worthless business. Ordered and paid online. Food never arrived. Tried to reach them several times in vain but they just don't answer the phone. Please only order here if you want to lose your money without getting anything in return.

Besides that we had to wait an hour and 45 minutes for our food. The delivery person was also very rude. No form of communication is possible with the company itself, I tried to call 15 times and was pushed away every time. And the food that came was cold, sticky and soggy. Trying to call again and of course the same tune, no communication possible. This was the first time ordering from aspendos and certainly the last time.

Waiting over 2 hours for my order. Can't be reached by phone, so I have no idea where my food is. *hour later: order never arrived. In other words, I paid but waited 3 hours for nothing! OUTRAGEOUS!

What a waste, 9 euros for a large döner kebab sandwich with exactly 5 pieces of meat. Fries were shoddy, the salads were left with loose lids throughout the bag. Aspendos, never never again!!!!

I ordered: Cajun veal döner with a roll, potato slices, lettuce and sauce. I got: döner but certainly not veal and it was a little bit without Cajun (there was a layer of fries underneath which made it look a little different) with a bun, cold fries instead of potato slices, no lettuce and no sauce. The delivery person was neat and friendly. I called immediately. The person on the phone was already quite irritated in advance. And his solution was: with your next order you will get a can of soda or something for free. Update: Second chance for Aspendos, the order was delivered quickly by another friendly delivery person. This time reasonably hot food, but again tasteless and not Cajun. I indicated that the previous order had not gone well. Aspendos did nothing with this. Not even the promised can of soda. Despite the second chance, they do not feel called upon to make amends in any way. I won't order from here again. There are more than enough companies that provide good food and good service.

Wrong sauce and no salad delivered for both orders. When you then call, you are politely told that you can pick up the salad yourself.

We waited an hour and a half for our food, after an hour we called where the food was and the employee said it would arrive within fifteen minutes. After half an hour we called again to find out where our food was and the employee said it was on its way. We find this very disrespectful, this is not how you treat a customer.

Ik had 23:30 besteld voor 01:00 en ik had het eten nog steeds niet om 02:00 voor de rest wel lekker maar aan de bezorging moet gewerkt worden

Knapperig vers Turks brood, heerlijk gegrild kalfsvlees en veel verse groenten bij de shoarma. Vriendelijk personeel en schappelijke prijs. Deze zaak doet vooral bezorgingen, maar je kunt er ook gaan zitten eten.

Heel langzaam met bezorgen traag en lang wachten , veel.langer dan de tracker aangeeft .

Heerlijke kapsalon! Lekker vers en warm en super snel bezorgd, had ook nog eens gevraagd om extra salade op mijn kapsalon en hij was heerlijk gevuld met extra salade en pepertjes ook!! Jummie! Overigens was meneer ook bijzonder vriendelijk!

Great location in the center of kampen. Really good place for a fast doner. The food is pretty good, never dry or something like sometimes with other doner places.

Beste kalfskebab die er is. Ik heb in veel steden wel kebab gegeten, zogenaamd bij de "beste van de beste", maar niks kan tippen aan de broodjes kalfskebab van Aspendos. Heerlijk.
