Great place. Always busy and good food.

We had a delicious döner! We were served quickly and it was ready fast too! Freshly prepared. The place looks neat inside! You don't see that often at places like this.

I had ordered fries with mayonnaise, but unfortunately the sauce was forgotten upon delivery. After contacting the nonchalant, uninterested employee, a redelivery was made, but by then the food was already cold. Moreover, I only received a 1/3 container of sauce with the redelivery.

Just had a delicious breakfast and received friendly service!

Ordered food, received no sauce and no cheese. Called and new items were supposed to be brought, waited patiently only to get 3 euros back and still no food?

When we walked in, we felt like foreigners in our own country! BUT..... The smell in the air... irresistibly delicious. The place is neat, well-organized, and the staff is incredibly friendly. So, we ordered quickly... but you can't choose here; all the dishes sound good, but that's just because of the whole combination (smell, atmosphere, etc.). After ordering and waiting 20 minutes—yes, because you can also eat on the premises here. And yes, our order, a kapsalon with chicken doner, wasn't just delicious... you could almost eat the plate along with it... Yes, Waalwijk and the surrounding area. Please stay away from here! Because eat here once and you won't go anywhere else to eat or get takeout for shawarma, doner, or pizza!!! In other words... Asay Bakery. Keep up the good work... a TOP team and a TOP establishment!!!

Now for something else, namely the service. I called after my mother had bought a Frikandelbroodje (sausage roll), but unfortunately, there was something wrong with the roll at home (there were hairs in it). I called them about it anyway. The owner asked if we could bring the roll, and I mentioned that we don't live very close to Waalwijk. Without hesitation, he immediately sent a delivery person to our house, and we got a generous refund. He apologized multiple times and explained that it really wasn't acceptable. The roll was picked up so that he could report this to the supplier. TOP SERVICE! Mistakes happen sometimes, but this way of resolving the issue was very professional. Thank you so much!

Unfortunately, I have already experienced twice that the food was cold, even before I left. Yesterday, on top of that, I had to wait half an hour for my order. Surely you would expect the food to be at least warm by then, but that was absolutely not the case. Very disappointing.

Good service, tasty food, and at a reasonable price

The food in general it’s very tasty. And I’m saying in general because last time when I ate in here (5minutes ago) was a bad experience. It took 20 minutes for a normal durum doner. People that came after me was served first and I had to eat in because where I should go right after taking the food closed meanwhile. I worked in industry and for real, it takes 30 seconds maximum to make a Doner Durum or in bread, not 20 minutes. And normally I came in here in my break from work. 30 minutes brake for a food that should be ready in 30 seconds or 1 minutes if you want to warm up a bit and also inside being no one else and still have to wait 7 to 10 minutes. Now I just ate and wasn’t even like before (less meat, less sous, more vegetables) and the price a bit higher. I’m disappointed ✌🏻

8 o'clock is 8 o'clock open in my opinion. Waiting half an hour for nothing. Turkish times? I should have gotten a sandwich somewhere else. Too bad this has happened a few times already! Update: I've eaten in regularly, but the tables aren't clean (crumbs and all), the tables are dirty, and the staff wear tracksuits and hats (is it a restaurant or a gym?!). It's a great place for Waalwijk, but there are better ones in Tilburg.

I Order today kapsalon , very small portion for that price , under the cheeese was air and empty spaces 🤣at least was good taste, but for that small amount for that price no more than 2 stars.

The owner scolds a customer for taking the wrong order, right in front of small children. Absolutely not recommended; they're more interested in money than service. The price-quality ratio is poor.

Ordered food here for the second time. After an hour, still no food, even though I specified a delivery time. I then called them to ask when they would deliver, and they said they'd be there in 10 minutes. After 40 minutes, they finally delivered the food, only to still deliver the wrong one! I ordered two veal doner sandwiches, only to receive two durum ones. When I called them, they said they'd run out of sandwiches this afternoon. They weren't friendly, and they got angry when I explained the situation!!! Not recommended. The sandwiches were still cold and meager.

Arrogant people, you have to wait two and a half hours for one sandwich (they're 10 minutes away), they just blame you for their wrong navigation and say every 10 minutes, "The delivery guy is on his way..." Don't eat it. I'm warning you about yourselves... unless you want to wait three hours for one toenail sandwich that they rush through in the last 10 minutes and end up with a stomach ache... Update: inedible, the frozen doner sandwich is colder than the one from the refrigerator, and the lettuce sandwich with toenail

Whenever we order food at work, we always choose Bakkerij Asya. They have delicious Turkish pizzas with döner, and the staff is always friendly. When I pick up the food, it's always ready – great service! Definitely recommended for anyone craving a delicious döner!

The staff licks their fingers before wrapping up the food with a toothpick in their mouth. Very disgusting. It used to be the best restaurant in Waalwijk, but the staff is the worst. I don't know where they get their inspiration from.

The food was delicious and the restaurant was beautiful. There was a lot of confusion with the order, which was our own fault. The first employee initially showed a lot of patience, but then became impatient during the confusion, which I understood. After the second round, we reordered everything with a very friendly employee, excellent. What really rubbed me the wrong way was the attitude of the employee who later started talking about something I could literally hear. "1. You can't do that, 2. A person like that is very audible, and if you have something to say, you should have come to me." "If you have a conversation with a colleague, don't do it behind the counter." Goood goood place! I took couple times chicken kebab box. Very nice taste. Good price. Amazing people. Atmosphere is really nice. Stuff is very friendly. I also get onions added for free then I asked. I can rate this place 100/100! Alhamdulillah!

My wife was already inside, humming furiously on a slice of Turkish pizza as if it were a harmonium. Outside, Jochem maneuvered his wheelchair over a threshold that seemed to affect him more than could be physically explained. He smiled, his eyebrows wet from the rain or something else. “I feel seen here,” he said, picking up a döner sandwich as if it were a weapon of peace. His fingers trembled not from cold, but from memories. The boy behind the counter said nothing, but stared a little too long. The kapsalon was crispy, the lettuce just the right amount of sad. I wanted to say something about my childhood in Loon op Zand, but then Jochem tapped my knee gently with a plastic fork. “Bread is love,” he whispered. Els threw her napkin up like a flag on an unknown ship. "And the garlic sauce is your anchor," she shouted. I nodded. And Jochem… Jochem was silent. But sometimes silence says more than mayonnaise.

We went by looking at the average Google score and simce it was relatively close. Their products were ordinary, we couldn't sense enough taste. We have eaten much tastier lahmacun or kapsalon many times elsewhere. We might try it again when we pass by because it's close, but it will be at the back of our preference list.

Ordered here several times, in the beginning it always went well. This is the 4th time I have gotten my order wrong, the first two times I just turned a blind eye to it, as they are also busy. Everything else is really good, the meat, the delivery. I have nothing to complain about that, I also get a new one when I call, (unfortunately) we had to wait 1 hour for the order, because the bakery was unfortunately already closed and I could not report that a mistake had been made.

Regardless of the fact that it has become quite expensive, if you get good service in return, then great. I always want my sauce separately, even if I order it that way. They still do it in between. If I indicate that I did not order it that way, I get a big mouth in return. That I should be clearer. Still, grumbling, they make two new ones and I come home, freezing cold. Food can/could be good, but they should invest better in friendly staff.

I have eaten and picked up a "too good to go" here and they are always just as friendly and the food is always delicious, thank you very much for the good treatment 🫶

The price and quality performance is very low. The service you get for the money you pay is not good. There is not enough variety of breakfast. The only type of breakfast is cheese, olives and jam. There were a lot of empty tea glasses on the table, and no one was collecting them.

Food is half out of the container and half in the bag upon delivery. Then I tried to call and they answered, then hung up and took the phone off the line.
