A great bakery with delicious products. Their selection includes pies, cakes, bread, pastries, pastries, and seasonal products. It's definitely recommended. Their wide selection means they have something for every occasion. You can even order online for delivery or make a reservation. One major drawback: closures due to holidays and renovations are nowhere to be found on their website; they still need to address that. :) UPDATE: Since the new website, which has undergone some changes and still doesn't have enough product photos, you have to check your order very carefully because the staff there are very poor at checking your order.

Today I wanted to quickly grab a delicious pastry from Pim's bakery. Luckily, I got there just 10 minutes before closing time, due to heavy traffic. Unfortunately, the employee wasn't thrilled to see me; she was incredibly annoyed that I'd walked in and wanted to buy something. She was very irritated and grumpy, reluctantly coming behind the counter. She asked, "How much do you want?" She reluctantly put it in the box, with a very cold atmosphere and a look in her eyes. Finally, after paying, she was able to say goodbye. I remained friendly and polite, but I really regretted not just walking away and saying something. It's a shame customers are addressed this way. Finally, when I got home, I was very happy with my pastries (I ordered a few different kinds), but unfortunately, half of them were way past their expiration date. The whipped cream and the fruit on top didn't taste good anymore. I'm not used to this from Pim's bakery. We normally have all our birthday cakes made there, and they taste delicious, but this is the second time some of the cakes have expired. If a cake is no longer good, they should remove it or tell the staff to order a different one. Quality should always come first.

The atmosphere is quite pleasant. A lady who worked there, absolutely friendly. But the way of dealing with customers is a big 0. Unfortunately, that is not possible. I bought a pack of gingerbread cookies for a reasonable price. The speculaas can be kept until December (which is already crazy for "fresh") speculaas. The speculaas was soft and old, so there was nothing "fresh" about it... And that was due to their specialization. I went back to the store, the service was poor - an older lady indicated that the gingerbread was baked too hard, so it had a strange aftertaste. That wasn't even the problem. Very special, very strange. Then people make fun of the fact that you complain about it. Unbelievable, never again. Bah.

Good luck baker. I like sausage rolls a little less. Sausage is tasty but there is too much dry bread around it. I think sausage rolls are bad. Minced meat doesn't taste like anything. Has no meat taste. There is far too much breadcrumbs or bread in the minced meat. It's a real shame for such a good baker. The rest great.
