Getting old-fashioned fries... no nonsense, just good fries, good snacks and nice guests behind the counter... I drive especially for a satay croquette and a salad and that says something if you live in the north

An hour after opening, the snacks in the vending machine are no longer warm but very lukewarm. Too bad because it is mainly there for people who are in a hurry.

The only one in Nijmegen that still sells Gelderland slices and macaroni rolls, delicious! The chicken salads are also very tasty. Friendly staff. In terms of atmosphere they get a 1 because it looks very dated, dreary and boring. A makeover would definitely not be an unnecessary luxury there. Otherwise fine!

As a former local resident, I know from experience that Piccalilly was good. 2 Unfortunately, the ex-owners have passed away some time ago. Their only son had already largely taken over from the parents. The foundation of piccalilli had been laid years ago and it was a matter of keeping up. For the son.

I never really found the cafeteria pleasant, but I always only go there to pick up food. (All my life) I have read a lot of negative things since the transition to a new owner, but I cannot agree with it at all. I find the staff very helpful and if you want fries soft or hard, they listen to your wishes. And always come back here for the delicious fries and stew (which is still the same).

Hello, my opinion of this strange cafeteria is very bad. I ordered food here, but did not receive anything, but a few hours later I received it, it was cold and inedible. In my experience I would never order anything from here again, for me they are not even worth 1 star. And I have also called a few times and they answer and they do not talk back and they continue to work and this is very rude every time I call. And very unprofessional.

What a shame how this store has deteriorated. The old owner always had the business under control, I miss Mossel and Emiel, but I also adjusted the opening hours, while previously you could get your money's worth here until the night and the snacks no longer taste like they used to. Very sorry

Rarely have I had such a bad meal. There is little left of the quality this place had. Semi-raw fries that stuck together due to a slightly too weak sauce. Those farmer's fries were once a winner, but are now worthless. So it was piccalilly for us last time....too bad.
