It is always good to come back here, very good flavors and healthy! Lot of pre assembled options and all of them very good, my favorite dolce vida and Mexicano! Highly recommended if you are looking for a fast and healthy food

Do not eat here or order from this place. We ordered food here last Thursday. When we opened the box and started eating, we found a beetle in the food. Needless to say, this is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. We contacted the store twice to ask for a refund or some kind of solution. On the phone, we were told to send an email and that a refund would be arranged, but we never received any response or refund. We also contacted the owner on LinkedIn, but received no reply there either. Finding an insect in your food is bad enough, but the complete lack of customer service makes it even worse. I would strongly advise others not to eat here.

Had a chicken bun today. It was made super quick and fresh! Tad spicy cause of the piripiri mayo (I'm sensitive to spicy), but even for me it wasn't too spicy! Definitely will come again! Delicious 😄

I can't lie, this time they really disappointed me. The box was only half full and barely had any meat in it. I've never had an issue before. For the price I pay I expect consistency and a full box of food. This is geared towards BACKs Zuidas.

My experience with Beck has been very disappointing as a job applicant. I was contacted after applying for a position and told that my CV was “fantastic.” We agreed to speak after the weekend, and I confirmed my availability for Monday after 11. After that, they simply never followed up, never called, and never provided any explanation. When I sent a message to point out the missed appointment, instead of a simple apology, their response was dismissive and unnecessarily arrogant. A simple apology would have been enough to close the matter professionally, but instead they chose to handle it in a confrontational and unprofessional way. What makes this more concerning is that this attitude seems to reflect a broader pattern mentioned in other reviews, especially regarding poor communication and lack of responsiveness. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend.

Extremely slow, order took well over an hour to prepare

I love BACK with all my heart but this location keeps forgetting some toppings of my custom order which I only find out when I am home. Last week was the third time this happened and it completely changes the flavour profile of my order. I recommend people to double check when they are in the store before leaving.

Place was clean. Lost of options including vegetarian and vegan. If you eat in you get a nice ceramic bowl instead of a box. Food comes relatively quickly. And The bowls are well balanced. Spicy broccoly is a must, pickled cucumbers too. Prices were fair and The tables are large enough for a large family.

The pasta and the chicken were fine, and the sauce was tasty too, but this broccoli was simply inedible. You're saying it's because it's roasted with olive oil? It's not tasty.

Placed an order 22 march in the evening. Order cancelled after 45 minutes saying it was out of service area.

Been here many times and it never fails to impress me. I’ve been to many of these salad places but none have topped BACK. Quality and taste is always great and the portions are massive, sometimes I have to save the rest for the next meal !!

I get BACK almost every week through Classpass! I typically get the Mexican, Cottage Chicken, or Dolce Vita and they are all wonderful options for a lunch for work or to take to Sarpathipark nearby :)

I don't often write reviews, but this time it was so bad.. I've ordered here before and several times ingredients were missing, but this time takes the cake: The rice seemed uncooked: rock hard! Furthermore, as vegetarians we ordered tempeh, but we also found pieces of meat in the food! And on top of that, the 3rd type of vegetable was just replaced by a completely different one, without asking or letting us know. Handy if you are allergic. Everything was cold when it was delivered and the delivery person was very fast, so that's not the problem. Absolutely not recommended, never back to Back again!

Loved the Philly cheese stake. They kindly brought the food outside where I was sitting as I am with crutches. These acts of kindness mean a lot to me 🫶

Went here to get a filling and nutritious dinner, definitely the place to go! Booked through ClassPass and was a very easy process. The staff was also accommodating with some food swaps I requested so I appreciate that. The portion was good and filling. Recommend (:

What a horrible place. I ordered the prawn salad and it arrived cold, the portions are for a 4 year old, and part of my order was missing. All this for €20… First and last time I ever order from here.

Always a super quick service (it actually takes me longer to decide which delicious meal I wish to order than for them to prepare it!) and friendly staff. My go to place for a healthy lunch!

The portions have gotten much smaller while the prices have gone up. There were also times when some ingredients were undercooked, or we even found pieces of avocado shell in the bowl.

I do like getting Back — it’s been a lifesaver more than once. But gosh, what a disaster when it comes to customer service. The guy behind the counter has absolutely zero interest in helping anyone and clearly no sense of what good service even looks like. It’s like we’re bothering him just by walking in. Please train him properly or get someone in there who actually wants to do the job. Seriously.

I ordered and picked up more than 100 meals from BACK in the past. Only the last three times it's been this bad. 1. Prices have doubled to the point of absurdity 2. The quality of the food has deteriorated 3. The portions of the base are larger, but the portions of the protein and vegetables are smaller 4. The food arrives cold when you order it. Scandalous!

I always come here when I want a healthy, tasty and complete meal. BACK is the place for the tastiest poke bowls! Always fresh ingredients, perfectly flavored and composed according to your wishes. The atmosphere is cozy, the staff friendly, and every bite is a party. Definitely recommended!

Normally I never post reviews, but my experience at BACK was so bad that I see it as my duty to warn others. During corona I occasionally ordered BACK and was generally satisfied: you could get a good meal for around €12-13. When I walked in today I noticed that you pay more than 15 euros for a basic meal. Logical with inflation, I thought at the time. When ordering you end up in a maze of extra costs for components that you expect to be included for already a fairly hefty price. BACK has now become a figurehead for the concept of 'shinkflation'. When I received my order I was surprised that the box was about half the size as it was a few years ago. My surprise grew further when I opened the container at home and saw the amount of food: a measly amount of rice, hardly any vegetables that did not match what I had ordered and less than 100g of chicken. To top it all off, everything was cold. Despite the scandalously low quality and quantity of the food, the staff was friendly. Conclusion: NEVER order from BACK, unless you have too much money and a lack of good taste.

Always received delicious orders from BACK. Lately it's been crappy. Received the wrong order several times and now half was not delivered and the other half was incomplete. When you call BACK you get an uninterested person who places the blame outside himself and accuses Uber delivery drivers of stealing. The solution given is to place a new order. This is worthless!

I was thoroughly enjoying the meal until I ate a piece of raw chicken. I partly ate it and partly spit it out, it was completely pink, I inspected it with my phone flashlight, I seriously hope I don't die. I can no longer enjoy my meal, which is a shame.

The food was really fantastic. So healthy! The price is a bit lower and the atmosphere still needs some work (since there are only a few stools at the window, it is actually a takeaway service). But otherwise really very satisfied; really good and nutritious food for your money. Good music too.

Normally not someone who spends time on bad reviews for hardworking catering establishments. But this now seems to be the only way to hopefully change something because the latest orders are always disappointing... I have been eating here for years, almost every week. But recently disappointed again and again by smaller portions or missing items (9/10 times). I really hope they change this otherwise I see no reason to eat here anymore.

Spicy chicken 🍗 and 🥩 were fantastic. Great concept, great food. Picture says it all... we ate everything update 2024 - just average food now, it’s ok for what it is but not the quality level from when it first openend or worth the same price

Delivery was fast and friendly. If I indicate "no black beans" then I don't want them. You can make a mistake, but there were just too many.

Ordered two dishes from here and only one got delivered. Got refunded for the dish but now all restaurants are closed and I still don’t have food. But still had to pay full price for delivery and « service fees » When we tried to contact them they didn’t even answer and are now ignoring all my calls. Avoid at all cost. (Food isn’t even tasty and overpriced)

I love the food! It’s great in taste and proteins and I am always enjoying it (happy as well that you offer “small” sizes for a good price - Perfect after sport). But one guy in the kitchen is not enough! Many people are waiting and one guy has to cook all Delivery and Take-away orders. I’ve been waiting so long for my small dish. He’s trying his best, but this is clearly a management problem.

Getting my good here since venue opened at ZuidAs. Normally one of the few healthy go-to's with nice portions. Last few visits my order was not properly processed. Missing ingredients and substance way below par. Not sure if I come BACK.

Ordered a meal via Uber, 17 euros. I don't even get a 1 person meal. Everyone here was shocked by the quantity and for that price. It was also cold. Phone was also not answered. I want a resistance, since I just had to make other food...

Been taking my lunch work there for a while now and today especially had such a positive experience. I was in a rush as I only have 30 min lunch and the guy got my order ready in less than 5 minutes! I big thank you to this amazing person. Service is great, so whoever was working today for lunch time - big compliments
