Food is good but you pay more than 20 euros and you can't even go to the toilet, I think this is a disgrace

Tasty food, clean environment, and kind staff. They are making fresh bakery and sandwiches in an open kitchen. There are many types of food. The only bad thing about this place is that it is difficult to select from lots of different food.

Excellent food at a reasonable price. Friendly service, and even on a busy Saturday, they do their best to sweep the place and keep the tables clean.

Simple restaurant with soup, sandwiches, smoothies. Fixed range of sandwiches, other combinations (e.g. salmon on dark roll instead of bagel) are not made. Toppings appear generous on the sandwich, but appear to be mainly on the edge.

If you come in at half past five (half an hour before closing time), all the chairs are already on the tables and they are being cleaned. Then adjust your closing time!

Last Saturday we were there. I think the atmosphere and service are terrible. Seating was partially closed and the floor and tables were completely covered in dirt. I asked employees to clean the table but they were very unfriendly. Another broody place had no place to sit, but this one was hardly anyone. Employees chase customers away.

I wanted a simple egg salad sandwich with a little iceberg lettuce and tomato. The employee was unrelenting, because he was not allowed to add a lettuce leaf and/or cucumber to my sandwich — even after paying extra. It was said that the egg salad is homemade and tasty enough on its own, so I trusted that. Unfortunately, this was typically a matter of 'tastes differ', because my goodness, this egg salad was so salty! After two bites I gave my sandwich to the pigeons, but in any case I will never come back here. I prefer to go somewhere where I can put together my own sandwich.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the food was well packaged which kept it nice and hygienic And there were logical walking routes that kept things nice and clear

Tasty food, but lately there is very little filling.

I ordered a chicken panini and my daughter ham and cheese. Mine was still frozen, I put it back again and no new one was made. When we went to eat, the cheese was still cold inside. Never going to eat there again, really dirty and a waste of my money. We can do more for customer loyalty.

Placed an order today for the time 11:45 am - 12:00 pm. At 12.30 no one was visible, so I called. lady on the phone indicated that the delivery person should be there any moment. Called again at 12.50, she went to have a look. Order was never made or delivered. I understand that something can go wrong in a company, that is not a problem at all. But the fact that they first say that the delivery person should almost be there and then for 20 minutes there is no delivery person on the way at all, I find that a bad thing. . Then you don't really take your customer seriously. Too bad, sandwiches were good to eat, but for us this was the last time

The sandwich was tasty, but there was a white hair in it. I also had nowhere to sit because they were already cleaning up even though it was 1 hour before closing time.

Food was fine. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the staff was not really motivated and almost all the bins were empty, so the choice was very limited.

We only had a bottle of soft drink here. And in terms of price, that is possible here. You will spend less for half a liter of soft drink than you would for 0.2 liters at a restaurant. And you're sitting in a nice spot with a good view of the passing crowd. The place looks good if you would like to eat something here.

Bad delivery. Home delivery states between 20 minutes and 45 minutes delivery, for us it said 40 minutes after placing the order, okay fine, that is acceptable because it is also indicated, after an hour our delivery had not yet arrived, we called; I got an uncomprehending employee on the phone who simply said no, it's an hour away. So this was adjusted later. And it was only when I asked her name and position that an apology came. Our delivery was only delivered after 1.5 hours. The food was okay. But the service was lacking, both from the employee and from the head office.

When we chop in different cities, I look for BackWerk. The rolls, smoothies or vitamin juices are simply delicious and affordable. Also in the Netherlands, e.g. Enschede, Apeldorn etc.

If you like to drink your coffee from a paper cup, not be served and take a seat at a bare table outside, then this is your place. I thought it was a boring mess, but to each his own taste.

Just like all other Backwerk businesses, there is plenty of choice of food and drinks. Nice seats and also an outside terrace. Unfortunately no toilets available.

Tuna sandwich was spoiled. We all got very sick. Submitted a complaint via the website but heard nothing. No more back work for me. 1 week later there was contact with 1 victim. And he gets a gift voucher from the back office. The other victims receive nothing. Even if it is via TGTG, you should not get so sick from it, you did not communicate anywhere that the sandwiches only have a shelf life of 1 day and we immediately put them in the refrigerator and used them the next morning. This is fine at a business where they use fresh products. Now 1 week later our intestines/stomach are still upset.

Unfortunately there is no answer anywhere, but someone had the idea to put my sandwiches loose and upright in the bag. Edit: Ordered again and this time everything was well packaged. Very tasty and fresh sandwiches!
