Delicious food and super nice staff

Come there regularly. Food quality always good. However, don't be late, because from a certain time onwards nothing new and fresh will be prepared and you will have to make do with what is already there. So don't go there too late for lunch! ;)

Favorite place. Tasty sandwiches and tasty and cheap coffee and wide range of juices and smoothies. Love to go there during my free hours in school and work there. Yeah service is really nice

Nice lunch, offering different types of sandwiches. Some rolls are warmed up in the oven. It's a fairly affordable, tasty lunch. It does lack some charm. It's a bit bare. A bit of a canteen feeling.

Very good place and delicious, very recommended

The branch is empty, but tables, chairs and floor were dirty and full of crumbs. Staff here are not nice, especially a woman who can't say anything calmly to customers.

Last week I got 2 sandwiches for Takeaway, the service apparently didn't speak Dutch, and I was allowed to do the packing myself. Tuna melt is not heated here either, maybe change the name to Tuna. A mockery

Was an offer of coffee with an apple turnover...3.95 euros I'm going to pay, I had to pay 6 euros. I say it's an offer... If that koekwous says that, you should have said that... I she is written in cow letters on your cash register..

I often eat at Backwerk, only in Hoofddorp, which is a really great branch. Only I recently went to Backwerk in Hilversum, 1 word shameful and scandalous, I got a different sandwich than I wanted and I was not happy about it because 1, it was not the right sandwich and 2, the Juice drink also contained everything. strange things in it and it smelled very bad because the drink was too hot. I was then sent out of the store and was verbally abused by the lady who works there. And the biggest thing that annoys me is that I did not get any money back, 20 euros was thrown away within 5 minutes because of this branch in Hilversum, I will never spend a cent on backwork boycott for live. And all because of the woman who works there you certainly won't get far you are a fraud and I will definitely make a case of this. And if you read this, I would be deeply ashamed "the customer is always king unless he or she loses respect. Good luck with your crazy sandwich shop, anti-social madam, good luck, hope your boss reads this and if he reads this, give me a call and we'll go talk about it together, I can give you my number. Haal vaker als ik haast heb een broodje bij backwerk op stations en dit is altijd prima maar heb zojuist een caprese gekocht bij jullie in Hilversum, brood was zo ontzettend hard kon er gewoon niet van eten. Alsof het er al dagen lag, net een baksteen. Personeel was ook lekker chagrijnig :’)

Disappointing place. Cold Drinks are warm because the fridge does not work and they did not have internet so it is not possible to work from there

Prima broodjes. Als ze vers zijn gemaakt zijn ze ook erg lekker. Helaas gebeurt het steeds vaker dat ze al even liggen en ook zo smaken. Het broodje wordt er erg taai van. Maar verder nog wel ok. Daarnaast moet je betalen voor elk stukje plastic. Dus ook al eet je het terplekke op, je moet ervoor betalen. Ben benieuwd wat er gebeurt als je het voor de kassa uit het plastic haalt...

Fantastisch goed de broodjes zijn lekker de koffie en de Smoothies zijn ook Fantastisch goed en lekker.

Erg irritant als je al in de winkel staat om Too good to go op te halen en ze annuleren de bestelling van 3 mensen alsnog ter plekke... dat je dan je geld terugkrijgt is maar een schrale troost.

Nice selection of sandwiches and juices (smoothies). Only four stars for two reasons: 1) the tables and chairs are often laid out weird with lamps hanging in awkward places (careful not to bump your head) and 2) the sandwiches are filled up with the key ingredient JUST enough, for it to be acceptable, but it does come across as a bit cheap

Ik ben bijna elke dag bij backwerk Hilversum. Voor lekker kopje koffie en heerlijke broodje caprese😋. De medewerkers zijn super vriendelijke en gezellig👌. Deze tent is echt een aanrader🤗

Aardig personeel, eten is prima voor even iets tussendoor en de chocomelk smaakt lekker.

Heerlijk gegeten bij deze winkel vol lekkere broodjes! Enorm veel keuze en variaties. Lekker buiten op het terras gekeken naar druk winkelend publiek. Zonnetje erbij en smullen maar!

Om half drie in de middag wilde het personeel geen broodjes meer maken die niet meer in de vitrines lagen nou, dan ben je gauw klaar!

Used to be cheap, now still is relatively cheap I guess.

Great for a quick bite and/or a cup of coffee. Lovely smoothies and juices. All kinds of sandwiches, love their saucijzen breads and they have some tarts and doughnuts for the sweet tooths as well.

Lunched here a few times. Not the best, but definitely value for your money. They have smoothies, breads with all kinds of toppings, some cakes and other sweets.

Een goed concept uit Duitsland en geschikt voor een snelle hap. De keuze is beperkter dan we gewend zijn waarschijnlijk door de Corona maatregelen. Niet heel bijzonder, ook niet slecht. Voor gezellig lunchen zou ik adviseren even verder te kijken.

Lekker eten voor een leuke prijs. Goed voor ontbijt en lunch! Vriendelijke mensen in de bediening en als er iets niet meer is wordt het gelijk gemaakt. Toilet schoon en gratis!

Super fijn concept, lekkere koffie, veel keuze in lekkere en gezonde broodjes en salades. Ook lekker met kinderen. Grote koffies voor maar anderhalve euro. Er is ook een toilet. Netjes en gratis.
