Bertram en Brood in Zuid

Indian looking guy extremely unfriendly. Did not speak any single word of English. I tried to order something but he just did not want to serve (nobody can tell me that he does not understand toast or croissant). Thats ok but the worst part is that he just turned away and started doing other stuff. Did not reply to anything anymore even as I stood there for atleast 20 secs more. It was such a weird and awkward situation that he did not want to serve us anything and kept doing some other stuff. I traveled to a lot of places but never experienced such behaviour for no reason. I tried to hold my self from giving a review like this and not play with someone's bread. But that was ridiculous..

Great bread and nice that they are open on Sundays.

Bought a chocolate muffin like 4 days ago for like 3 euros and opened it now (dont judge I forgot). It still tastes amazing. 10 out of 10

Friendly staff and delicious bread, I faithfully come every week to get my bread.

Serves delicious bread and is very friendly!

Lovely place for breakfast, attentive staff and great location for a sunny morning

Delicious bread, always friendly. If needed, they'll bake bread while you wait. Super fresh, super tasty.

Delicious bakery with good fresh bread. My favorite in Hilversum.

My wife gets a package of cookies (wrapped) and comes home with them. Look what it cost: €6.50!! And that for 8 cookies... At Albert Heijn, the same package costs €2.45... Uh, of course, it'll be a bit more expensive at the bakery. But that much difference? So we won't be coming here again.

Bad service and way too expensive...

You were welcomed hospitably, fast service, delicious food and drinks! Joost also talked to our 3 year old son what he thought of it, that was fun!

Only bakery in Hilversum open on Sunday, 5 stars for that reason alone. Excellent croissants and chocolate rolls.

Good coffee croissant 🥐 ham cheese from the oven recommended:)

Almost a regular spot for the weekend after a short trip from Amsterdam. Very nice place for a cappuccino on Saturday morning, always atmospheric and good service.

Nice place, tasty boat coffee, super tasty granola, nice service

Very long wait and average quality

Nice place and friendly service. The delicious coffee and atmosphere today with this weather as if I am in Southern Europe.

Excellent bakery, nice seating and top products.

Got cookies, very dissatisfied. For 5.50 old cookies

Had a nice sandwich and had coffee. Nice people!

The flattened toasties H/K and goat cheese really could have been made better. Staff is super nice.

Nice enough bakery. The bread is good and we enjoyed the "gevulde koeken", almond filled biscuits. The air is breathable, ventilation is OK but the CO2 level should ideally be under 800ppm. You can sit outside, also in Winter.

Very nice and good bakery. Price/quality ratio is excellent

Casual place to be!!!! Just like home!

Koffie was prima.

Nice and cozy, clean and good service

Vers brood zondagochtend...

Adorable place! Excellent products. Lovely to have a walk and stop for a good coffee with delicious pastries. There are not much places in Holland like these. For those who come as turists is an incredible option to seat and have a coffee with something sweet. Also to take away products.

Heerlijk brood, wel iets duurder

Even tussen de middag lekker broodje gegeten.

Good coffee. Not much to say about their bread and croissants. Low quality with minimum taste.

Excellente bakkerij, koffie lunch room! Zeer goede bediening!

My french friends are coming specially from Paris, 400 km, just to go to that bakker and to enjoy quality of pastries / coffee and bread. I think it tells all about the quality and freshness. Goed bezig !

Cosy little Bakery, serving varies hot drinks, juices small meals.

Weekend =zondagochtend vroeg lekker vers brood, croissantjes en jus kopen.

Mooie zaak, vriendelijke bediening en werkelijk heerlijk brood. Ouderwets lekker!!

Open early on Sundays, good variety and a really good pain au chocolat
