Even asked for extra Nutella in my crepe, it was completely dry on the inside, mediocre at best portion and taste

Owner needs to change his attitude. brought wrong order and was very rude when I wanted to send it back. When he figured that it was for another table, no apology was offered. I felt discriminated as he seemed to treat other customers more nicely

Good drinks at a fair price. Service was excellent.

We were sat right away and our server was great. The milkshakes were REALLY thin, almost milk consistency. Not at all like the milkshakes we are used to. Other than that, everything was lovely! We got the bianca and Margherita, as well as the frutti di mare 🌊

Very rude staff: no smile, they throw your plate in front of you and send you dirty looks, and they don't even come to take your order. The prices are very expensive, but taking into account that it is located in a tourist area this is normal. The food is just a poorly made copy of the Italian one, but at least it was edible. The environment is nothing special, a bit small. I absolutely don't recommend it.

The pizza is quite big, we ordered one pizza for two people. The dough was crispy and the cheese was delicious. Our order was taken very quickly and our food arrived very quickly.

Amazing customer service and the ice coffee was great, just the little fact that I was served moldy apple pie... Apple pie takes at least a week to start going bad so I don't even want to know how old that pie was. If I hadn't seen the mold and gotten seriously ill.

We ordered ice cream and shakes one day and went back the next day for ice cream again. The ice cream was very good and the price was OK. Particularly noteworthy are the very nice staff and the friendly boss, who made the visit even more pleasant. We can highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!

Do NOT support this business if you are against the r-word. When I walked to an outdoor table to sit down, I greeted a guy who looked like the owner or manager. He didn’t speak back. I thought it was weird & rude, but brushed it off. About 10 minutes after sitting down, I finally saw the waiter. I watched him clean off tables without ever greeting me or bringing me a menu. When I finally asked, he said a nasty r-word remark in his native language. I said, “Excuse me?” He replied, “Hold on a minute.” It was then clear what was going on so I had no intentions of staying. When he finally brought over the menu I didn’t say anything because of how rude I’d already been treated. He hands me the menu and says, “You’re welcome.” At that point, I told him he was a nasty r-word and left. This business does not want the money of Black people, so they shouldn’t get your money either. I hope they go out of business and reap everything they sow.

Wanted to treat ourselves to some ice cream to go. The “senior” acknowledged the order with “Done” after 5 balls, left out the overpriced bill and left us standing. I've never experienced anything like that! Save your money and go somewhere else!

Pizza extremely delicious and well made.

We had Carbonara, Spaghetti Fungi and Garlic Bread to share. All were lovely and fresh. It came promptly. The hosts were friendly and attentive. For drinks, we ordered ice tea and couple of hot drinks after the meal. All came shortly after being ordered and without fuss. We had a lovely time eating here and would recommend it!

We had dinner there 2 days ago just before 6 p.m.... It was just starting to get crowded. We got a table for 4 people straight away because one had just become available. The food came relatively quickly and was consistently very good (lasagne, pizza, Caesar salad, spagetti carbonara). My husband's beer was stale and he just sipped it. During the hour we were there there was no possibility of complaining because there was a total hectic atmosphere and no one came to our table. We were served by a young lady whose face was completely frozen. No smile, no “bon appetit” when the food was brought. After a whopping 50 minutes and three requests for payment, the bill finally arrived. Of course, out of frustration, there was no tip (and I always give a good tip), and I even paid for the beer I didn't drink. There seems to be a shortage of staff here. It's a shame because the food was really good.

The ambience was nice. We had cappuccino and red velvet cake here. The cake was too sweet. The service was the most disappointing, they were rude, as we only ordered coffee and cake.

Even though it was very cold, we were seated downstairs so that the counter staff had a shorter route. It would have been warmer at the top and we would have had a great view of the canal. Drinks and food are not warm. Coffee too small despite demand. And way too expensive. Don't go.

Service is rushed, waiters shouting at each other, rushing customers out/ in. Tables so close to each other. Pizza was average with high prices.

Was surprised to see this restaurant isn't rated better. Ate in the Pizzeria upstairs (with a nice view) a few days ago, and the food was absolutely delicious (Bruschetta, Pizza, Pollo), service was very quick, staff were friendly and attentive. In the 4 times I've been to Amsterdam, this is by far the best restaurant I've visited.

The food was good, just a little pricey, and it’s always a little bit frustrating when they won’t offer you tapwater and make you buy bottled water

We were lucky to get a table on the patio, so we could enjoy people watching as well as excellent pizza. Would definitely go back.

Food was okay, not great. There was a young man who seated us and was very friendly. Unfortunately, the rest of our service (???) was provided by an older guy who could not have been more rude. He went out of his way to be unkind to us and others who arrived after us. We asked for our check and told him we needed to get somewhere. He threw our check on the table and went to smoke a cigarette. I guess this place keeps going due to their location but do not expect proper customer service.

Decided to give this place a go a few days ago. I must say, pizza was good, and the cheese on it, too, was great 🤌🏻. The pizza wasn't doughy or too heavy for the stomach. Service was good, too, was very quick. No problems whatsoever.

Les carbo étaient bonnes, avec de la crème ! mais bonnes quand même. Par contre le serveur - comment vous dire ? - le genre de conn... à qui on voudrait pouvoir dire ''va te f.....'' !

De prijzen zijn erg hoog, maar waar in Amsterdam niet. Echter service is ver te zoeken in dit restaurant. Wij bestelden een crêpe voor onze dochter en een pizza voor ons. Het eten was er snel MAAR de bestelling was fout, er bleken ineens geen crepes en er werd gewoon een wafel neergezet..dit had de bediening moeten melden nou dat had ze zeker niet gedaan. Onze dochter was erg verdrietig en wilde niets anders... schijnbaar hadden ze al dagen geen crepes en ik moest me maar niet zo druk maken. De kaart staat vol met crepes.. maar ze hebben ze niet. Geen coulance geen sorry geen gebaar vanuit de service.. belachelijk!! De pizza was warm, lekker alleen niet echt 'picante' zoals hij zou moeten zijn. Train je personeel in klantvriendelijk, duidelijke bestelling opnemen en wat horeca skills. Dan kan dese tent misschien nog iets worden

Na t eten bedacht ik eens ik zal eens naar reviews kijken want ik ga er ff 1 plaatsen en dacht echt...uh zit ik ergens anders. Heb nog nooit zo'n lekkere pasta carbonara op. De kids en mijn man hadden pizza. De kids vonden t net iets te veel kaas maar hey beter te veel als te weinig! Super enthousiaste eigenaar en personeel is ook vriendelijk. En t engels praten tsja das voort meer in de grote steden. Ik zeg ga er gezellig eten. Misschien morgen ontbijten voor we terug rijden want dat nodigde ons ook uit.

Je word standaard aangesproken in het Engels. Daarnaast is het personeel erg onbeleefd. Als Drentse boer ben ik zeker wat gewend, maar dit kan echt niet. De smaak-prijs verhouding is ook niet op orde. Veel te duur.

Das Personal ist nicht Servicefreundlich. Pizza war okay und aus dem Holzofen.
