The staff is incredibly unfriendly, no matter who you encounter. I've given it a try a few times now, but they continue to disappoint. This was definitely the last time!

Authentic Amsterdam Bakery where the staff is sweet and rude and kicks you out if you stay inside while you ordered a to go cup. Named Neeltje as the old bakery in the Jordaan. Important: please return the old glory of the cheese croissants 🥐 with way too mutch cheese❤️. Don’t let the new management get their way!

Very good breakfast, lots of choice and excellent quality! Found by chance before a tour of the canals of Amsterdam, we walked through the streets left very dirty by uncivilized tourists but with the sanitation workers already in action, and we came across this place. Very friendly welcome, very kind staff and attentive to requests and ready to give advice. Quality food, they bake everything themselves and the quality is reflected in their product. I highly recommend it. Large menu. Super kind also the gentleman who works there and who speaks good Italian :)

We are regular customers here. Come there at least twice a week. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere and good products. Dog is allowed.

I just got kick out of the shop. I went to have a coffee while I wait for the ferry, I asked for a take-away coffee in case I need to leave fast. After waiting 3 minutes in the shop I got kicked out because I had a take away coffee and seems that I'm less customer for that...

Staff could have some training about customer service. I like this bakery, it is not cheap but quality of food is good and it is a local shop (not belonging to any chain); however staff may be quite impolite and unhelpful and it has happened few times already. Today I went there 5 minutes before opening time (I didn’t know their opening time) and there were some boxes at the entrance, one lady advised that it was not open and then I was leaving when an old guy just shouted: “if there are boxes at the entrance, then you understand that you don’t enter again”. I wish this person less stress and more kindness …

Goede producten maar niet altijd vriendelijk en onnodig langzaam, waardoor je dus makkelijk het oostveer pontje mist, terwijl je er al een kwartier voor vertrektijd was. 👎🏽

Koffie, goed! Kaneeltjes (croissant met kaneel), heerlijk! Niks op het assortiment aan te merken, deze is lekker en goed van kwaliteit. Helaas is de wat oudere man erg onaardig en zeker geen visitekaartje voor de bakkerswinkel.

Staff is always on good mood and friendly. Convenient bakery on the island. Possible coffee to go. Not my favorite coffee but convenient and decent quality of products.

Volgens mij hebben ze sinds kort een nieuwe mevrouw. Ze was heel aardig en zei zelfs wat er allemaal voor lekkers in de aanbieding was. Ik schrok er even van, want normaal wordt mijn halfje bruin nog net niet over de toonbank gesmeten.

Zojuist een heerlijk broodje (kip/pesto/Mozzarella en kruidenkaas/pijnboompitten-nogiets)gegeten, en een lekker bakkie. TOP ZAAKJE👍👍

Gezellige bakkerij met heerlijke koffie en sauzijsenbroodjes en apfelstrudels.

Geen vriendelijk personeel en ook niet echt snel. Broodjes zijn op zich prima, maar veel te duur voor wat je krijgt. Daar en tegen zijn de pistolets altijd kei en keihard. Ik haal hier vaak wat in m’n lunch pauze maar daarna denk ik elke keer weer van wat zonde van m’n geld.

I will probably get a beating by the locals with this, so my apologies for upsetting you. Worked overhours during the christmas periods so on my first free Sunday in a long time I deceided to treat myself with a coffee brunch at this special bakery. Unfortunately, it wasnt so special as it seemed at first glance. Because despite the lovely smell of fresh baked bread and the cozy appearance of the place with the daily papers scattered on a nice window bench and generally peacefull atmosphere, the two men behind the counter were not very hospitable and my overall experience was just very dissapointing. I ordered a coffee and because the guy was quite aggitated with me to take my time to choose, I hastly deceided to simply go for a croissant with that. I was ordered to sit down somewhere and what I got was the most wattery overprized (3,40 Eur.) mug of coffee I ever drank which took them a while to prepare.The water I had with it was fused with orange and I never received the croissant ive asked for. I know its not alot to complain about but perhaps for the future, give the customer a better value for their money.

Une petite boulangerie où s'arreter prendre le petit déjeuner le matin. Les patisseries/viennoiseries sont très bonnes et fraîches. Ils proposent thé/café/jus de fruit frais. Petit plus mais appréciable la boutique se trouve juste à coté d'un arrêt de bus/tram.

averlo a 100 metri dal nostro appartamento ci ha risolto le colazioni ! ottimi prodotti , favolosi anche i panini anche se non certo economici ... locale molto piccolo con anche 3 tavoli per consumare ma che ha sempre una gran fila di locali in cerca del loro pane ....
