It used to be a great cafeteria, but it has gone downhill over the last year. Food quality and price. Clean, tidy, and friendly staff. You can still get ice cream even in the cold month.

Worst snack bar ever. Zero willingness to find a solution and you've wasted your money. First I ask for vegetarian snacks, then I get fries with meat without having asked for it. Once back, confused, I tried to come to a solution, but she wasn't interested. I had to pay again for a new portion of fries. What a joke, unfortunately I didn't find it very funny.

I got a Kapsalon and asked if they had small ones. No, only large containers. So I said okay. Well, I came home and there was no chili sauce on it and no vegetables, just a tiny bit of lettuce. The doner was as hard as if it had been out of the fridge for 4 months, and the meatballs were rock hard and extremely dry, and the fries were like shoe leather. I don't understand how you guys are still in business. CLOSE THAT PLACE.

Strongly advised against! Unmotivated staff when contacting me to pick up the order I had ordered a family-sized bag of fries. It turns out they put old, reheated fries at the bottom of the bag. Fraud and misleading customers.

I had the nasi platter and it was just really not good: dry rice and tough satay. My partner had the schnitzel menu, and the schnitzel was so tough you could throw it through a window.

After Lepoutre was taken over by the Bakhuus cafeteria chain, it really took some getting used to. The quality wasn't all that great and everything tasted different. Still, I am glad that I have since given it another chance. The quality and service have improved enormously and are even almost back to the level of Lepoutre. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only tip I would like to give is to put the snacks in separate containers instead of throwing everything together in one bag.

Not solution-oriented at all, and that is such a shame! Ordered 2 kapsalon chicken doner over the phone and only received 2 fries chicken doner. That is not what we ordered. Called back, and yes, we can come back. We were given slices of cheese and a cup of leaked garlic sauce; we were told we had to put it in our own oven. ?? I don't think a kapsalon is complete without sauce and lettuce, and I am paying for a full kapsalon. Miscommunication or a mistake can happen, but fix it. Went back again because this is unacceptable, a DIY kit to pay for your own kapsalon…. but yes, if we wanted a container of lettuce, we were allowed to take that with us. There was no room to get a new kapsalon; now the old “wrong” order was already cold? I don't understand what difference that makes. Naturally, we were willing to pay the difference between fries chicken doner and kapsalon for a new one, but they literally refused to make new kapsalons. We have been coming here for a very long time and have always been satisfied. This means we will no longer come here because they feel attacked instead of thinking in a solution-oriented way for regular customers. I am very disappointed and expected better from this business. Do better in the future and put yourself aside to keep customers satisfied, because this is unacceptable.

About 10 to 15 years ago, when they had just opened, it was excellent. But since it became Bakhuus, the quality has become truly awful. I spoke to the owner of the chain recently, and what an unpleasant guy he was. He has some knowledge of frying fries in the Bible Belt (and calling them 'patat' to boot), but that doesn't count. Maybe he was good with fries in small villages and Chinese restaurants, but he doesn't know anything about fries in the South. They should never have taken over Lepoutre. Anyway, about "Bakhuus Homberg": They are bad at keeping track. Snacks are ready at a different time than the fries, resulting in either cold, rock-hard fries or fries that are fried for too long. The fries themselves are also of mediocre quality. I don't know where they get it from, but the quality isn't all that great. The burgers are also a bit hastily stacked on top of each other, and I miss the old handmade snacks that Lepoutre always had on the menu. Going to the Turkish place around the corner is really many times better than this spot, which started out as a small chain in Wijchen. Such a shame...

Downright disgusting! We ordered two hamburgers. Even explaining how a chicken burger is made was impossible. I should have known better at that moment. The bun was cardboard, and the chicken on it was dough with flattened meat. Never again, 14 euros wasted money. Go to a better chip shop that actually gives you value for money.

Disgracefully bad!!!! Order a fries supermarket, the frikadel is bigger than the fries!!! Call them, and they don't even answer.

Always good quality (or not?). Clean establishment. The menu didn't match the delivery. The description and price on the menu were different from the actual price. A real shame. Returning the restaurant didn't generate any enthusiasm or apologies. Therefore, the rating is down one star. Delicious loaded fries, and the milkshakes are also very good! The guy at the counter was also very friendly.

This cafeteria is now run by a Chinese family. I receive quick and good help. Portions are generous and are packed in cardboard containers. Everything fine.

It used to be a good chip shop, but since the Chinese moved in, it's worthless! Barely speak Dutch. 9 times out of 10 orders are wrong. There is no service if your order is incorrect. In short, not recommended!

Since Lepoutre became Bakhuus it has become a normal chip shop. Everything that made Lepoutre better for me than other chip shops were the products from their own kitchen such as spare ribs, nasi balls and shawarma. These have now changed and both the spareribs and the shawarma are......not edible. Salty, tough and greasy😞 You can buy a frikandel n fries in any chip shop Forgot the mayonnaise, damn it.

Ordered tenderloin with satay sauce and fries. There were some tasty fries, but most of them were over-fried and hard. A real toothbreaker. Moreover, the fries were covered in a huge mountain of satay sauce. Not worth repeating. Next time I'd rather drive a little further.

The new owners (Bakhuus) of Cafetaria Lepoutre in the Homberg literally and figuratively don't care. Since these people took over the cafeteria, the quality of the food has deteriorated. This has been noticeable for a number of months. In the first months it was clear that the new staff had no experience in a snack bar, which meant everything took much longer and something often went wrong with the order. This is understandable in itself, but unfortunately there is no improvement and the quality only deteriorates further. Tonight the climax seemed to have been reached. Upon arrival, a bag was already ready at the counter for a telephone order. When it had not been picked up after 10 minutes, they took out the fries and snacks, hung the fries back in the basket above the fat and then gave the fries with my order. The result: cold, hard, dirty fries. When ordering I specifically asked for soft fried fries. When I asked them again when I took them away if the fries were soft, I got the answer yes. My compliments to the few remaining former employees. When they are in it, things go a lot better.

Delivery is very bad there. And if things go terribly wrong, there is no compensation whatsoever

We ordered at a quarter past 4 and at half past eight our family bag of fries and a few snacks arrived. Don't let them know that it will take longer, etc. I think this is dramatic for a few fries and snacks

Matig. Meerdere keren afgehaald of daar gegeten. Eten was vaak wel prima maar nu toch meerdere keren erg onvriendelijk en ongeïnteresseerd personeel getroffen. Een keer zelfs een meid die boos werd op ons vanwege haar eigen fout. LePoutre Grave heeft het beter voor elkaar dus wij rijden liever daarheen.

Altijd goed... zeker een aanrader voor de volgende keer..

Sinds nieuwe chinese eigenaar erg achteruit tegaan met kwaliteit Keiharde friet, sateh niet gaar en niet warm. Bestelling niet compleet.

Vandaag 12-3 nogmaals friet gehaald. Ik moet mijn eerdere review bijstellen. Jezus wat slecht. Kant-en-klare afbak friet gebruiken en dan de helft nog niet gaar. Hoe dan? Snacks slap, geen krokant iets te bekennen. Zaak is overgenomen. Als dit nu al het resultaat is😬 ------------------------------------------------------------- Jammer dat ze ook hier geen verse friet hebben. Maar verder mooie verzorgde zaak.

:( waar zijn de heerlijke nasi balen gebleven? Die ik vandaag bij de friet kreeg was verschikkelijk!

Erg duur geworden en dan ook nog maar kleinere zakje friet scheppen. Beetje jammer.

Grote friet stoofvlees besteld personeel was al chagrijnig, stoofvlees werd opgewarmd in de magnetron kan niet zorg voor verse producten! Thuis aangekomen bleek het vlees wat er in zat taai te zijn en lauw (3 stukjes vlees rest saus) friet was helemaal slap en drassige boel van de saus. Goulash kroket was lauw.

Aleen jammer dat je nie alles mee krijgt waar je voor betaald gebeurt alleen maar op de homberg jammer..

Als het druk is gaan de bestellingen niet altijd goed. ( verkeerd of bepaalde dingen zitten er niet bij) Als je dan wilt bellen, nemen ze de telefoon niet op.

Fijne zaak. Gewoon een eerlijk antwoord op mijn vraag 'wat te bestellen voor 9 kinderen?'. Jullie antwoord was perfect, we hadden genoeg. Perfect ..... én héérlijk!!!

Net heerlijk gegeten hier. Supervriendelijk en attent personeel. Kunnen sommige zaakjes in andere streken op deze aardbol nog wat van leren. Sla jullie op in favorieten kom cker aanwaaien wanneer ik weer is in de buurt ben. Ik geef jullie een dikke 5 uit 5. ga zo door

Onder andere een Shoarma schotel besteld waar de Shoarma zo zwart en hard was als beton zeer slecht!!

Mijn dochter besteld altijd een boeren snitsel met ui champignons en saus .geen paprika. Het gaat ALTIJD verkeerd of ze vergeten wat mee te geven

weer niet alles erbij wat je hebt besteld als je thuis komt hij wilde het wel oplossen maar dan moet je weer terug zeer vervelend

Prima cafetaria, fijn personeel en ziet er allemaal spik en span uit.

Erg jammer dat het weer fout ging met de bestelling. Wel netjes opgelost na telefonisch contact.

Op de site staat bezorgen mogelijk aangegeven, niet dus. Friet oud en hard terwijl bij bestelling zachtgebakken was aangeven, de aardbeienmilkshake geen aardbeien smaak aan te bekennen, burger viel uit elkaar en wel ingrediënten erop die aangevinkt waren om eraf te laten, berenhap met rauwe ui, in chillisaus doordrenkte chickenwrap en een chicken sandwich wat een burgerbroodje bleek met een ontzettend hete "je lippen gaan ervan tintelen" kipburger, eerste en laatste keer het leek door de beoordeling een goede zaak, tegenvaller

Heerlijk eten! Goed geserveerd en het is superlekker! Aardig personeel😄

Snackjes en hamburgers altijd super vooral de hamburgers! Friet keuze niet mij favorieten keus hou meer van dunne friet of dikke frietjes maar wel dikke zachten frietjes! Ze hebben ook ijs en milkshakes ze zijn heel uitgebreid! Goeie friettent aardig personeel
