It used to be fast there, now we have to wait about 2 hours. Really bad.

Unfortunately disappointing! First of all, I had to wait almost 2 hours for delivery. After 1.5 hours, I decided to call (they didn't answer the first 3 times). Then they indicated that it was on its way, but it took well over 30 minutes. Next, the order was incorrect. Tried calling multiple times, but again, no one answered. Unfortunately, I have had exactly the same experience with this company before.

The food was mediocre, the satay sauce was sour, it was very hot inside, and the staff were already sweating and dripping while preparing our food.

Fries undercooked. Stewed meat tough. Mayonnaise sour. And sitostick inedible. Almost everything thrown away. Way too hot inside.

Waited nearly two hours for a half-burnt pizza. Called after an hour and a half, and they only answered on the fifth attempt. Unacceptable.

Had to wait 2.5 hours for the food! Impossible to reach by phone!

The service was terrible. The blonde waitress who took our order was very rude, unfriendly, and disrespectful. During our meal, we wanted to order more drinks and another dish, but we were completely ignored. We tried several times to get the waitress’s attention, but she never came to our table. I will not come back, and I do not recommend this restaurant. One person in our group is vegetarian, and we clearly told the waitress before ordering. Despite this, the meal was served with meat. This is unacceptable and shows that the staff did not pay attention to our order. Mistakes like this should never happen. We visited the restaurant on Sunday, July 5, 2026, at 1:30 PM, and we were seated outside at table 504BIS.

Worthless, waited 2.5 hours for something that was supposed to be delivered within an hour. Called multiple times, every time the same answer: it's on its way, it's on its way. Definitely ordering from here for the last time.

Had to wait an hour for an internet order that was supposed to be ready at 17:45; it was ready at 18:55.

What terrible prices, €14 for a hair salon.

Just waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for our food.🤔 The stew had more fat than meat. Lachmachun was very dry. Very disappointing, this used to be a good cafeteria.

Crappy place. I've received the wrong orders several times. After receiving them, I called to ask what was wrong, and they said they would deliver them again. This was still wrong. We'll never go there again.

We ate here from Emmen. We were in the area and looking for a good restaurant. The good reviews helped us choose this place. The food was excellent, more than enough. The atmosphere was cozy, and it was nice that my son got to help out behind the counter ;). We'll definitely be back if we're ever in the area again!

I've been a Patatterie customer for 10 years. I give Patatterie cafeteria 5*, very tasty food for a good price. The staff and the owner themselves get a 5/5. Mistakes are ALWAYS resolved with an apology and a new/correct dish. Mistakes happen, and that's human nature. What matters to me is the resolution after a mistake.

Today I got a kapsalon döner for €13.50, unfortunately there was almost no sauce in it and the fries were not cooked through, a shame because they were always tasty, unfortunately I now have to look for another one

I ordered food for home delivery on July 19, 2025. The payment was made, and the food still hasn't arrived. This is truly terrible. A case of fraud...

If you get a delicious shoarma sandwich super you don't get a sandwich. Fortunately the durum doner was well filled.

Ordered for a quarter past 7, went home at a quarter to 8 with food that was cold and inedible. Dish of 15 euros thrown in the bin because fries felt soggy and lettuce as dry as cork. And this while we were the only ones in the tent and there were no other customers.

Listen, so I casually went to score 2 kipcorns, nothing special you might think. But what I got was a big blow to my taste buds of pure perfection. Two Turkish AABIES stood behind that chip shop as if they were saving the world — and spoiler: they were. Those chicken corns? Crispy as my ex's heart and juicy as a Netflix rom-com. But that mayo… BRO. Not a tuft. No lame shit. No, I just got an industrial load of mayo like I won the VIP treatment at Snackheaven. I was up to my elbows in sauce and I wasn't emotionally prepared for it. So yeah — do you want kipcorns that you write about in your journal? Go here. Now. And bring a snorkel. For the mayo.

Good food and customer friendly

Really tasty fries at Cafetaria De Patatterie! The chef is a genius. Even the king came here to dine. Delicious food that will tantalize your taste buds. A fantastic assortment. And the service? The fastest! Fortunately, at Cafetaria De Patatterie they just call them "fries". Because "fries" is of course not possible. After dinner we had an ice cream. Before that, this dining establishment turned out to be a true paradise. There were many flavors to choose from. That's why we had such a good time here. Oreo with caramel, mixed together in a cone, that tastes great!

Ordered food online and paid for delivery. Would be delivered before 5:51 PM. At 6:30 PM after calling 20 times and not being able to reach anyone, we drove there. Turns out they still had to start preparing...forgotten order because it was so busy...now waiting 1.5 hours. So we ended up picking it up ourselves and more than 2 hours after ordering we were eating. The food itself was ok, but not great unfortunately....

Quality varies greatly from time to time, depending on the employee and there are many, many of them. Unfortunately that doesn't help. Fries are often not fried crispy, but the frying fat has been used far too little. Last time even almost 'raw' fries. The döner and shawarma are also often barely fried. Too bad, still looking for a better cafeteria.

They're sweethearts. Went to get pizza and my car broke down. They immediately ran out with the tow and power cables to help me.

Ordered fries by phone, asked for crispy fried and without salt. Upon arrival at the agreed time, the fries were already in the frying basket. After waiting five minutes, the fries were dipped in the oil again for 30 seconds, then placed in the chip drip tray and salt was added. The owner suddenly remembered something, and threw the fries into the oil for a third time, this time for 5 seconds, to rinse off the salt. The fries were then placed back in the chip drip tray, but without draining, the fries were immediately scooped into the bag. The bag quickly started to become soaked with oil, so I asked for a bag. I was given a paper bag. When we got home, the bag was completely soaked in oil. The fries weren't even crispy and were soaked in oil. We won't be coming back here again. Unfortunately for Patatterie. While waiting, the owner took a telephone order from another customer, indicating that it would take a little longer due to a large order of 200 euros. However, there was no one other than myself in the snack bar. What was the reason for that stressful action for my fries and that of the telephone order? Unfriendly. No wonder the King isn't coming back.

Picked up the bike but what a weak bunch. Looks like flour you're eating. Also a frikadel special, but after unpacking it had rolled out of the container. Do you pay a lot of money for it these days?

Vreselijke zaak en nog slechtere eigenaar. Bestelling ter plekke gedaan, 4x gevraagd wat ik besteld had en ondertussen waren al 6 mensen wie na mij kwamen vertrokken. Bij 4e keer gezegd dat ik niet nog eens een half uur op mijn eten wil wachten. Werd gelijk afgeblaft dat ik maar moest opdonderen. Keuze gesteld: of mijn eten, of restitutie. Eigenaar bleef me afblaffen, gezegd dat ik binnen 2 minuten weg ben, met eten, of zonder eten en dan terug kom met de politie. Blijkbaar kon het toen wel snel, binnen 2 minuten vertrokken. Terzijde: tijd dat ik buiten heb staan wachten (ivm warmte, geen airco) kwam er een jongeman aanrijden, stormde naar binnen en maakte in niet mis te verstane woorden duidelijk er niet van gediend te zijn om afgeblaft te worden (was al 2e keer) tijdens een telefonische bestelling. Man was laaiend, sloeg ook met vuist op toonbank. Voor mij nooit meer hier naartoe. Onbeschofte eigenaar, kwaliteit ook niet om over naar huis te schrijven en bijzonder intimiderend.

Just ordered food but it is very disappointing. Fries were fried way too long. Was very hard and dark in color! Snacks were a bit okay.. ham-cheese souffle a bit tasteless and just overcooked. very unfortunate and a waste of money.

After an hour, call to find out where your food is... Very aggressive boss and employees who shout and swear over the phone: I don't come for 2 super fries with 2 snacks after you call after an hour to see if your food will arrive that you ordered an hour earlier. Umpteenth time and not recommended to anyone

Food was not very good. Kapsalon with very little meat and lots of lettuce. Dining area was anything but fresh. As a starter I could have eaten the food from a few days ago that was lying on the floor somewhere. Tables were dirty and I had to turn the tablecloth over because it was full of dirty stains.

Lekkerste kapsalon die er is! Royaal gevuld, aardige mensen. Is gewoon heerlijk. Hebben ook veel keuze uit schotels/andere dingen die ze niet altijd hebben bij andere snackbars.

Isn't it just pattaterie that is bad actually b all chip shops in Wijchen are bad too salty or too little meat or it is half cooked or cold and then they also ask the main prize is you better eat at home or go to Nijmegen

Bestel een Las Vegas chicken burger, krijg eerst een cheeseburger daarna een beefburger, vervolgens ging hij het ff navragen, kwam nietmeer terug en was mijn eten koud. Loop ik maar zelf naar die kerel toe en wilt hij me wijs maken dat het echt een chickenburger is.

Flinke homp vreten, prachtig. Misschien een plastic vorkje, nu werd t een flink gesmeer op het werk

De Döner valt hier echt enorm tegen, maar de pizza’s die ze verkopen zijn echt de beste in Wijchen.

Al een tijd aan het wachten op de bestelling. Als je de tijd niet haalt die je beloofd, bel dan even (telefoonnummer word gevraagd bij de online bestelling)

The restaurant wasnt clean, everywhere fly's and the food was very expensive. The tables werent clean and the service wasnt good.

De pizza smaakt altijd goed en goede porties ook, je zult geen honger hebben :-) Dochter ook blij met de kidsbox, cadeautje en Wicky bij de frites en kipnuggets.

Voor het eerst bij de patatterie geweest net.... pizza shoarma gehaald ga al jaren bij pizza zuid.....maar die was gesloten...... nou waT een heerlijke pizza niet vet krokante bodem geen taai vlees heerlijke knoflooksaus.....en nog goed heet ook dus de volgende pizza haal ik hier voortaan GEWOON HEERLIJK mij heb je er als klant bij

Meerdere keren geweest inmiddels. Altijd erg druk maar dat is juist een goed teken. Het eten was allemaal prima!

De Patatterie is meer dan een cafetaria, ze verkopen ook Pizza's, döner en shoarma. Op de muur pronken wat foto's van koning die in het verleden een bezoekje aan deze zaak heeft gebracht. Er is ruimte om te zitten. Prijzen zijn gemiddeld.

So glad this was open on a Monday night! Medium friet special fed two of us well. Delicious sauce. Also got kaassouffle and satekroket Super lekker. Dank je.

Het oogt soms wat hectisch en rommelig maar je wordt altijd goed en vriendelijk geholpen. Het eten is altijd lekker en de calzones zijn stuk voor stuk niet te versmaden.

Er zat een rood kruis van plakband over de deur geplakt alsof ze gesloten waren. Prima producten. Snel klaar.

Eten was zeer slecht. Kaassouffle was niet gaar en van de berenklauw waren de uien helemaal 'droog'. Tevens zat de bestelde en betaalde satesaus er niet bij. Ook de afhandeling van de telefonische bestelling was zeer slecht; na laatste item dat klaar was niet de vraag voor wie de bestelling is, nee, pas op het moment dat je vanuit de rij aan de beurt bent pas aangeven dat het klaar is! Dus dan is het al weer afgekoeld. Dus goede slogan: 'Cafetaria de Patatterie Wijchen die wil je echt niet missen' Maar laat deze aub aan je voorbijgaan! Ons zien er in ieder geval nooit meer!!!
