Customer service is unfortunately nowhere to be found. Definitely not recommended.

The customer service here is really bad and not customer-oriented at all. From the start, it felt like they didn't care much about what I needed or expected. I had ordered a birthday cake, but what I ultimately received was a huge disappointment. The cake didn't taste good at all. It was dry, not fresh at all, and the cream was far too sweet and heavy. No one really liked it, and most of the slices were simply left uneaten. Additionally, the cake didn't look special either. For a birthday, you expect something beautiful and festive, but this felt more like something that was quickly put together without attention to detail. What makes it even worse is that no effort was made to think along or coordinate anything properly. The whole process felt impersonal and uninterested. It was truly embarrassing to serve this cake to my guests, especially since you count on a bakery to deliver quality for such an occasion. For the price you pay, this is absolutely unacceptable. I won't be coming back here and would definitely not recommend this place, especially if you need something important like a birthday cake.

To be honest, I am very disappointed with my experience at this bakery. I ordered a birthday cake here and had expected at least something tasty and festive, but it was a huge letdown. First of all, the taste just wasn't good. The cake was dry and didn't look fresh at all, as if it had been sitting there for a while. The cream was far too sweet and completely unbalanced, making it not even pleasant to eat. Almost no one finished their piece, and that really says it all. Additionally, I found the quality substandard. When you order a birthday cake, you expect care and attention to go into it, especially for such a special occasion. But this felt more like it was made quickly and without effort. To be honest, it was quite embarrassing to serve this to my guests. For the price you pay, you really should expect much more. For me, this was the first and last time. I would certainly not recommend this bakery for cakes, and especially not for important moments like a birthday.

Received very friendly service and a wide range of products.

Got a tuna baguette. You get tuna in a container that you can pick up yourself at Albert Heijn or Jumbo... just nothing fresh. Not recommended... and it's the special offer of the month too.

That old one was really unfriendly. It was expensive and tasteless. The banana split had little banana flavor, but whipped cream. It came from the bottom of the cookie. The chocolate puff pastry also tasted like whipped cream from a can, a bit watery. And the wrong pastry. Supermarket ones taste better... and not a cent off despite the large amount of pastries.

What an incredibly unfriendly man! If you're no longer interested in helping customers with a friendly smile, it's really time for retirement.

Always good here, the best healthy sandwiches

It started off so well: delicious sandwiches and immediate service. However, eight of us had to leave immediately and weren't allowed to eat inside. They said we'd be fined.

Worthless place, without atmosphere and very quiet. Sandwiches were decent. Lukewarm tea water from the machine. When asking for freshly boiled water: we don't have it. Ordered a pastry FROZEN! When I walked back I was told: what do you expect? Well, no frozen cake at all. I received the comment that it is straight out of the freezer. I worked in a pastry shop myself. THIS IS REALLY NOT POSSIBLE. The question: Would you like other pastries was answered with NO? Don't eat ice cream again. Not even an apology 🙈 Rude and bad experience!

The oliebollen are excellent again this year

Very nice bakery, friendly staff, always time for a chat, but above all very fresh and delicious bread!

Customer friendliness is again hard to find and the sandwiches are no longer what they used to be. Investments are quite meager and half invested. As soon as you enter, the lady examines you from head to toe, with a very nasty and arrogant look. If you indicate that the sandwiches are rather meager and that the inspecting look is not experienced as pleasant, then you will subsequently get a big mouthful. I thought I could make my own choices about what I wanted on MY sandwich, but it HAD to be the way Mrs. wanted. Otherwise not... If you have allergies, you should NOT get your sandwich there!!!! Give your wife 1.50 feedback on her behavior, she pretends to be the queen and rolls over you. I do make my own sandwiches. Much tastier and much cheaper! It's a shame that you HAVE to give a star, because this isn't even worth half a star.

Lekkere broodjes en vlaaien. Echter is de keuze voor de vlaaien beperkt als je voor die dag niet gereserveerd hebt. En dan bedoel ik dat je 's ochtends rond tien uur /half elf als niet meer alle keus hebt.

Goede bakker. Brood is echt heerlijk. 👌🏻Vele malen beter dan bv Nollen of Savonije.

Heerlijk geluncht. Een van de heerlijkste broodjes gezond ooit. Aanrader. Vriendelijke bediening.

The taart so delicious, and the bakery team was so responsive, i ordered two tarts and they were ready the next morning. They use cows gelatin which is very important for me! I will visit their bakery again for sure

Goede verse broodjes, aardige mensen en een meer dan redelijke prijs

Gewoon een degelijke bakker, geen fratsen. Je kunt er ook terecht voor een kopje koffie met een gebakje of broodje.

Ik heb een taart 1 week van te voren besteld, op de zelfde dag wilde ik het anuleren, maar dat was niet mogelijk van limburgia, ben er vervolgens heen gegaan om het te annuleren toen kon het wel opeens van de collega van de mevrouw die ik aan e lijn had. Jammer dat ik er helemaal naar toe moest rijden, voor de rest hebben ze altijd lekkere vlaai en taart.

Geweldige Bakker waar je ook lekker kunt zitten om een broodje te eten. In de zomer is er ijs te verkrijgen!
