They handle pastries with their bare hands.🤢 When I asked for a cake, the staff picked it up directly without gloves or tools. Right after touching money, the payment terminal, and other surfaces, she continued handling the pastries the same way. This seems to be their usual practice. Very unhygienic and unpleasant to see. I hope they improve their food handling standards.

Dear Bakkerij Nollen, Why do I so often find large holes in your bread? This is becoming annoying. I understand that bread should be airy, but this feels more like skimping on flour and other ingredients. This compromises quality and is detrimental to us as customers, especially since I pay full price. It's a real shame.

Bought a bag of small white balls. The next day I took 2 balls & they were already bone dry! Thrown the balls away after 2 days.

I got my most disgusting sausage roll ever here. What a disgusting thing and you pay top dollar for it. The sausages at the Alberthein 10 meters away are even better in terms of taste and price. also not really great. But still 10 times better than that dirty limp filthy sausage roll at bakery Nollen 🤮 I will never go back there

Ordered on the phone, when I went to pick up sandwiches that had been set aside in half an hour, they were no longer there, apparently sold to someone else, while I was promised that they would be set aside for me. When I called the head office about this and spoke to a certain Angelique, she did not think it was reasonable that she was angry about this event. I think that Angelique from the head office at Nollen lacks empathy and does not think in a customer-oriented way.

The white buns were dry and didn't look fresh. The croissant was tasty.

Today was fun 11.05.2024 lots of treats.

Terrible currant buns! What were once the best currant buns in Twente have now deteriorated into dry and tough buns with barely any currants in them. And you pay a premium for them. The buns from the industrial bakery at Albert Heijn are much better and only a fraction of the price you pay at Nollen. What a shame!

At the end of September I placed an online order for small bake-off rolls for Friday, October 6. I receive a call in the afternoon (just before I drive away from Overdinkel) that they have not been delivered but that I can pick them up tomorrow. I drive there the next day: guess what? Of the two ordered, there is only 1. The other has been sold (or something like that?). No suitable solution offered.

Very nice bakery! Friendly staff and delicious raisin buns. ☺️ Easily accessible, free parking!

The staff was unfriendly... Clearly in need of a vacation. The cakes were good, though.

Paid almost 17 euros for 8 very small "fresh" 1 bite cakes. Packaging was a bit wet. Came from the freezer. Visitors laughed when they heard the price. For that money you would expect a baker to prepare it fresh early in the morning? We won't try bread there. It will probably all come from the freezer.

Poor quality pastries. Dry and salty.

People were very pleased with the whipped cream cake.

Paying 10 euros for 2 cakes that are way too dry.....they won't see me there again.

Het gebak is droog en de koek daarvan is zout. Dachten we dat de broodjes misschien beter zouden bevallen maar na een saucijze- en frikandelbroodje te hebben besteld zijn we tot de conclusie gekomen dat die van de supermarkt net zo goed of zelfs beter zijn. Ookal erg droog, saucijs ook heel zout. En ook nog duurder dan de gemiddelde bakker. Geen Nollen meer voor ons!

Tof personeel en ontzettend goede producten. Nagenoeg alles is lekker bij Nollen! (En wat niet lekker is, is een kwestie van smaak 😉)

Heerlijke warme bakker. Top kwaliteit.

Zeer goede bakkerij! Veel keuze en alles vers. Ook het koolhydraat arm brood is erg lekker. Je wordt er prima bediend en alle bestellingen kloppen altijd. Een aanrader!

Netjes geholpen, producten van redelijke kwaliteit

Saucijzenbroodjes lagen er al veel te lang en je krijgt en schijnbaar niet standaard servetjes bij.

Zeer goede bakker. Hun kaneelcake is heerlijk!

Gezellige bakker met heerlijke verse banket en brood. Niet groot, maar wel een goed assortiment. Je wordt er snel en vriendelijk geholpen
