We were in the store for a quick stop, and the wrong order was delivered to our table. We also heard a lot of complaints from other tables about incorrect orders.

Review update: after my review, I received a message saying I should send them a message. I did...never heard anything back. They only have screens behind the counter displaying what's available. These also jump around. This makes it almost impossible for someone with low vision to see. Why not just have one physical menu on the counter? It was 9:15 in the morning, and the tables and floor were dirty.

We had the best service ! I’ve come many times here and often I would see two young girls that would barely look at you. But today Jolanda gave us the best service ! The food was delicious, she was very cheerful. She made us feel good and comfortable!

I usually go here with very unsociable staff, but today Jolanda helped us out and we were so happy with her service and the food. She made our day!!

Years ago, I gave it 5 stars. Now it's 3. Unfortunately, the staff has absolutely no idea what customer service means. The sandwiches, on the other hand, are always good.

The sandwiches had very little filling, and no napkins were provided (which wasn't a big deal). I had a hot spicy chicken sandwich, but the sandwich wasn't warm, and the carpaccio sandwich wasn't very filling either, which was very disappointing.

A few days ago, I ordered two carpaccio sandwiches through Thuisbezorgd. They were supposed to take 30-50 minutes. After 70 minutes, still nothing. The app had been saying it would take 15 minutes for half an hour, so I called. The woman on the phone said she was going to help the people in line first??? I really don't understand this at all, since I'd been waiting ages for my order. It's ridiculous. I finally got my order after a 90-minute wait. I paid for extra truffle mayonnaise when I ordered, but it wasn't even on the order. The toppings were so sparse, there were at most two small slices of carpaccio. And you pay €20 for that! I'm never ordering anything from here again!

I thought I'd get two delicious pies there instead of Oonk bakery. Well, I knew it was old and inedible, yuck! Unfriendly staff, the complaint was dismissed as nonsense...we have fresh pastries every day. Well, throw that stuff in the trash, and it's worth €6.50! I'll never go back.

We ordered chicken sandwiches. The chicken was rare, and the staff said it was pre-cooked. And that this should be normal.

So I walked over and stood in the middle of the line and then she looked around and saw me standing there, then looked at me with a look of surprise and confusion on her face. But no, the lady had helped other people and saw me standing in a smaller line between the other people and said: "Do you want me to make the sandwich or would you rather have your money back?" Then I undoubtedly thought to myself: well you know what? Give me your money back. She also said sorry for the inconvenience and gave me my money back. But I honestly had the feeling of "whatever" whatever.. I didn't think she was serious and not very professional of her in how she handled this situation. I do believe that people make mistakes sometimes, it happens to everyone sometimes. But it almost seemed like she did it all with intention.. I wondered: what exactly happened between the time shortly after my order when she was busy preparing my sandwich and when I sat down at the table?! That remains a mystery.

Ordered a meatball sandwich with satay sauce. Got a meatball sandwich with dill sauce so I sent it back. Then I got a new sandwich. The satay sauce was not a thick layer as pictured but came from a squirt bottle and was nowhere to be found. There was no fried onion on it as described but I didn't feel like sending my sandwich back for the second time while it had already taken a very long time for it to arrive. Two young ladies clearly didn't know what they were doing and were alone in the store

I regularly visit Bakker Bart and am generally satisfied, but this location is unfortunately a bit disappointing. The employees seem disinterested and tired, which may affect the service and execution of certain tasks. (There was another employee who was different later) Hopefully this can be worked on, so that the quality and experience will return to the familiar level.

Good lunch for an affordable price

We just enjoyed a sausage roll and a cheese roll, drinks and sandwiches were nice and warm. It was extra nice that the dog was allowed to come along :)!

Very poor and unmotivated staff stood at the counter for about 8 minutes on a Saturday afternoon, but the (too) young ladies did not look back until I made a comment ... then received a comment from us that we are still working, yes that is correct with the cooling in packing and cleaning and the three of them did that and they didn't look at the customers. Dirty tables. It's always a shame when there are so many people walking and no one walks past the tables. It has become very expensive, 17 euros for 2 sandwiches and 2 mini bottles of drinks.

Kom hier regelmatig, en chapeau voor de dames bij de broodjes. Zij lopen de benen uit hun lijf bij topdrukte, om iedereen van de goede bestelling te voorzien. Schrijnend om te zien is de dame met het lange zwarte haar (eigenaresse?) die bij deze drukte rustig haar koffie staat te drinken en het personeel onvriendelijk aanspreekt. Als klant word je er ongemakkelijk van. Is me al meerdere keren opgevallen! Het zou haar sieren als ze ook haar handjes laat wapperen.

Bakker Bart in winkelcentrum Zuid Enschede. Ruim opgezet, voldoende zitjes. Merk wel dat de stoelen te hoog zijn in verhouding tot de tafeltjes. Dat zit niet heel prettig. Maar ze hebben atijd lekkere verse broodjes, check de aanbiedingen! Kan je zo een paar euro schelen!

Het ontbijtje smaakt goed. Als reclame hebben ze altijd tweede kop warme drank gratis, alle varianten. En nu komt het. Met uitzondering van specials, warrme chocolademelk, en koffie to go. Verder mag het niet bij een ontbijtje. Drie weken geleden kregen we wel koffie bij een ontbijtje voor de tweede keer (lees gratis). Volgens mij heeft ieder personeelslid daar eigen regeltjes. Graag meer eenheid. Voor ons afgedaan
