We were supposed to do a school project in collaboration with Hollandia. However, when we wanted to keep them updated on our progress and needed information, there was sudden radio silence. It's a shame; if you hadn't wanted the collaboration, you shouldn't have agreed. It's a shame.

They handle pastries with their bare hands.🤢 When I asked for a cake, the staff picked it up directly without gloves or tools. Right after touching money, the payment terminal, and other surfaces, she continued handling the pastries the same way. This seems to be their usual practice. Very unhygienic and unpleasant to see. I hope they improve their food handling standards.

Burgemeester van Veenlaan 108The food is delicious WHEN it's available. It's a shame to be a baker and have certain rolls repeatedly unavailable, even at other DUST branches. And then you're there at 8 or 9 a.m., and even later in the day (where I can somewhat understand why the rolls might be gone).

Zweringweg 218Tasty products, but pay close attention at the checkout. There are screens displaying offers that turn out not to be valid (anymore). Even though it was still shown, I didn't receive the discount. Shame about the service.
