Pity that I got turned off by all the personnel which handles with bare hands everything, paper cash, coins and…the bread or the croissant that clients order. Three years of pandemic here did not serve to underline the importance of hygiene of hands hygiene or of the use of gloves.

In year 2025 I find disturbing and non hygienic that the personnel grabs the bread with bare hands puts it in a bag and passes it to you like nothing happened...

We wanted a drink; it was 7 p.m., but we couldn't because the machine needed cleaning. So unfriendly to customers, and they could have just told us right away that there was no more coffee. She made us sit and wait for 10 minutes because she was talking to a friend. Her other colleague was already busy sweeping, and customers even had to step aside because she wanted to keep sweeping.

Out of sheer frustration, I went back to the bakery the next day to ask if they'd accidentally given me the wrong package. But no, they *always* do this. Seriously? How can you call this a surprise package? This is just a scam. I told them to change it in the app because it makes absolutely no sense. If 99% of the contents are just bread, then just call it a bread package. What a disgusting way to mislead customers. I will NEVER order from here again. What a bunch of amateurs.

I just went to Bakker van Maanen at Westfield Male. My friend, who is a woman of color, was in line and wasn't helped, as if the employee didn't see her but helped all the other white people. These people are racist. People of color won't help you here. I'm never coming back.

Extensive selection of breads and pastries. Unfortunately, there aren't many places to stop for lunch.

Ik word hier altijd vriendelijk geholpen. De kaas croissantjes zijn mijn favoriet en kan deze ook altijd bevroren meenemen, zodat ik niet zo vaak langs hoef te komen.

Heel blij met de nieuwe Mall in Leidschendam. Je vindt er een uitgebreid assortiment van winkels waaronder deze broodwinkel+. Snelle en vriendelijke bediening. Vanwege de locatie iets duurder dan gemiddeld maar dat heb ik er graag voor over.
