A gift card that you can't use to buy bread at a bakery completely defeats the purpose. My gift card was declined because the purchase amount was less than the value of the card, a condition that wasn't mentioned anywhere. In the end, I just paid, making the gift card practically worthless for regular purchases. This is not only extremely unfriendly to customers, but also completely unnecessary. You could simply return a card with the new value. Good products or not, that's no way to treat customers. *The conditions aren't mentioned anywhere on the website. You yourself stated in an email that this is only communicated verbally to the cardholder, even though the cardholder is almost never the one who uses the card. Furthermore, you claim to have contacted me by phone, which is simply a lie; you don't even have my phone number. Multiple false statements to justify an unreasonable decision. That unfortunately speaks volumes about how customers are treated here.

I regularly buy a Good to Go package for €4.99. You'll receive at least €14.99 worth of products. It's a shame and strange that I received €13.05 worth of products. Please report this so you can ensure you give at least €14.99 worth next time.
