Martina Cakes it Easy in Bovenveen

Dirtiest bakery in the Netherlands! A little hygiene in the store would do wonders. I've gotten sick so many times from the rolls and pastries. Packaged marble cakes were covered in mold two days later, even though the packaging was still sealed. Yuck!!

Great variety bread, sweets and pastry. Young staff help the customers with enthusiasm.

Pity that I got turned off by all the personnel which handles with bare hands everything, paper cash, coins and…the bread or the croissant that clients order. Three years of pandemic here did not serve to underline the importance of hygiene of hands hygiene or of the use of gloves.

The bread and cookies were delicious. The staff were very friendly. Their Easter chocolates looked like works of art—so beautiful and eye-catching.

Got a mix of hard/crunchy rolls and 3 different brown breads at Klink. Helped quickly and very tasty bread!
