I went there with my girlfriend to order two Turkish pizzas. We had already paid for our drinks and were waiting for the money to be transferred to her bank account. During that time, I told her I was going to order something. The lady didn't speak proper basic Dutch and only spoke Turkish to us. Later, she told us to leave and that we wouldn't pay. When we walked out of the bakery, she came after us and got a man who spoke Dutch. He translated everything from us to her and from her to us. At the end, I asked her very politely what her problem was, and she cursed me and my girlfriend out. We walked away very disappointed and got our pizzas somewhere else. According to the reviews, I'm not the only one who finds this customer service very strange. A VERY RUDE WOMAN AT THE CASHIER!!

The service is absolutely terrible. I asked for two vegetarian Turkish pizzas and got two with ground meat. When I pointed this out, the woman said there was no meat on them. When I told her I could literally see the ground meat, she said I should have told her earlier that it had to be vegetarian and that Turkish pizza is never vegetarian (it literally says so on the menu above her head)... So, she even lied, "Imagine being allergic." Then I told her she was being unreasonable and tried to figure out what she thought I should have ordered. She grabbed the two ayran from the counter (which I also wanted to pay for) and told me "go away." This place used to have a good salesperson/owner and delicious food. I'm amazed by this experience... I would skip this place...

After a while, I visited this bakery again. I'd gotten something there before, and I'd always been satisfied. At that time, two senior Turkish men and women were behind the counter. Today I visited the bakery and I couldn't believe my eyes. I was helped by a short woman who looked Bulgarian. I asked her if I could have two "vegetarian" Turkish pizzas. These were advertised on the left "salora" TV screen under the heading "Turkish Pizza." Okay, she took the order, and some went into the oven. A few minutes later, I heard her ask me what I wanted on the Turkish pizzas. I looked at the pizza and saw meat sauce on the "vegetarian" Turkish pizza. As mentioned above, that wasn't my order. So I pointed out that the pizza wasn't vegetarian, and the woman started arguing with me. She kept insisting that the pizza was vegetarian and that I couldn't have known better than she did. She also found my order unusual because they supposedly didn't have any vegetarian Turkish pizzas... Well, it was on the menu, and I really think the salesperson should know what they were selling. When I tried to be assertive by pointing at what was on the TV screen, she didn't want to hear about it. She strangely avoided an objective discussion. Finally, I had placed two ayran drinks on the counter to pay for along with the Turkish pizzas. During the discussion, she hid them behind the counter and added "gone" with a waving hand. I was held accountable for her mistakes. Furthermore, she tried to mislead me by making me eat something I don't eat. The woman is truly unreasonable, disrespectful, unfriendly, and not open to conversation. This was the last time I'll visit this bakery. Owner, if you're reading this and these are your employees, think twice. You're losing revenue because of this behavior, and they don't work hygienically.

The most disgusting pizza ever. There's no meat on it. Old lettuce, the bread was completely burnt. And the arrogant Turkish guy behind the counter completes the picture. Yuck 🤮

My wife and I went there. We ordered a wrap and a lahmacun with döner. The woman working there started putting the ingredients in and wrapping them. When I said they didn't include the döner, she said she forgot, for both. Then we also asked for potatoes, which we wanted to be sold separately, and she wanted to put them in the döner as well. When I asked if they didn't sell them separately, she said no and scolded me, even though their brochures and screens showed that potatoes were sold separately. As for the taste, it was excessively greasy, and afterwards I had a stomach ache and felt nauseous.

I asked the woman who works there for a frikandel sandwich with lettuce and sauce, she made me wait 15 minutes before finally telling me that she couldn't do it and she threw and shouted stupid comments behind my back, really associative. I don't recommend it to anyone anymore

Food isn't cold enough! Service is terrible, they speak Turkish and gossip about you while you're standing there. NEVER COME HERE!

Ordered 1 Turkish pizza calf and 1 kapsalon calf. The couple was arguing behind the counter and forgot to put doner on the pizza several times. Once we got home, we found out that we both got chicken doner. The fries were old and hard. Also both dishes were cold??? Not to eat, unfortunately. We used to come here often, but from now on we prefer to walk 30 meters further.
