Horrible staff and very expensive for what you get!

I ordered a large cream cake here and received an immediate email confirmation. It even clearly stated twice that my order had been accepted. When we went to pick up the cake, we were told they hadn't even prepared a cream cake for 40 to 45 people. Instead, they offered a flan, even though we'd ordered a cream cake for a special occasion. This is incredibly disappointing: an order is confirmed but then not fulfilled. And then they offer a different product as if it were the same. This really ruined our festive occasion. This was the first and last time we'll order anything here.

Clean and tidy, but the selection is limited. I expected more types of yeast-free bread.

Simply good. Pastry can not be made better than they do. Both visually and in taste completely in the right balance. Friendly staff.

1 star: When I asked if the vegetarian sausage rolls were vegan by any chance, a second employee (to whom the first employee passed my question) told me that they were completely plant-based, so yes, vegan. When I was just looking up another product on the website (krollen), I scrolled past the vegetarian sausage rolls and went to look at the ingredients. Unfortunately, I saw milk and egg in the ingredients. So not vegan 😔 The next time I visit this bakery, I will mention that too. 4 stars: they have aniseed rolls in their range 😃 Average 2.5 stars, rounded up to 3

Heerlijke producten en vriendelijke service

If you think you have found a real baker, you will come home from a rude awakening. What a disappointment! You almost feel guilty for coming here for bread, people look at you so askance. So from now on I will cycle further to the AH for freshly baked bread and a smile.

Placed an order in the morning. We would receive a response as to whether the time was feasible. Didn't hear anything so I contacted them myself. This was feasible and the sandwiches were delivered before the delivery time. So far so good. After opening the rolls, there was no spelled ball and 1 roll was completely wrong. This sandwich was not ordered and the correct sandwich was missing. Called to find out why the spelled ball was not included. They had not been delivered, that is of course possible, but they had also reported this to me by telephone. Indicated that I have not had a missed call. That was really my problem. Then we started talking about the sandwich that wasn't included. The answer was that it was a mistake. That can happen too. But a leniency???? They didn't have a delivery person so they couldn't come and exchange the sandwich. If I wanted the good sandwich, I just had to come and exchange it myself. So they turn their mistake into my problem. Indicated that I was not happy with this and then they hung up. Very customer friendly.

Where do I start... I placed an order online for same day pick up. Initially, it's nice that you can pick it up less than 3 hours later. But unfortunately I made a mistake in the branch and was in the wrong location. I was kindly helped there and they offered me to put the ordered sausage rolls in the oven and call the branch to resolve the matter. Then the phone was pressed into my hands, because Mr. Baker wanted to speak to me personally. To which he told me quite clearly: if I didn't come for the order that I would never have to place an order again. And my name would be crossed out. So out of decency I went to the “right” branch. When I got there, I pointed out to the lady behind the cash register how she treats customers. Everyone can make a mistake, but personally I don't think this is customer friendly at all. This lady immediately apologized and indicated that “de Bakker” is very stressed. Then we got to checkout. I was surprised that I had to pay +- 3 euros more than at the other location. I indicated that there was an offer on their website that might be the reason. Then came “the baker”. That completely disappointed me, that's putting it lightly. And if I were to say one more thing, he would eat the order himself! I've never experienced anything like this before. I pointed out to him the way of dealing with customers. And guess what, he exploded with rage. I left the order and left. I don't ever have to come here again. What an unprofessional man. If you can't handle the stress, don't reflect on it or on your customers! Credits go to the lady in the store who treated me nicely and remained calm. How terrible it must be to work with this man!

The bald old man who drives your van so antisocially may forget that he is driving around with advertising on it. Next time he wants to cut me off and brake-check me 3 times, maybe he should think a little more carefully. Loser

Where else can you find that? A neighborhood bakery instead of a bakery located in the shopping center? Enjoy wonderful Brabant with a view outside and parking in front of the door. I'm looking forward to the terrace time here.

Just had a delicious old-fashioned pudding roll (cream roll). This one had the right bun just like before. The sandwich took me back to the time of bakery Pancken on the corner of Botenlaan Hastelweg. Great, I will come back soon. And also scientists try differently.

Geweldige taarten. Altijd vers en top van smaak. Lekker vroeg open, dus voor het werk nog wat ophalen kan altijd.

We wilden een themakaart. Geen probleem. Besteld en kon gewoon op tijd ( vroeg) opgehaald worden.

Heerlijk gebak, vriendelijk bediening, lekkere koffie en dat alles tegen een schappelijke prijs. We komen zeker terug!

Was gezellig om buiten een worstenbroodjes te eten wat te drinken

Aardig personeel zeker, maar het gebak was teleurstellend. Muffin Oreo was aan de kleine kant en deeg nog niet gaar, nougatine schuimgebakje was enkel nougatine en geen schuim. Ze hebben dan weer wel ruim assortiment glutenvrij gebak. Daar hoorde ik ze niet over klagen

De reviews zijn best enthousiast, maar de belegde broodjes stellen wat ons betreft niet veel voor. Ik weet niet of ze ook ooit broodjes van een dag oud beleggen of dat de kwaliteit op/onder supermarktniveau is. Dat hadden we toch wel beter verwacht van een bakker.

Nu eens echt brood gekocht en het smaakte heerlijk.

Goed brood en lekkere smeersels en vega worstenbroodjes.

Goede producten, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Ik ben er baar toe gegaan vanwege het gebak. Over het brood dat ze er ook verkopen heb ik nog geen mening.

Eten was niet 100%, maar de service en het aanbod prima. Mijn broodje bal leek eerder broidje gebraden gehakt.

Lief en behulpzaam personeel dat laat zien dat ze graag mee denken! Ik haal sinds een tijdje mijn brood hier omdat ze het (plasticvrij) in mijn meegebrachte stoffen zakken willen doen. 🥰 (Ohja en ze maken ook hele lekkere belegde broodjes)

Heerlijke ijstaart en nog in 10 punten gesneden ook .Goede service en zeer vriendelijk daar.

Hele fijne plek en het is prima als je je eigen broodzakken meeneemt als verpakking

Ik wil jullie super bedanken voor het heerlijk gebak ik vond het zelf een beetje duur maar mijn collega's en de ergon hebben genoten ook van de 2 suiker vrije gebakje ik beveel het de mensen aan om te bestellen. Vriendelijke groet Anouska Garcia

Erg vriendelijke mensen, heerlijk brood en het is ook mogelijk om ter plaatse wat te eten.

Ik heb daar rijstevlaai gekocht en die was toch heel erg lekker 👍

Cute little bakery, had a little selection

De appelflappen en kersenflappen zijn heerlijk! Ze worden zelfs bezorgd. Echt een aanrader voor een traktatie.

Op zaterdag altijd heerlijke croissants en vers brood bij Bekkers! Met feestdagen lekkere dingen bestellen... Vrijdagochtend 8 uur collega verse croissants beloofd.. De baas zelf in de zaak; “ik heb geen croissants”. Ik zei dat ik speciaal voor croissants kwam. Met een knipoog zei ik” dan ga ik toch even naar de concurrent”. Dan moest ik maar heel snel “opflikkeren”.. dacht even dat hij een grapje maakte.. maar hij herhaalde zijn boodschap.. Dat heb ik toen maar opgevolgd...Ons warme hart voor deze bakker is behoorlijk bekoeld..
