Bakkerij Bos in Wijk 08 Klazienaveen

Refusing to let a small child use the toilet because they haven't eaten yet is outrageous! I even offered to pay for it, but was very rudely told that I could buy something so my son could use the toilet. I've truly never experienced anything so unacceptable!

Had something to drink and a pastry. The pastry is of high quality and the atmosphere was nice and quiet.

I have a very positive review not only for these two mid-level saleswomen in the shop. My sincere compliments go to the two cups of coffee served with two real tompoezen. Coming from Zeist, we were naturally in the area on Liberation Day. I highly recommend making your purchase in this shop. Once again, what a top-notch bakery.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this bakery. A loaf of bread I bought there turned out to have a fly baked into the edge. Of course, mistakes happen—where work is done, mistakes happen—but what disappointed me most was how this was handled. Instead of taking my complaint seriously, the owner essentially dismissed me as a liar and immediately stated that it was impossible for this to have been their bread. They took no responsibility whatsoever and were completely unwilling to work with me to find a solution. Mistakes happen, but how a company handles a complaint speaks volumes about its service. Unfortunately, I found this to be very unprofessional and unfriendly to customers. They certainly won't be seeing me again.

Got two almond bars today for €6.50 each. Sticky/sticky and very greasy. In that case, you might as well go to Nettorama, honestly. Sorry, baker Bos, but I won't be back.

We regularly come to Klazienaveen and then you also want fresh bread. 1 Bread for €3.60 by Bakker Bos. High price but we want fresh. My wife says to me, "Then we put half in the freezer." The saleswoman is informed of this and offers to pack the ordered bread into two halves. Wow... What a service (it suddenly seems) because when paying, the same bread now suddenly costs € 3.80. If you ask me, that's not entirely fair. I think the saleswoman should have mentioned in advance that the same bread would be €0.20 more expensive. She didn't. Very bad ! Paid €0.20 too much once, earned 20 cents too much. As mentioned, we come to Klazienaveen more often, but will never walk into Bakery Bos / buy anything again. Good things ahead.

We had a great meal and drinks here. Friendly people. 👍 The only downside is the door, which opens in two directions: the left side where you can sit and the store on the right. The reason is that if you bump into someone in the doorway, it's cramped. If you're sitting inside and the door opens, a lot of cold air comes in. I would close off the section leading to the seating area; after all, there's a passageway in the back. Otherwise, it's perfectly fine. 😉

Apple turnover old and tough, sausage roll almost burnt, coffee reasonable. Friendly service. I prefer unfriendly and top quality.

On holiday in Parc Sandur and according to the national oliebollen test, 3rd place for oliebollen in Drenthe. These are crispy, have a nice soft filling and a bite releases just a little bit of fat. Nice taste. Service in the stall also great. Highly recommended!

Super friendly, cozy seating areas, delicious fresh pastries and bread and the staff really deserves a big compliment.

Vandaag bij bakkerij Bos een broodje gegeten, in een woord heerlijk. Vers en goed belegd, de koffie was ook goed. Voor wij weer naar huis gingen even terug naar de winkel gebak gekocht. Het zag er allemaal zo heerlijk uit. Maar bij het eten van het gebak was het oud en smaakloos erg jammer.

Vriendelijke bediening en lekkere koffie met dito koek.
