Wonderfully friendly people and delicious pastries and coffee. Even the dogs got water without asking. How nice! I also tried the spelt bread I brought with me. With butter and cheese: simply delicious.

Meipoortstraat 26-28I went along for a 2-course lunch via Social Deal by invitation. Nice place with the tastiest sandwiches. I even took a tasty sandwich home with me. The staff was quite young, but they understood the job perfectly. Downside: it took forever for someone to come take our order, so I just went to get someone myself. It took a long time before we got our soup, which was very tasty, and they forgot about our sandwiches. So we sat there way too long; I was completely done with it. Sometimes I think that as an SD customer, you get lower service. The choice was also limited at the SD. Summary: a fine lunch spot with tasty sandwiches. At least, if they don't forget about you a bit.
