Great bakery. They really think along with you. Delicious baguettes and brown breads. The lady behind the counter and her husband are both incredibly friendly and welcoming. My compliments. Highly recommended.

Delicious cake! Exactly how we discussed it. The ingredients were also well-balanced. The whole family was very enthusiastic too. I wanted to have a special cake made for my graduation, and I am very excited about it!! Elske thought along with me and I received friendly assistance. Definitely recommended!

Huizer whole wheat bread is fine, and the cream truffles are delicious. However, the doorbell of the shop on Hellingstraat doesn't work; you have to walk into the bakery behind the shop to announce your presence, otherwise you'll be standing there twiddling your thumbs. It's a shame, because the shop has only just been completed.

Last Saturday, I bought a strawberry tart at this shop that, as it turned out later, was very old. The whipped cream looked yellow, the strawberries tasted stale, and the pastry was hard. My husband took it back, but by then the shop was already closed. I sent you an email which received no response. Conclusion: bad baker; the bread also often has holes in it!!!

Don't get sausage rolls here, there's hardly any meat in them and they're bone dry!
