Never before have I eaten a simple brown bread with 1 slice of cheese for €8.50!!! Outrageously expensive. I wouldn't pay that for a sandwich in Paris, especially in the village of Ammerzoden!!!!! Not recommended

Delicious bread, pastries, hot drinks and delicious sandwiches. Tables inside and a terrace outside with a parasol are a lovely place to relax during a long bike ride.

One of the favorite break locations on our cycle tour along the Maas. Delicious coffee and cappuccino always served with fresh apple pie! We would like to sit a little longer on the terrace in the corner in the sun and out of the wind...

No alternative to cowjuice for the coffee. Nice enough place.

Today I bought a cheese roll and a ragout roll and asked if they could be warmed up. After 2 minutes it was ready (fast I thought) I soon found out why this happened so quickly..... Both sandwiches were cold inside. This wasn't the worst but the fat dripped out with the first bite! This was also the case with both sandwiches.. Because I had little time I couldn't go back, but they won't see me as a customer anymore...

Neat looking bakery and very friendly staff. Unfortunately I was unlucky enough to have a cap of the whipped cream in my cake. I returned the pastry and got my money back. Perhaps a tip for the bavarois pastries, to make the pastry firmer, instead of an extra layer (dough?) on the bottom, a hard layer of chocolate can be placed halfway. That just gives it an extra bite.

That is understandable. It's a shame that the croissants are "bread" like croissants, like from the supermarket. The bread is tasty and sliced ​​thick enough.
