The best bread in Almere! Highly recommended! The bread, baguettes, and croissants taste so pure and there are no additives. I can easily tolerate this bread, even though I'm gluten-sensitive. I'm very happy with Tim, who bakes this artisanal sourdough bread every week.

This isn't a baker, this is a poet with dough. Deep bow to the craft, the variety, the... well, especially: the quality. This bread brings tears of joy to my eyes! So. Damn. Good.

I am from Germany and this is definitely a good bakery. When you miss German bread/ good quality this is the place to go! I am a client since about a year and I am never disappointed.

Brood zoals brood moet zijn een traktatie. Croissants chocolade broodjes de beste die ik in Nederland heb gegeten.

Was al een tijdje op zoek naar een bakker die echt Frane stokbrood kon maken. Tot mijn verbazing blijkt deze bakker gewoon in Almere-Haven te zitten. Ik kijk al jaren met plezier na het programma keuringsdienst van waren en daar kwam Tim een keer in voor zonder dat ik wist dat hij in Almere zou zitten. Het stokbrood is van zeer hoge hoge kwaliteit die ik nog niet eerder heb gegegeten. Er zijn ook andere brood varianten vol van smaak. Een echte aanrader voor iedereen die van genieten en smaak houdt. Voor ons is dit de beste bakker in Nederland. Let wel op eet er niet teveel van, dit brood valt vele malen zwaarder dan wat wij gewend zijn in nederland tenzij je het net als de franse in de koffie doopt. Bovenstaande naam is een alias. Possibly the best bakery in Almere, the quality and freshness of the bread is top! Be aware that you have to ask in advance and pickup usually on a Saturday, but it's 100% worth the wait!

Geweldig brood! Stokbrood is perfect, maar andere broden zijn ook super lekker.

Heerlijk brood! De stokbroden en kleine broodjes zijn onze favorieten! We bestellen het brood via internet en halen het zaterdags õp bij de Kaasmakerij, waar we ook onze kaas kopen, mooi concept zo!
