Bakkerij Tietema in Wijk 04 Dronten Zuid

Picked up several pastries today. An eggnog pastry that didn't taste like eggnog. A banana puff pastry that didn't contain any banana and didn't taste like it either. When the bakery was still Tietema, the pastries were always delicious. A tip for the baker to put in what the name suggests. Otherwise, excellent service from familiar faces from the previous bakery.

No cream puffs early on King's Day, and it's already a bit cold for Mother's Day. But do pop in to Jumbo.

Lousy, open until 5 PM and then closing at 4 PM. Then you shrug your shoulders behind the glass, laughing. It couldn't be more customer-unfriendly.

The fruit pastries were delicious! Even after a day. Unfortunately, the chocolate croissant wasn't cooked through; the dough was still raw in the middle. The ham and cheese croissant contained only ham and wasn't flavorful because the proportions were off, as was the cheese croissant—too little cheese and too much dough. The pizza roll wasn't proportional to the bread and the ingredients. The bread itself was fine. No complaints. The quality is disappointing for a bakery, and the price-quality ratio isn't good enough to warrant another purchase.

This afternoon, I bought three loaves of bread at the Swifterbant bakery. The woman behind the counter dropped one of the loaves on the floor. It happens, right? However, she wanted to put the bread in the slicer. I told her I didn't need that bread. You don't do that to bread that falls on a dirty floor. She got a new loaf but put the dropped loaf back in the bread aisle. Unfortunately, she didn't apologize, and my comment about this on Facebook was deleted. I understand that bakers are struggling with rising costs and I completely understand that we're paying more per loaf. This doesn't mean you can handle hygiene this way.

Poor service. Ordered pastries, but when I picked them up, they weren't set aside, and now they're sold out! I took another pastry home, but it turned out not to be worth the money. Ordered fresh casino bread yesterday. When I picked it up, they were sold out, but it was still in the freezer. A bakery? Well, they always give me a cold shower. This was my last time at Tietema bakery. I'd rather get my bread from the Jumbo next door.

Bakker die nog zelf bakt, wat een heerlijke gevulde koeken :)

Altijd vriendelijk, altijd vers en lekker brood. Echt een hele fijne bakker.
