Crappy, open until 5pm and then close at 4pm. Then you shrug your shoulders behind the glass, laughing. It couldn't be more customer unfriendly.

The fruit pastries were delicious! Even after a day. Unfortunately, the chocolate croissant wasn't cooked through; the dough was still raw in the middle. The ham and cheese croissant contained only ham and wasn't flavorful because the proportions were off, as was the cheese croissant—too little cheese and too much dough. The pizza roll wasn't proportional to the bread and the ingredients. The bread itself was fine. No complaints. The quality is disappointing for a bakery, and the price-quality ratio isn't good enough to warrant another purchase.

This afternoon I bought 3 loaves of bread in the store at the Swifterbant bakery location. The lady behind the counter dropped one of the loaves on the floor. Can happen anyway. However, she wanted to put the bread in the slicer. I said I don't need that bread. You don't do that with bread that falls on an unclean floor. She took a new loaf of bread but put the fallen bread back in the bread shelf. Unfortunately no apologies and my comment about this on Facebook has been deleted. I understand that bakers are having a hard time with rising costs and I fully understand that we pay more per loaf. This does not mean that you can deal with hygiene this way.

Bad service. Ordered pastries, picked them up, sorry not set aside and now sold out.! Brought other pastries but it turned out not to be worth the money. Ordered fresh casino bread yesterday. Sorry, sold out upon collection. Still in the freezer. A hot bakery? Well, always with a cold shower. This was the last time at Tietema bakery. Then I'd rather get bread from the Jumbo next door.

Bakker die nog zelf bakt, wat een heerlijke gevulde koeken :)

Altijd vriendelijk, altijd vers en lekker brood. Echt een hele fijne bakker.
