Bread lasts a long time and is of good quality

After 4 attempts, I was successfully able to buy a pack of white balls once. Shelves are always empty, so you don't have to come after the morning, so I don't really understand why the place is open until 5am. If you have a job and you work 5/6 days a week, you can go to the supermarket. Everyone else is friendly, it's just a much more demand than supply situation.

I don't think they deserve the label real baker, the bread is just as good )or bad) as from the supermarket. The bread has hardly any structure, much too soft and light and ingredients are of questionable quality. I started making my own bread

It turns out there's a branch of Bakkerij Keurhorst here. It's unusual, because there used to be a bakery here too. As far as I know, that one went bankrupt. Just like their branch in the city center, they have delicious bread and pastries. I did pre-order through their webshop this time. The store was quite busy, and there was only one clerk. She calmly continued working, but she still had to put the order together.
