Bakkerij van der Werf in Wijk 02 Nijefurd

I bought some Waldkorn bread today. It tastes great, but the price… €4.80. Ridiculously expensive. Waldkorn from the (best) baker in Oudemirdum is just as good, and it costs €3.45. No, I'll skip this "artisanal" bakery from now on.

Been there twice, once for bread, which was already pre-packed in a bag, not tasty at all, not fresh. 2nd time got a sandwich. Sandwich was limp, very sparsely filled. Employees don't quite get it. We're going back to our old trusted baker in Oudemirdum.

Always get our bread here and it is always good! Staff here are also very friendly and helpful.

Nice shop with 3 departments, bakery, cheese and meats, pleasantly decorated with many different Frisian regional products, recommended!

Very nice bakery with a large selection of bread, pastries and cakes. The latte macchiato was very tasty. I also had a marzipan (?) roll. I liked it. I would particularly like to highlight the VERY FRIENDLY STAFF! I really felt very comfortable. Thank you 🙏🏻

I was here on Monday September 23, '24, one of the last beautiful days of September, just before 4:30 PM. Lovely weather so I wanted to use something on the terrace. That was no longer possible because the coffee machine had already been cleaned and the terrace would soon be closed... So I bought something at the neighboring supermarket and enjoyed it in the sun on a bench by the fountain. Since I still needed something from the bakery, I returned an hour later. By now you could literally barely get around in the store because the benches in front of the store were already in the store. The employees seemed especially busy, rushing out of the store at exactly 6 p.m. Only when writing this review did I see that the store is supposed to be open until 6:30 PM. I also noticed that the latter store starts to close well before 6 p.m. during an earlier visit. I didn't think the sandwiches that I was able to get were very great.

The price to performance ratio here is not correct at all. For a puddle of cappuccino €3.75 in a paper cup, beware Not recommended in my opinion

Bakery van der Werf provided our beautiful wedding cake(s). After we contacted you by email, an appointment was scheduled to discuss and coordinate all wishes. The result was exactly as desired and the flavor combination was excellent. The delivery service to the location was also very nice. An absolute must in our opinion!

The best & tastiest baker! Super fresh snacks that are made fresh on site, great sweets that we like to take with us to Germany to give as gifts and sooooo delicious cakes and sweet pieces. In addition, the staff was super nice. We always stop by several times when we are in Workum! :)

Top goede bakker groot assortiment in een mooi gebouw. Slagerij ernaast ook aan te bevelen.

Super Leckereien, hübsch arrangiert, lädt zum kaufen und schlemmen ein. Im selben Gebäude befindet sich noch ein Käseladen über den man das selbe sagen kann. Freundliches Personal, alles sauber und gepflegt. Wir gehen wieder hin!

Superlekkeren Kuchen und Pralienen. Ein fach köstlich.

18:15 aan de deur en zaak was al dicht, openingstijden op de deur en op internet zeggen beide dat de winkel tot 18:30 open is..

Super Lecker und immer eine freundliche Bedienung. Zum vor Ort frühstücken oder Kaffee und Kuchen genießen, kann ich nur empfehlen. TOP!!!!

Niet alleen bakkerij van der Werf is fantastisch, ook van de versartikelen van Slagerij Van der Meer en kaasmakerij De Nylander kun je heerlijk smullen. Je proeft kwaliteit. Een aanrader om daar je versproducten te halen. Heerlijk

Heerlijk vers gebakken brood en Friese specialiteiten!

Erg gezellig mooie bakkerij met goed personeel wat erg leuk familiair over komt daar hou ik van.
