The bread is generally good. The cakes too. The soft balls are very greasy. Gotta love it. Most staff do not have knowledge of the products. The best answer they have come up with so far is: yes, only the baker knows whether something contains gelatin and he sleeps during the day. Checkout usually requires a lot of patience. Those who order at the counter have priority at the 2 cash registers over those who choose a product from the shelves. A number of staff members are far too busy chatting with passers-by, whom they happen to know. Saturday's bread, which is discounted on Monday, is the same price as 1-day-old bread. They are not willing to cut discounted bread. "Because it's already cheap." If there are ever mini pieces to taste, my toddler is told; no cookie today, because you already have something.”

Our experience at the lunchroom here was very disappointing. We were the first guests on a Saturday, about five minutes after opening. The staff was still busy putting the terrace outside. We were allowed to take a seat inside, but we noticed that the tables were dirty. There were also a lot of coats at one table. We chose a cake that was delicious, but unfortunately the drink came in a dirty glass and the cappuccino was anything but drinkable. Finally, the toilets also appeared to be not clean. There was a skid mark in one toilet and the men's urinal was full of urine. We left quickly. If you open your business like that in the morning, there is something really wrong with your hygiene. Staff is friendly but quite young. In their conversations they forget that there are customers inside who want to drink their coffee in peace and do not need to hear all their going out stories. It's a shame about this experience, because the cakes were otherwise really tasty.

We had a Christmas gathering with clients and volunteers. Everything was well taken care of.

Delicious bread and pastries. Too bad they are only open on Saturdays.
