Who would think this is supposed to be a parcel delivery point? It stinks of grease, you're expected to find your own package, and if you ask for help, you get a rude mouth from a man busy making haircuts. I would NEVER have a package delivered here.

A very rude man. He also had a rather aggressive sales style. He delivered several packages, and as soon as he suspects you're not buying another pizza or jar of honey, he gets very grumpy and absolutely unfriendly. Especially if he has to scan a package twice. Then it becomes a real complaint service. The store was also empty. It's striking that we had even ordered a pizza the week before. And it was inedible, with the wrong sauce. He also tried to sell us heavily overpriced honey, but it was quite mediocre, and thankfully we left it. If you don't like parcel service, you shouldn't go to a DPD parcel point. Fortunately, there are more than enough parcel points in Blijdorp, as well as better and less aggressive (Turkish) pizza places.

I came here to pick up my DPD parcel, and they asked if I could take a look in the stack myself. You'll have to guess where it is. I asked how it worked, where I should look, and the man completely yelled at me. He was incredibly grumpy. If you don't want to be a DPD point and find people so annoying, I wonder why he even offers that service.

I had an incredibly distressing experience picking up my DPD parcel at this location. I arrived at the shop unsure if I was at the right place, as there was no clear signage for parcel pickup. Outside, I asked a few people who appeared to work there (they were sitting with the owner), if this was the pickup point. They weren’t sure and kindly told me to check inside. It turned out they were customers which I didn't know. As soon as I entered, the owner began yelling at me aggressively in Dutch. He shouted insults at me for speaking to his customers, calling me a “crazy woman,” “insane,” and other extremely inappropriate and misogynistic names — loudly, for several minutes. He refused to give me my package and threatened to send it back or claim he didn’t have it. Only after I apologized multiple times — despite doing absolutely nothing wrong — did he reluctantly hand it over. Even then, he refused to assist me, told me to go find it myself in the back, and didn’t process the pickup properly. The entire experience was humiliating, intimidating, and deeply upsetting. I felt cornered and powerless, and it was clear he was using threats to control the situation. When I later checked their reviews, I saw that I’m not the only one who had this experience. Many others have left similar 1-star reviews describing this man as aggressive, verbally abusive, and hostile, especially toward women. This is completely unacceptable. I strongly urge DPD to reconsider working with this pickup point. No customer should be treated this way. If you’re a woman especially, I would advise avoiding this location entirely for your own safety and peace of mind.

Went to pick up a package. I was very polite and after picking my own package from the rack (which apparently you have to do here, which is already strange), I went to him and asked if he needed to scan it or it I could just take it. He started yelling at me “GIRL YOU NEED TO RELAX, RELAX!!” multiple times. Misogynistic guy. Id avoid at all costs.

I came here for the parcel service and it was really great. I found the man very nice and indeed, you have to pick up your own parcel. He scans and checks afterwards, so no problem. I even bought a piece of watermelon. Of course he recommended more things, like the honey and baklava. Next time I will take a jar of honey! I thought it was a pleasant experience.

Been here for DPD service, I had read the bad reviews on Maps and was already grumpy before I went there. The man was a bit jolly and nothing wrong with that. N.a.v. Judging from the reviews, I expected piles and piles of damaged packages piled up in a cage in the back somewhere, but it was in reasonable order. It's strange that I had to pack my package myself (who knows what someone else could take with them) and that my ID was not checked. All in all, it wasn't too bad and fortunately things went well for me.

Never go to this restaurant to eat or pick up a package, he asks you to do it yourself, it's a real disaster!

Bakery works as a DPD pickup point apparently. When I came to pick up a parcel, the owner greeted me and I said (in a friendly manner) "Hi, I'm here to pick up a parcel". He interrupted me and shouted "GOOD EVENING" again. I greeted him again (naively thinking that perhaps he hadn't heard me greet him the first time) and he interrupted me once more, as he wanted me to greet him in the exact same manner that he did. It was just aggressive and bizarre. When I asked if he had received a parcel for me he replied "Maybe I have, maybe I haven't". And then pointed to the back of the store where there were loads of packages that I had to sort through myself. It was just bizarre. Someone who can't deal with people should not be operating a shop. I sincerely dread to be using DPD again in the future as I do not want to ever pick something up from this location ever again.

Too bad you come for a to good to go package from Zoetermeer and they were supposed to be open until 8 and at half past 7 they were already closed. If you call the owner he couldn't do anything anymore. So I filed a complaint with to good to go yes I won't try there again waste of my petrol money

Terrible pick up point! He lets you search through his hundreds of packages yourself because he has no scanning system. I couldn't find mine after 15 minutes and I was in a hurry so he told me to come back another day, when I came back he suddenly had sent it back to the sender?? Very antisocial contact too, I will definitely never come back here again.

Very unfriendly man for picking up a package

He's probably a nice guy, but not a good parcel service. My Vinted package was probably taken by someone else because I didn't check my ID. This was to be expected, as they let customers search for packages themselves. (I don't know if that's actually how it happened, but I certainly don't have my package.) Luckily, my second package was there. I don't recommend sending valuables there.

Never order here again. Gozleme in burnt dough was with as little spinach and cheese as it was possible, while kapsalon’s meat wasn’t even prepared properly and with overused sauce it wasn’t even eatable… really disappointing :(

Take money with you, pre-baked pizza and honey are a bit expensive. Ask first what it costs, that's better.

Well duur vergelijke met andere.

Bij toeval hier een keer de Gozleme gehaald, die zijn vers en heerlijk!! De vriendelijke meneer liet me meteen wat van zijn delicatessen proeven waaronder honing een huisgemaakte Zatziki, ook aanraders!!! Parkeren kan soms lastig zijn maar zeker de moeite waard!! Kom er nu regelmatig als in de stad ben.

Vriendelijke eigenaar en altijd lekkere honing. De watermeloen is ook lekker. Ik kom er met veel plezier.

Moeder van Joey de Jager :-)) Binnengekomen om de verse honingraat te proeven; heerlijk, O.a. Baklava, honing en feta gekocht. Aardige man, goede verkoper ;-) Joey is de buurman!
