Bak'm in Wijk 04 Bakkum

Finally found some wonderful bread and rolls. A real bakery, sourdough breads, and friendly service. I'll be back tomorrow, and we'll definitely visit the café as well.

Bak'm provided the cakes for our wedding. Communication was excellent, and they were very helpful. The service was top-notch, the cakes looked beautiful and festive, were beautifully decorated with flowers, and were also delicious. The cakes were also delivered right on time. I'm so glad Bak'm took care of everything on our big day! Thank you!

We just had a small blackberry pie and lemon-quark pie to share. Super fresh and amazing flavours 👌🏻!

Great rolls, bread looked amazing, but we didn't buy it. Great bakery – you're right in the middle of it and can watch the dough being made.

For me one of the best places to get proper sourdough bread. 24h resting time for sourdough makes a big difference and I appreciate that a lot. I enjoy going there, super lovely people working in this place and the jam they make is home made delicious. Don’t forget the cookies and try the cake! Thank you for making such delicious and honest food

The choice here is difficult, everything is delicious and prepared in our own artisan bakery. Beautiful breads and delicious sweet treats. The atmosphere is pleasant and the employees are all helpful and friendly.

What a delicious bread! We like to drive there from Egmond. It is more expensive, but much tastier than 'normal' bread without added junk.

The best bakery in NL in my opinion! Im not dutch and I am used to french baguettes and viennoiserie and so far every place I tried in Amsterdam is expensive but also not that great.. I did not expect to find the best bakery of the netherlands (in my opinion, of all the ones i tried) here in castricum, the bread and almond croissants are absolutely delicious.

What delicious croissants they were! No soggy dough that crumbles apart, but firm and really tasty. Nele thought so too! Bread also delicious!

Great selection of different pastries, you can immediately see that craftsmanship is very important here. The tarte au citron meringe is to die for.

Delicious lunch, nice service. This restaurant is located near the North Holland Dune Reserve. You can enjoy a lovely walk there (after lunch).

The staff were nice and friendly we had a high tea which was ok the scones were nice but the sandwiches let it down a bit the bread was a bit dry and some of the cakes as well.

The heavenly mud cake with whipped cream and the focaccias are highly recommended!!!

ambachtelijk brood. bakkerij met een missie. overheerlijke koeken en broodjes elke dag andere lekkernijen. top broden met desem . het naar toe rijden meer dan waard. pinnen kan. top personeel altijd een vriendelijk woord. .

Überragender Bäcker! Backt noch selbst und man schmeckt den Unterschied!!! Super Sachen die man sonst oft gar nicht bekommt.

Prima bediening héérlijk eten. Keurige toiletten. Maar hele slechte akoestiek.....

Sehr schönes Ambiente und nette Location, es bedienen dort Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung. Die sehr viel Spaß an der Arbeit haben, es gibt eine gute Auswahl an veganen und vegetarischen Gerichten. Nebenan gibt es eine sehr gute Bäckerei mit vielen leckeren Sachen. Wir gehen immer gerne an diesen schönen Ort, wenn wir in der Nähe sind.

Authentieke bakkerij in een prachtig pand met heerlijke verse en ambachtelijk gebakken broden en zoetigheden. Echt een aanrader! Wel even goed kijken wanneer hij open is.

Met een vriend koffie met taart gebruikt. Prima bediening in een prachtige omgeving, heel relaxend allemaal.

Altijd erg lekkere bakker, maar wel erg prijzig

De bakker Bak'm is beter dan gedacht. Aardige mensen betere kwaliteit voor je geld. Met andere woorden, gewoon fantastisch.

Fijne, ambachtelijke bakkerij. Waar mensen "met afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt" een waardevolle bijdrage leveren.

Leuke zaak gerund door mensen met een beperking,lekkere kleine kaart met stevige prijzen.

Diverse soorten brood, koek of bijv scones heerlijk! Het is een kleine winkel op de zaterdag erg druk maar zegt dan wel iets over de kwaliteit. 👌

Een super plek waar mensen met een beperking een grandioos gezellig restaurant/zalenplek runnen tegen prima prijzen maar niet enkel in smaken maar in meer het verschil maken

Klein leuk zaakje met lekkere dingen

Man kann den Bäckern beim backen zusehen und man sieht da ist leidenschaft dahinter. Die Brote, Brötchen und das Gebäck schmecken einfach genial. Super freundliches Personal.
